Of course in a casino that is big enough, there will be many of those trying to break the rules, but the probability of them succeeding is extremely small. And if they are doing it unintentionally, they will not be able to withdraw their funds, most likely.

I'd say it takes more than 5 minutes to read those ToS, but it's definitely worth it.
People who try to break the rules are bound to exist, which will happen in large and small casinos. They don't realize that what they are doing will only cause difficulties for them because after all, the casino will know what they are doing and impose sanctions against them. And they won't be able to do what they want either because the casino will know. For casinos, it is very easy to impose sanctions on those who violate their rules, where the casino can withhold withdrawals that gamblers want to make because they have violated their rules.

Yes, reading the ToS is worth doing because it can help us understand the rules of the casino. We can also understand what not to do. If we don't break the rules of the casino, we will be fine when gambling.

Almost all of the casino have similar TOS and the one's hell bent to steal your fund would steal it anyway. Verifying KYC is a hassle but I won't mind doing it if it were the only way I could get back my money.
Never have I read any TOS and neither would I. I'm careful to choose my primary casinos to gamble and have idea about their pros, cons and problems the user may face. I also do try new casinos but I don't deposit huge amounts just for the first deposit bonus. To date, I'm not forced into KYC by any casino (not doing 4+ figure transactions either). Not using proxies or VPN or making double accounts. I guess that's all the TOS demands.

Lets just accept that people dont read. Even if reading ToS would be a must during registration, people will find a way not to do that. Observe how people use swimming pools. It is not local, it does not have any difference from nationality, religion and etc. Nobody read swimming pool usage rules. Nobody even notice a huge sign NO DIVING. People ignore reading. Even though it is important. But if you show them pictures or video of people getting injured while diving, reckless behavior and etc, people would be more cautious. In modern world reading isnt popular.

I agree with you. It’s getting increasingly difficult to find or cultivate reading habits in people today. You’ve got to agree with the terms of service before you are being given access to such services so one can say, reading the terms of service is a must as one ought to be fully aware of what is being agreed.
In the modern society today, people are likely to select today, to be informed by pictures or videos than a detailed written account of same event. With the advent of modern technology making things easier, reading has become somewhat like a chore.
People who gamble and choose from one site to another usually have a preconceived notion of reviews. It could be by his friends or by his gambling community. In their case reading ToS is not mandatory but for a fresher it should be read with time. But the real picture is that most of the gamblers, new or old, bother to read the terms and conditions because the texts are incomprehensible and the detailed text written in jargon language which is boring for everyone. Gamblers believe that a prominent site must provide competitive services to maintain their reputation in the business area and do not take much time to register a site. But the main point here is that even if a prominent site doesn't cheat gamblers, new sites must be wary, which is why gamblers are asked to read the ToS.
Yes, it is true that most of the people who choose a site for gambling may be inspired by a site's review or an influencer's review or get information from their friends. It is difficult to find people who do proper recharge and investigation on a site and read terms and conditions during registration. Because it requires long time which no one wants to waste. So I would say that almost most people skip trams and conditions. They are read only by those who have valuable assets on that device, such as huge bitcoins or other cryptos. Some such people read them to be cautious. However, we do not know the exact percentage of such people. These serve only as a formality so far

Casinos do not need to force gamblers to spend 5 minutes reading the ToS because it depends on the wishes of each gambler. The important thing is that the casino has provided ToS, which are the rules of the casino so that every gambler can know the rules and not try to break them, whether intentionally or unintentionally. And casinos have advised gamblers to make sure they know the rules before starting to gamble but if gamblers choose to wait to read the rules, that's up to the gamblers.

Yes, that happens to many gamblers because they ignore reading the ToS, so it will only give them problems. It is a valuable lesson for any gambler who has yet to start reading the rules to realize that the rules in the casino are to ensure that no gambler breaks the rules.

It will be nice if casino would somehow force or stimulate gamblers to spend 5 minutes and read ToS before they start to gamble. I see no other option to make people realize consequences and issues would get. But, even if casino would reward gamblers for reading ToS, gamblers will try to abuse that, say reward is too little, move to other casino where they get to gambling quicker.

On the other hand, there is always a FAQ, where users might find most of the answers. Limits and fees can be found in account section. For me these were enough to neglect reading ToS and getting into troubles, honestly speaking.

In my opinion, people tend to read, especially with a lot of long text, because they might get bored quickly and also waste their time, but if they spend a little time it will help them know the rules or terms and conditions that apply. is in the casino itself. but even though it's boring, I think this needs to be done because it also prevents problems from occurring when gambling, because of course everyone doesn't want problems with the gambling they do.

I agree with that, indeed with current developments perhaps they are more interested in explanations or what it is in the form of videos and with background sound that they can listen to so that it doesn't make them quickly bored to understand things that really need to be understood. but even so, I don't think the culture of reading can be eliminated, it still has to be done, because that way they can understand what they need to understand.

We must read those important notes before making an account on any site but at that time we don't have enough time and that's why we don't pay much attention to all these things and just create an account with a tick mark. At that time two to five minutes seems too big to us, when we wait for hours for friends when we go out, it is not a problem for us to wait for that time. There are some important notes that we must read before making an account and if they are read first then the misconceptions or confusions about this site will be removed. We should make an account at the time when we are free when we have the patience to read that note then we should make an account on such a site so that we can read the notes well and then create an account.
That is as it should be but very rarely things happen in that way, since most people decide to try a new casino as a response to a review they watched on social media or simply because of the positive comments they have read there as well, so instead of patiently reading the terms and conditions of the new casino in which they want to gamble, what they want is to play immediately and they skip reading those terms as they think it is unnecessary to do it.
The conditions that are asked to be read before opening an account in a casino are usually very large, so users usually do not want to read such large conditions. You have an account on a gambling site and the gambling site has asked you to read some conditions to warn you that if you don't read those casino sites there will be no harm but the user who is not following the conditions may be in danger. I made an account in the casino saying that you might be in danger, then we played in the casino and one time something unexpected happened to us for which we got confused and resorted to the online support. At that time, the online support told us that you must read the conditions before making an account on this site. Before opening an account on our casino sites, we must read the conditions carefully so that we do not read the conditions and then get confused.

