I joined up over here in 2012-13. At the time it seemed like a way to make a quick buck. Overtime as i read about it more and more, i became interested in the freedom it provides. As time has went on however, my interest and belief in bitcoin have waned. I won't get into the details of why, but i'm wondering what your honest opinion of bitcoin is, with a simple vote, and possibly an explanation.
I agree with your position and with all the happenings around one would be encouraged to give up its belief but one needs to be resolute. I also started with high hopes but it has not been easy but I'm resolute and yes I still believes in Bitcoin just because of the freedom it possess and also its strenght against the dollar which make it more valuable when converted to my local currency but I hope it still remains...

believing in bitcoin or not has nothing to do with the price, or at least price is not all that matters with bitcoin. you should mostly think about the adoptions and this year i have been seeing a lot of good new about bitcoin adoption and it seems like bitcoin is moving towards being used as a real currency more.
I think people are interested in using bitcoin because the price is attractive for trade and investment. Besides, it is also the ease of use bitcoin. And I think bitcoin has become a "real currency" since this coin is traded. Thank you
I still believe that bitcoin and some altcoins will be around for a very long time and will be worth a lot of money in the future. It's going to take time for bitcoin to be widely used, but I think it will happen eventually.
Yeah, although the last few days bitcoin prices slightly down due to the impact of bitfinex. I still believe bitcoin will continue to be a future money that will be widely used by people. For altcoin I think will survive, but choose altcoin the proven quality, do not buy a dead coin hehe

That is the spirit rorona. Though we experience a price dump due to the recent incidence of hacking at bitfinex wherein mulitmillion dollars worth of bitcoin was stolen, we just keep our spirit up and believe in bitcoins. Our support on bitcoins will soon cause an inflation but if we leave bitcoin it will have more deflation on its price. Rest assured as long as we keep our spirit up bitcoin will not die.

ofcourse 100% i trust bitcoin because in bitcoin i get money for free and it help me in my daily needs everyone here is uses bitcoin where day get bitcoin for free by doing some post , or by joining in signature campaign i love bitcoin, it helps me with my daily expenses it also help me in school where i get my money to buy foods <3

Without a doubt, I do. It has amazing potential to be so much more than a thing to be speculated with. It has the potential to change money for good, and the blockchain has potential to do so many other things as well. I think probably all of us still believe in bitcoin. All except Kwuckduck.

The value of bitcoin is slipping right now, and will be continuously doing so until maybe the a little less than the $500 line. However, that doesn't mean the end of bitcoin. In fact, it's an opportunity for new comers to join in the race and for most traders to get quite a lot of profits.

Investors are happy when one commodity is falling in price because for them it's a gold to catch.
The Bitfinex exchange was hacked and lost 119k bitcoins. It seems it is very difficult to keep the bitcoin safe.
i think in real life we have some examples about the band robbery where the robbers have stolen so many fiat currency from all over the world, so why are we still saving money in banks, i think that is a part of life and such kind of scandal cannot destroy the image of bitcoin we still have to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin is a good option with us to invest our money and have a good profit in the end.
