I really believe the ETC will rise again. of course this can happen, I think this happens only if the ETC project announces something nice and beautiful, it seems to me that in the near future this project will not be able to announce anything new, most likely they are trying to keep the price in the future . in order to compete with others.
I think all of the coins have possibilities to lost their value for a long or short time in the cryptocurrency world. I want to see etereum's price much more higher, and I want to see the ethereum as a real competitor of the bitcoin. Maybe not now, but I think it has that good potential.
I do not believe in ETC. I do not see the sense in it if there is ETH. So that I do not really believe in the growth of this coin.

Yes, ETC is actively developing and a lot of positive news on it. I think that when the market starts to grow again, ETC will be one of the first to go up. Personally, I just buy it when the price goes lower.

The price was lesser the first time its launched so the price today is a proof that it will boom again.
