It's tough to predict but Bitcoin is definitely in it for the long haul..not sure if that's 100 years though
I think it's far too much to happen because the bitcoin does not say the longer we need it and then we'll get that bit of bitcoin lasts 100years so maybe start start bitcoin and use it at the right time.
Bitcoin is the first digital currency available and I think it will strengthen Bitcoin in the future. 100 years is a long time, but I'm sure Bitcoin can survive and can still be used in the future. With the development of Bitcoin and the increasing level of public confidence I am very confident Bitcoin can be a world economic power.
No one could predict what will happen in the future after 100 years, but base on my observation in Bitcoin, lots of billionaire investing their money so I think Bitcoin will became more popular in the whole world. I can't see any chances that Bitcoin would go down or worthless in the year 100, because if their a lot of investors a lot of project will come out and they need a lot of people to work on it, so Bitcoin could probably survive after 100 years
Since bitcoin values has been decided by the free market It may have a chance to still survive after 100 years thou the value may not be as high as today since I believe that bitcoin was already been replaced by more advance cryptocurreny.
Well we live to see, but 100 years from now is quite too long a time for us to speculate about the fate of bitcoin because technologies that changes the world and how we do things can emerge within a year or two and render it completely useless and so we should give it some room before any speculations.
the new period has started since bitcoin born early and bitcoin is the glory the world of money through the internet and will remain so long ,I may not live that long but surely bitcoin must live longer than 100 years later because he is not sure to die stay victorious from era
We should understand this and all our decisions should base on common sense, and on your own feeling.
I Can Say, the bitcoin has good opportunities to be the best cryptocurrency, but if we remembered the history of Nokia, Kodak,and other famous leaders of the market, we can see that competition always exists, and anyone in any time can take lead place, and move leader of the market down.

Well firstly while bitcoin is very strong is certainly isn't stable, and that instability is a major roadblock when considering if bitcoin can survive for the next century. I believe it will survive in some capacity but in order to really flourish there needs to be constant improvement and the stability needs to be ensured.
I don't think so.Because the governments trying to ban BTC in these days.I think it hard to survive.Weapon,they using is security(hard to trace).If the wars will begin they will surely ban BTC by big governments and they will force other small counties to They will issue a new currency under control of them.If BTC survive,there will be no other king than bitcoin.
the real question is will paper money survive after 100 years!
That's not the real question, Paper money has been there since the dawn of time and it will be here for a while because it has stood the test of time. Bitcoin is rather new and we should ask whether it can also stand the test of time for a 100 years.

it's a little hard to think about. Regarding what happened to bitcoin this year. it seems that bitcoin has the potential to remain in the long term. If bitcoin is legend in many countries it may be great for the future. a hundred years is a long time, maybe we will leave bitcoin.
Bitcoins are growing rapidly and are becoming more common. At present there are some countries that accept bitcoin and allow people to be used to purchase or pay bills. So I think bitcoin can last more than 100 years.
As of now bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency when compared to other and can rate it as no.1, but can't predict for the next 100yers, who knows what happens in the next 100 years, but with the positive note can think and predict that it may stay for 100 years, unless another type of currency exists. It will be surviving for more than 100 years if any major crash doesn't happen in cryptocurrency market. There is no reason preventing bitcoin from living after the year, 2100.

Nobody will tell you this. After 100 years our world may disappear. This is a very long period of time to make predictions. But if the Internet will still exist after 100 years from now, that there will be crypto currencies as well, I think. Probably the technologies will be much more developed and people will not use paper money at all.
As for me, you do not need to guess for such a long time. According to forecasts, the production of bitcoin will end in 2140. But no one can predict what will happen until this moment. Maybe by this time the economy on the planet will change so much that the leading currency will be completely different.

I do not dare to speculate about bitcoin prices for 100 years because anything can happen in that time and probably will change a lot
