I think investors are decreasing because they are just making study about some projects if it is legit to invest because they already know that most of the ICO are scam and they just losing their investment. For now they are very careful to invest that also affect the most ICO now to move because of lack of investors.

of course, i think they are really decreasing, but why won't they?, since last year, only few projects happened to succeed after catting lots of money from investors during their ICO, so most people are getting discouraged by day.

While it is undeniable that the bear market is having a huge effect it is a mistake to not accept the reality that less people are investing in new projects and that there are simply too many icos, that is a reality that we cannot avoid and also I will say that the quality of the current icos compared to last year is even lower and there are many projects that are being proven to be scams.

Well i do agree the number of investors indeed decreasing. Many reasons why people stop invest in ICO
1. Many ICO are scam
2. A lot of ICO are unsuccess
3. A lot of new coins not able to hit exchange
4. Bad ROI
5. Market keep going down

Despite all of that i believe there is a good ico that are running and will success such as ROMAD the antivirus that use blockchain technology.

Yes, it's obvious. Investors are not active now, as investing in ICO projects does not give any dividends, and the new tokens that appear on the stock exchange at this time have a price much lower than the ICO price.

Yes, the investors at ICO dropped. Not just the investors, but the Bounty hunters in the ICO also decreased every day, I know the main cause. It must be the main cause of the decline because the ICO is occupied by projects that are scams and there are a lot of fraudulent projects, therefore the ICO is increasingly lonely with investors and more and more good ICO projects are dead.

Of course they will decrease, because of the odd time. And most problem facing by market now are mostly cause by icos. There are too much scam icos out there. The scam are affecting the good project.

Perhaps you are right but, in my opinion, the main reason is the percentage of fraudulent projects and those that have no chance of success yet (bad ideas or similar ones, etc.). As for the bear market, it is a good time for investors to buy coins at prices below normal. But most invest in already established coins, not new ones.

This is another reason, why should we invest in an ico that has a great chance to be a scam or to simply fail when we can invest in established coins that are very cheap and that will surely give to us profits that are amazing, just look at litecoin or ethereum or monero and you'll see that those coins a very cheap and that you can obtain great profits thanks to them with very little effort.

investor icons are now decreasing because of the many ico projects they have to choose carefully so as not to lose money, I think investors don't go from ico but they do more research to get good projects not rubbish

it is true that ico investors are decreasing, bear market isn't the reason this is happening but too many scam ico investors have leant lessons
Lastly ico use to serve as a means to make quick profit when it use to be profitable but not anymore
Ico are trading way below ico price after listing on exchange.

definitely, most ICO dont even reach softcap nowadays and a lot of them also have to postpone their sale
