.. I still find it difficult learning and understanding bitcoin technical aspect, the blockchain and development. I know this is a shame to admit but that is what am faced with. I once tried to read the white paper but could not make much meaning out of it. ..
Same here with me. I also feel so difficult to understand the technical aspects of Bitcoin exactly. I commonly only understand the general knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
I also tried reading the whitepaper, but it is too difficult to understand. that is why I only read from certain articles that bring it easier, although this may not be full enough to understand about those aspects.

Many of us encountered this kind of situation that it's hard to know more about bitcoin but we made it maybe for others were slow but for us it's okay to learn more in Slowly way than we don't know anything about crypto. We don't need to be hurry all we need is focus and hard work for learning, step by step we can reach what other forum mates  already achieve. Reading and searching is the best way to learn faster.

I do have some struggle learning in some field but it doesn't mean that I can't learn it. The point is, it is not impossible to learn what you wanted to learn though you may struggle to learn it. Think of it as an obstacle towards your goal. Don't worry because sooner or later you won't be in that situation again when you are going to learn more about crypto related discussions. Other things that you will learn along the way is the explanation about crypto and you wouldn't have to do it yourself.

I do not know if this topic has been shared here before but it is something that has given me serious concern. Eventhough I have been registered here a long time ago, I still find it difficult learning and understanding bitcoin technical aspect, the blockchain and development. I know this is a shame to admit but that is what am faced with. I once tried to read the white paper but could not make much meaning out of it. Is this just only me as someone who has zero knowledge of science or there are also people who are in science but still find learning bitcoin confusing and challenging? Is there a way out of this? Please am not asking for books to read. I need real life experiences of those who passed through this and overcame it.
Bitcoin is really confusing in the first place, especially if you only know about fiat and its your first time to know that bitcoin also exists. Everyone is expected to struggle at first but as you gain more knowledge and experience while exploring the crypto market and bitcoin, you will understand that bitcoin is here because we need it, and that fiat is less valuable than bitcoin. Just continue to discover everything about bitcoin, soon you will come to understand what bitcoin is all about and why its blockchain technology is what we need the most.

I guess everyone has to go to this phase and up to this day majority of us still doesn't understand bitcoin because there is so much technically behind it. Could depend on the person itself, if he is inclined to learn or doesn't want to dig deeper on the technicalities of it. And just like I said, it's really journey for all of us, from bitcoin trading to understand how everything works for behind, (blockchain, fees, wallet etc.) So I would say take it as a challenge to ourselves, so that in the future, if we will meet someone, we can explain it on layman terms and dig deeper on some technicals.

You are not alone on this table mate.
I have had a hard time understanding some technical terms in Bitcoin. Despite my effort, I still find it quite difficult to comprehend. I have tried reading some books, but trust me, I couldn't even go past a few pages.
So, I have resolved to just exploring the technology,.don't wanna bother myself with too much technicalities.

Learning like they always say is a continuous process, and no man is an embeddlement of all knowledge, and it is good to have knowledge in one field and learning the other. I still have difficulty learning things about Bitcoin, which I sometimes do my research asking questions on Google, youtube, crypto related reddit and Facebook groups to get other people's idea

I wouldn’t say I’ve overcome through the same scenario as you, I have not gone through it much yet, but each time I try to also, it gives me hard times. I only get to understand little or nothing at all. How painful it is to learn and not to understand. I don’t know why I get frustrated trying to learn something new and I don’t get it. I’ll just feel like leaving it and go and do something else. But nevertheless we didn’t give up yet, I’ll still try to learn something about the technical part of bitcoin, gradually am sure something will be achievable.

I can relate, seriously, and I am still in it, even for how long I've been in this space, I can admit that I still find it difficult to understand the technical part of Bitcoin till date, like you, I've tried reading the bitcoin whitepaper on several occasions, but I understand close to nothing, and this also is one of the reasons why I cannot comment on any topic/discussion on the Bitcoin Development and Technical Discussion Board because i understand little to nothing of what is being discussed there, though i visit the board quite a lot and always wish i can join the conversation, but is better to stay mute (read only mode) than to put than a comment that will end up being deleted by the mod.

But then, the good thing about this whole thing is that, one actually doesn't have to know how a car engine functions to be able to drive it, there are great drivers out there, who know close to nothing about car engines or how they function.
You will need to know car engines and how they function if you wanna become a car mechanic, same also it is with Bitcoin, if you are just a regular trader, its not important to know the technicalities of Bitcoin though its very nice to know if you can, but for someone who wants to contribute to the Bitcoin network in any way, I believe this knowledge is very important.

