how abou all of them? does human have equal right? you say human should be equal in right but pratically doest it true? i'm don't see any of them being equal, human with money is unequal with human without money in law.
It depends on where you live since each country has a different score. For rough estimation, you can use this index: https://worldjusticeproject.org/rule-of-law-index/global/2022/table

What you said is true, especially in low-ranked countries with a low "absence of corruption" score. Meanwhile, the situation in top-ranked countries should be closer to the theory.

Absolutely not, we are not all the same, everyone has their own genetic code and there cannot be 2 identical ones.

What must be the same is the way in which you have to treat people.

It is not the color of the skin or the fact that it is a man or a woman that must differentiate the way I behave.

I don't feel the same as anyone else but every person deserves respect. As long as he deserves it. Ethical standards have changed a lot in recent years.

The word "equal" is meaningless if you didn't specify what is it about, e.g., equal force, equal rights, or what?
When most people say "equality," they actually say "legal equality" or "equality under the law." This is when everyone should be treated equally related to the rule of law, i.e., fairness in trial and these kinds of things.

Humans can be equal or unique depending on what's the topic. If it's about rights, in theory, it should be equal, if it's about personality, it's unique. etc etc

I still think that all humans are the same, because humans are living beings. But what distinguishes between humans is nature, life, destiny, likes, and other things.

I think this is too general a question. There is one rule in my world and it is invariable: "all people equally deserve respect until they prove otherwise." And this makes age, gender, status, skin color, nationality, or orientation unimportant - in general, all the signs by which it was customary to divide people. And I believe that everyone should adhere to this rule.
Agreed, it is a very vague question.

As Laurendaldin said, gender, race, etc should not matter and in that respect I feel all humans are 'equal'. However as far as what abilities a person has and what they can do -- that is a whole `nother story: Can anyone be a top-of-their-field sports star? No. Can anyone be a concert pianist? No. Can anyone be a competent Engineer? No. etc etc.

Yes, most people can learn/be taught to do almost anything. Perhaps with practice and experience they can even become reasonably good but - can *anyone* learn/practice enough to excel at it? No.

To be very good much less excel at something requires a person to have what is often called a 'Knack for it'. That Knack is something you are born with, end of story. Everyone has different innate strengths and weaknesses and therefor in those respects are *not* equal to everyone else.

I guess, it depends on the situation. We all have different opinions. In some ways, we are, while in some, we are not. Like, we all are flawed creatures, and we are equal in that sense.

The author formulate the question more precisely, what equality are you talking about?

I'd like to believe that, but in life, people are far from equal

no human being is the same,
but sometimes they have something in common,
for example
I like the same movies, I like the same food, and I like the same books.

People are equal in only one way. Take a look at identical twins. They look much alike, but they are different. They are not equal. Nobody is equal to anybody else.

People are equal in the fact that they are unequal. All of them are not equal to anybody else. And they all are different in the way they are unequal. This means that they are even unequal regarding the quality of their 'unequalness'.

Nobody is equal except in the simple fact that nobody is equal.

I strongly feel that every human being is equal no matter what skin color, language they speak, or religion they choose to follow. However not the same can be said for other countries, for example in Qatar they force migrant workers to work without pay for months.

It is so sad to hear true stories about how companies lack to provide any food or water to the migrant workers. The stadium that will host the World Cup in Qatar that was built by forced labor should be boycott. And as a result, I will not be watching the World Cup this year due to the human rights issues.

my favourite phrase
WE are ALL unique.... just like everyone else

thus we all share the same thing

..
equality is thinking paying 2 people the same, even though:
someone that can lift 20 bricks per walk, on a construction site, thus get a brick house build 4x faster than someone who can only lift 5 bricks at a time

equity is thinking paying strong person upto 4x more then weak person

in-equality is thinking men deserve more then woman even though
if a woman can produce more work than a male counterpart, she still gets paid less

and yes.. if you read the construction site example and you imagined 2 guys hauling bricks.. you are wrong.. woman can haul bricks too
i thing equlity is if they are do work correcly either woman or a man they should paid equal, do woman get less paid in contructive site tho?

All humans are equal at birth, when they exude innocence. Obviously serious criminals don’t deserve to be treated the same as a young child etc.

Every law abiding citizen should be treated equally though, I am a firm believer in that. Black, white, asian, rich or poor etc, we are no different. Nobody is any better than anybody else.
Then when the equality change? does the equality change in some sort of age? does child equal to grow up man and old man?
