I think many things are hard to guess for a long time up to 100 years, I think it will be difficult bitcoin can survive up to 100 years, little thing is a transaction problem that feels very slow and expensive.
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

even it survive only rich will use it Because price now about 6,000$ so when bitcoin number fixed and high Demand found price will be more than 100,000$ and fee will be so high (about 20$ for every trans)

Yes it will survive. From my opinion, bitcoin will survive because it is now part of our life. Its popularity and demand is rising. It's potential is unlimited. I think its a very good gift given to us and for the next generations as well. Though the price will get bigger and bigger, I think as long as we believe and as long as a person wants it, it will surely not die.

too far if we think up to 100 years, our life is not necessarily until the age of 100 years. But anything can happen maybe the next 100 years bitcoin will get better or vice versa, because nobody knows exactly.

I'm sure bitcoin can survive up to 100 years, this is because bitcoin technology is designed for the future. in addition, bitcoin will be forever popular because it becomes the first cryptocurrency and will always be remembered.
Well as long as nothing major happens, or the internet itself crashes, i' m also seeing bitcoin to endure that long. Fiat has been here for more than 100 years and with the right support, bitcoin or crypto in general may very well follow suit.
I fully agree with you. Also I foresee that its more sophisticated and more advance cyrptocurrency. A very improved improved of our current bitcoin or crypto with so many applications and enhancement.

I can't predict it if it will survive for a century but I can see the great evolution of bitcoin since the birth of it so I think there is a chance that it will survive after 100 years. Well, how can you look far. By that time, another technology may appear. Man, this is 100 years old. During this time, the technological process will develop and another 10 times can replace bitcoin. I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

Base on the continues process and the increase of bitcoin participants, it is possible for it to last for up to a hundred year, technically, if the process and increase continues, internet jobs will increase its rate. Articles that wrote the accomplishments that bitcoin does are the one that proves it can be possible. But, the thing is, we can actually tell the future if it will last or it will not.
Maybe, and if that is going to happen they probably will survive and other cryptocurrency and the real money will disappear.

Wow! I think 100 years is too long to predict if bitcoin will survive that far but of course we all want bitcoin to survive we are here to support bitcoin right. If that will happen I think by that time fiat will be no use and all transaction are made through bitcoin.. We never know everything is possible to happen specially with crypto.
Yes,I think bitcoin will survive for more more 100 years atleast.We all know bitcoin is using by millions of people and they believe on bitcoin.People from all over the world using bitcoin and investing on bitcoin.And an other thing is bitcoin price is so high that it will make bitcoin alive.I think in future bitcoin will be more strong and it will remain the no1 crypto currency of the world.
