it is risky. if you really want to make one. you should be the most unique gambling site,a lot of advertisment and givaways to build your trust.
so people will check it and not compare you to other gambling sites.
considering theres a lot of gambling site nowadays. or else no one will even gamble on it.
because why gamble in a new site if theres a lot more trusted site.

I dont think that there are many gambling site that have proof that their are legal business. May be some of them have this kind of proof but mostly many sites dont have this kind of thing but people still coming to their site. As long as the withdrawal, deposit and their support is good enough to maintain the site. I dont think there will be problem to their site. Although that site doesnt prove that they are legal

Advertising and promoting the site is going to cost you a lot of money... You need tons of funds to start with.

If the site has information about the owners, address etc.
Then why would it be dangerous? if they are some anon company from east europe or have a domain protection, no I would not consider even betting 1 satoshi.

You could try and use the moneypot.com API so you won't have to invest in a bankroll and security will be taken care of, so you won't need to invest an enormous amount of bitcoin to start your gambling site.

However, if you want to start a gambling site, you'll have to think of a unique idea, not just dice, as there are plenty of dice sites around and making a dice site probably won't attract many users, as why should they use your site if there's so many other dice sites around?

i guess it depends on how much money are you willing to invest into the website and how successful you will be with the casino, because of that i believe that its always very risky if you put in a lot of money because you might end up with 0 if no one plays

Man, listen to me. It is very important to have a very large bankroll in case of many winnings from the user, but at the same time you have to increase so much security on your website. Every user have to deposit its bitcoin and withdraw it without any problem ! In this way, you'll be considered trusted, in other way maybe you'll have some problem.
