Yes you are right. There are many people in the world that still don't know about bitcoin, it's make bitcoin more harder to replace dollar, i think it will take long time to replace dollar.

I do not think it can replace the dollar. Maybe bitcoin is more similar to gold, but with more capability for dealing rather than a currency like dollar.

the dollar will be number one currency in the world. all countries use the dollar for overseas activities. I can not imagine if government activities conducting overseas then pay something with bitcoin

The government will surely oppose bitcoin in the coming years,they wont like people in their country to use bitcoin as a payment system when they cant gain something from the user of bitcoin.

Because bitcoin is just a digital currency and its not a physical money.. you cannot hold it with your hands unline real money..
But the price is good for bitcoin and fiat still the price remain..

Cant say so easily that bitcoin will be replaced to dollar.....It is popular among the people who are technically sound and computer savvy....still many people are not aware about it and more people trust should be there...Then you can say it can replace but it will take a very very long time.......
