I just set a certain amount of profit or loss and after that I would stop gambling for the time being. By doing that, I would be able to stop myself to have more losses and if it is a win then I would use that limit to stop my greediness because sometimes, when I am that greedy, instead of winning, I would end up on a loss so by having a limit, I can retain my funds. Before, I don't have limit that's why I tend to always loss because of greediness and chasing my losses.

It is a very smart way of staying safe and enjoys some winnings also. Gambling sometimes can really give us life lesson, especially when it comes to control our emotions and temptations. We must have limits in all our actions. Excess of any activity can be dangerous for our health.

Yes, people who are into the gambling should set some limit for their self, which will help to control the loss in the gambling. if someone know that they can not afford to loose the money after some point, then it would be a limit for them. I prefer to play on weekends for fun purpose and i am not addicted towards the gambling so there is no need to set up limit.

I too is making a rule to follow when I am betting. Most of the time, my bankroll is empty, I only put satoshis on it when I feel like I want to bet. I usually carry .01 btc each time I gamble, when I lose, I won't do it again up to the time I already have extra bitcoin again. When I win, well, I just wait until it doubled then leave the gambling site, I usually don't gamble every day, so what I win will be mine until the next time I play again.

And when i'm winning i absolutely will stop at 20-25% profit of my capital i will stop and wait till next day like above. So keep doing this you will have a good often income. There are type of game that we can really see that we have potential to win in it, that there are events where we we seems to have that skill and like its favored on us but its not always everyday. We need to learn the thread of our game if its in favored on us or not.

Such as ? I dont remember that we got any event that will use skill at all because gambling is just a game of luck and we know in game of luck nothing control it. So the only thing that can help us to control it is when we put limit so we dont over gambling, we dont lose alot of money when we put that measurement that will protect us

I gamble for fun, so I set up limits for my self, I only set an amount of money that I can afford to lose. If I win, I stop whenever I feel I'm starting to lose my winnings from gambling. I really think that gambling too much is bad and it will make you addicted. That's why I play with moderation.

Gambling for fun but considering the amount you lose and playing with moderation? Kinda unusual . If you want some fun there are lots of others activities to do than to do gambling which will involved losing money. Can't imagined people will just gamble for fun.

Come on aim for profits as playing gambling is not a joke.

Learn to let go, it would be easier for you to limit yourself if you learned how to let go of your loses. You had experienced that chasing loses is not a good thing and it will further make you lose alot more. Though I think it is kinda hard but you have to understand that if you keep going on like that you will be selling yourself at the end and that will not only affect you but your family.

If all this situation affects only the gambler, then it's only half the trouble, but when all the obsession with the player begins to affect the family, then this is a very huge problem. Here already limits will not save anyone, If a person does not know how to control himself, then no limits will help.

Just learn the lesson man that next time you gamble you've got to be setting your own limit. And if you keep on losing again, the pattern is there and there's a hint that you have to take a rest for awhile now. Take some deep breathe, learn to know when to stop because if you'll keep on doing it, you'll be ending up losing a lot of money.

I tend to want to get it back but it seems it just gets worse whenever I do that. This is a freaking gambling problem.
I hope I have my limits but I only do that when I am winning.

It should be a major factor in all of us because it might help you in the long run. Not just in gambling, but also in our daily lives. If you see how people cannot control themselves, you would be shocked that there are a lot of people suffering like that.

I agree, this skill is not just useful for gambling but may be useful for our daily lives. If we do not control our spending then we cannot really say that we can save our money. If we don't save any of it then we'll just remain what we are today. This also is applicable in business. We should set budgets for whatever is needed and don't overspend or we won't profit as well.

In short,spending more than on what you earn would really put you into a problem later on.This kind of behavior is common among people which they dont really spend their money wisely on which limitations have been break without minding on whats ahead as long they do have the money to spent on.Setting up limits on anything would really be always advisable specially on gambling.