That is true. If there are gamblers who dont bother reading game rules, or to read or understand what is house edge, RTP, then no wonder only little amount of gamblers spend time reading ToS. Also every gambler is so confident persons, who believes that nothing bad will ever happen to him, that they dont bother going deep into details what they doing. If the browser has opened the page, if the game has loaded, then there is nothing to worry about anymore, as they are doing everything 100% right.

Personally, I dont read ToS when I register at casinos. But after registration, I pay attention on bonuses conditions, withdrawal/deposit fees and minimum amount, and only when I am about to make a large deposit, I do read ToS to check if accidentally my country is not on a restricted list.
They can feel confident but they must still take the time to read and understand the ToS so that they don't have any problems after they finish gambling and want to withdraw their money. The habit of reading must always be instilled so that we can enjoy what we do in gambling. Moreover, if we take the time to understand the ToS, we will still have free time to gamble because gambling games are played whenever we have free time. Gambling games will always be waiting for us, especially when we are doing other, more important things.

What you did was good because what you read are important things that we need to know. By reading the ToS, we will know what things are permitted and prohibited so that we will not try to violate them because that means trouble for us. I quite understand your plight here but let's not use "nobody," this is too affirmative as we are not everyone or see everyone and what they are doing. The majority of people will not read the terms and conditions of any company, yet some still read it, while some will not understand all even when they read it, while others will still try to give it their best shot by reading it to an extent but will not end the reading eventually. This is because gambling is the goal of bettors when it comes to casinos and when they fully understand the category they are gambling, they are good to go. It is all about knowing what you want and doing it as you want since many believe that casinos can't write rubbish as terms and conditions, or else other people will not sign up with them.

So to protect their business, they believe they will be fair with their terms and conditions, but it is not always like that. It might be true that casinos will not write too harsh terms and conditions, but they could be cunning about it, that is what many do not consider, and even in the terms and conditions that some people read, they will not be able to interpret it rightly as it should be done. But really, the terms and conditions are good, we should endeavour to read them, we may not read everything but the core ones that have to do with the games playing, deposit and withdrawal and the terms of service and support must be read. This is for us to be fairly treated and also play by the system justifiably.

Yes, I agree with you. There are still many people who need to be more activelazy to read the ToS and make sure that they understand what is written there. If they can't understand it, they can ask the support service to get a further explanation, and they can also ask other questions about the casino and gambling account, including about KYC because KYC has become a problem for many crypto gamblers. They may actually contain some of the complaints that people raise about some casinos such requiring KYC if there is need or suspicion of money laundering activities.
What is your take on this?
I'm sure most people don't read the ToS when registering on any site. The reason is simple. It's very boring. I personally think it would be better to try creating an account and then experience using the application. I'm not doing business with a casino where I have to spend thousands of dollars in transactions. So I think something like suspicion of money laundering or KYC requirements when withdrawing balances are things that can be done after registration without having to read KYC. Anyway, I have never read any of the ToS from the sites I listed except only a few important points that I know about on the homepage.

Before opening an account on gambling or casino sites, there are certain instructions and terms and conditions that most of the times we create an account without reading. There are very few users who read these conditions before creating an account but most users find these conditions annoying so they skip these conditions. I can feel the fact that I should read these conditions but still feel bored reading these conditions. Since my only intention at that time is to have an account on this site we don't pay any attention to read the terms and conditions. Just like there are signs on cigarette packs that cigarettes cause cancer, there are some sites that have different conditions before signing up, like cigarette packs, then we ignore them and create an account.

We are all guilty here, since majority of us didn't take time to read terms and conditions because like what you've said, our intention is to create an account only and we find reading long paragraphs of T&C boring but we lately realize the importance of it once we encounter different technical problems after creating an account. Some people may not realize the importance of reading terms and conditions or may not be aware of the potential consequences of not doing so.

What could be the cause of too many individuals not being able to read long texts and manuals?

That is easy to explain. The reason we arent able or refuse to read long texts are our mobile phones and social media. People used to read at home, in public transport, on the vacation and etc. Now people dont let go of the mobile. As soon as we get a free minutes, we take our mobiles and start scrolling or swiping. We are used to receiving small portion of information. If something is longer than a tweet or reels, we skip. We need more and more, new and new info. And there is a ToS, 5-20 pages with wall of text and no pictures. Of course nobody would read it.
That might have a lot to do with it, you are right. People in older times used to read a lot of books and newspapers and everything which is why they liked reading, but these days, people are more into visuals which means that they like watching pictures, videos, and other stuff that explain things in a visual instead of them having to read all the text themselves. This is why, if you ask someone to read a very long text, they don't feel like doing it because they easily get bored.

I always wonder why casinos and other platforms don't turn terms and conditions into a video where a person should be narrating and explaining all the terms and a user should just play the video and listen to what the person is explaining. However, casinos wouldn't do that because they have nothing to lose if users don't read the terms and conditions.