If you know anything about Bitcoin then I need to do some research on Bitcoin first.  I don't think it's easy to learn about Bitcoin because you don't understand one of them.  Of course this bitcoin needs to be researched.  I think you can learn about Bitcoin depending on your knowledge and skills.  To learn about Bitcoin you need to create Form Theod.  If you want to know about Bitcoin form, you need to know about Bitcoin from the beginning, how to work, where to post and which coin to buy and get an idea about these.  The more time this bitcoin form takes, the better.  Learning about Bitcoin is not a very difficult subject and you can learn very fast if you want.

When one hears about bitcoin you would think that bitcoin is just a decentralised currency and it ends there. But when going dipper trying to know more about bitcoin,  you would realise that bitcoin is too wide and the brain is just empty,  knows nothing about bitcoin. Bitcoin can complicated, most especially technical parts of bitcoin.
This is evidently true. People here about bitcoin, associates it with currency and that's where it ends for most. If you ask me, I don't blame them. After all, it was meant to be used for a currency and if it should act as such, what is there to be worried about? Like, most citizens of the world don't care about how there individual nations fiat currency is been printed and circulated. All they do is earn and use it and that's the same energy they direct towards bitcoin.

The issue with this is that, bitcoin is created to be a scares commodity with a definite number from which, after thee last is mined, what remains is its circulation. Now, its virtual and you can have a whole lot right where you walk and that comes with some risk. Worst of all, you can transfer just any amount and with devices susceptible to hacks, there are needs to learn other aspects to better guide yourself.
You can't know it all nor learn all in a go but, you could always push for more knowledge.

But I discovered a perfect way to solve the problems.

See the trick. I stopped reading some technical things about bitcoin because it sometimes difficult to understand and even tends to contradict.

This is why I want to understand those technical things because I do not want people to see me as contracting myself when am taking about bitcoin. I like to find answers to what confuses me and not run away from it and this is why am putting effort in knowing the technical aspect of bitcoin because it confuses me. I will keep trying to find a way out of this. Thank you.

I believe there’s always struggles at first particularly that bitcoin is new to us, and even those higher positions still do that’s why they never stop learning as that can overcome their fears not to make profits. I understand you OP because everyone has been there too, but always be optimistic that by being consistent in studying and learning about bitcoin, you will come to understand what bitcoin is all about and it’s real worth. Add more experiences in the crypto market because that will also open you to great possibilities of learning more on bitcoin.

There's no reason to be ashamed of that, instead make it a good motivation to learn more about bitcoin through available resources in the internet and build your real life experiences with bitcoin, only by then you can overcome your weakness. Just love what you are doing and give your passion to it, then believe me everything will come so easily that you won't even noticed it that you have discovered and learned bitcoin a lot.

Is there a way out of this? Please am not asking for books to read. I need real life experiences of those who passed through this and overcame it.

The way I see it, learning crypto is like falling in love. At first you may not understand your partner but with each passing day and the quality of time spent together, you get to know the person better. I failed at my first attempt to learn about Bitcoin. But then, I started again by asking a lot of questions. I'd ask my queries on Google and click on the first search result. As time when on, even after I had found Bitcointalk forum, my interests started to become streamlined. One other thing I did was to avoid joining a lot of communities online because they were just too many and distracting with message notifications popping up here and there. By now the OP would have already gotten an idea on the direction to take from the replies of the other users.

maybe you will right that mate cause this exactly what happen to me when I came across in the world of crypto currency and especially in bitcoins  I did not know or let say did not get what I reading from searching about crypto but all of a sudden day by day slowly  I learn and know more about what I am aiming for. And for OP you don't need to be hurry cause in the right time knowledge will come and you understand what is in the world of crypto.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
I have been faced with such challenges and I am still facing it.

But I discovered a perfect way to solve the problems.

See the trick. I stopped reading some technical things about bitcoin because it sometimes difficult to understand and even tends to contradict. What I do now is to practicalize everything. I will intentionally try to send a very low Satoshi to my other wallet and check the wait time. I will also send by reducing the transaction fees. I will send when the mempool is congested.
I send from legacy to see wit address.
I now see the difference in fee between ERC and TRON networks.
I see the high fee of exchanges.
I do alot of things between my two wallets and then I keep learning at my pace.

It's the same thing as being confused when you are trying to learn how the paper money is printed and the whole economy itself.
Don't worry about it too much, bud. This forum is open for everyone trying to learn or just trying to have a discussion.
I, myself, am just interested in blockchain programming but that's it. I do not know a lot about the technical stuffs in Bitcoin, but it does not worry me same goes on how I learn programming in general. It would be beneficial to learn a lot, but you don't need to nor should feel bad about it.
