As of now I will hold my bitcoin until Im satisfy to the price because theprice of bitcoin todayis already 4400 dollars and I will sell my bitcoin if the price reach 5000 dollars but not all my bitcoin . And the next set I sell my bitcoin is to the price of 10,000 dollars and for sure we can make a lot of profit if this happen. Many people for sure convert their bitcoin to the Money because they can earn a lot of money if they sell that but for me its better to hold .
I do that only in the situations of extreme necessity. In other cases I keep most of funds in Bitcoin. And, for now, this strategy proved to be right for me.

If we are going to sell our bitcoins it will be converted automatically into the value of USD. But here in my country the exchanges are depending to USD's current value but they are paying us when we sell it with our very own local money. I can still see that they are depending with the market's USD value.

Convert bitcoin to USD consider as sell bitcoin as well.
For me, depend on my financial condition, if there's no any cash to cover my daily expenses, then there's no choice but to sell bitcoin.
But never sell big amount of my savings, only small amount as backup funds just in case.
And, there's another factor that may influence my decision, such as current bitcoin price seems so tempting to extract profits,. wait for it decline and then buy back again.

Of course I sell my bitcoin, then when it is done it will automatically converted into our currency here.But if bitcoin is in the midst of price cheap value, well I hold and keep it until it go back to a higher price value or more.
Not everytime but I do sell my Bitcoin holdings because I can not spend my Bitcoins directly. I generally try to spend as much as 50% of my new holdings but sadly there is not even a single merchant in my city who is accepting Bitcoins directly against his goods and services so converting it in fiat is the only option which I try to avoid. I am sure in next 10 years we will be able to use Bitcoins for the offline transactions without the need to convert it to fiat currencies.
Depending on a certain person if he would decide to hold up their bitcoin for longer times before converting it to USD. Because people will really do make conversions when they do need of money or decided to bought another altcoin in the market and yes its possible because people do really love to diversify things.Just like on what im doing,i do spend some of the percentage of my bitcoin holding into another coin which on the way of diversifying it.
For the time being I still keep my bitcoin, I will keep it for me when there is an urgent need or when my savings account is little, I might sell some of the bitcoin I have for that reason, Bitcoin I am in the price that is currently arguably on the rise I am selling my bitcoin when the price is now rising then I hold the money and I buy bitcoin when the price is decreasing, I do to add the bitcoin I have today
Well its obviously depending on the situation, There are also few of us still holding and just wait for it or leave it in a storage, but for some traders they like to try out or risk to earn some. Like what my friend usually doing, they are always converting vice-versa Bitcoin to USD, USD to Bitcoin.
Most of the times I do convert my bitcoin to USD so as to pay off some of my bills, it could be a good idea to hold part of the bitcoin as an investment but there are a lot of financial obligations that I must settled thanks to bitcoin that had really made an impact in my financial life bitcoin serves as additional income to my monthly earnings.

For now I'm just holding it as long as I can because bitcoin price lately was increasing. But selling it and converting is to usd is just the same because you will both get the money. But I'm converting it into usd then I'm gonna cashed it out then things that I wanted. But as much as possible I hpld it for a long time investment. Its gonna make me rich in the future. I'm going to be a millionaire if that thing happens.
I sell it but never really got an opportunity to convert it to usd i always feel that this is the right time to pull my investment from bitcoin out but no matter what i always fail i simply sell it for any altcoins or for usdt but finally end up buying it during a dip in price. It is worth but i don't like doing this all the time
yeah I'm selling bitcoin to converted to rupiah and I sent it to my real wallet, and a portion of the bitcoin to trade again,hoping to be more profit 
yes i am also selling my bitcoin in local market and changing it into my fiat currency and then use it for fulfilling my needs. actually we still do not have such facilities to use bitcoin for shopping online or even to use it in our local shops. my be in some places such facilities are available but still in our places we do not have such facilities. legendary

Untill more need of money i dont sell my btc. just trade in the exchange.After withdraw to my wallet then try to sold them to another person who need bitcoin.then if i find the person who need btc i transfer my btc with my local currency.
Sometimes I sell my bitcoins for USD whenever i need fast money. I have also credit card which can be loaded via Btc so I use it sometimes to withdraw some cash. But I try always to hold some amount of Bitcoin because the price is increasing highly.
Sell when needed and invest as much as possible. The future is very bright.

I have a debit card and when i really need fast cash i withdraw some $$$ in a near atm, or purchase directly in any store, but i often do it, i dont like spending bitcoins because i prefer holding it for the future.
for those who doesnt have a debit card, you should have one if you are looking for withdrawing or spending some btc, it is the faster way.

I prefer to sell bitcoin rather than convert it, because we can get a better profit if we sell it, sell it now when the price is high make us earn profits and very good income.I feel that both or same only but if you bitcoin with the traders they will offer amount what you see in the price chart.
Comparatively you cannot big difference with this move. Now as you said this very good time sell their coins.

As I always do, sell my bitcoins for it is necessary I get my daily needs from bitcoin. I don't have much choice for now.
I don't sell my bitcoin permanently, i do trade them in an exchange and i always try to play with the volatility of bitcoin and i just continue doing it until now and i don't sell bitcoin if i don't really need the money. I just sell bitcoins when my savings in my bank account goes too low so i can add some funds in my savings for future expenses.
I am glad that at least you are completely aware of the potentials and amazing features of bitcoins. Indeed it is stupidity to sell bitcoins just for fun. They are highly expensive digital coins and besides are evergreen mode of investment. Volatility definitely serves as an opportunity for those who understand trading in true means. Because as Gold, the current value Bitcoin very high and just need one Bitcoin, we can buy many things.
