I think ICO regulation is very important for the development of cryptocurrecy and token market, because with any regulation there is no word scam again in crypto world, there is no team of developers who only want the investor's money and then leave the project that already in the plan before. With regulation, investors will be feel protected from any fraud and this will be also increase the demand of tokens.

Not necessarily but a general framework of ICO regulations could be laid out for all individuals or countries interested in putting out a project need to follow but then again if we have regulations to be followed by the whole world, it implies no more decentralisation and that's not what most blockchain based projects are about. At the end of it all regulations would deter most startup companies from coming forward with their ideas as they will fall short but its also the only way investors will have more confidence in ICO's.

I welcome some sort of regulation but the complete ban done in some countries is outrageous, i hope they will lift this digital embargo and leave that we evolve digitally!

I fear that any regulation that would be put in place would affect us negatively.
me too...
and i afraid that with more regulations - will come more crime in this area
and i think that there is a better solution for no scams in this area
like komodo platform - right now they are meeting with projects that will lunch on their platform
and still its decentralized
Regulations could be useful is saving the crypto world from manipulators and can make a safer environment for investment of general people.
We cannot ignore that though there were no visible regulations on the past, we are still regulated as we are still using fiat as the ultimate destination for every cryptos redeemination.

For me yes because it could prevent corrupt devs to create a nonsense and scam ICO. If all ICO's all over the world is regulated then that is the time we are safe from being hit and run. All of the future projects will make sense because of global regulations. It is actually a good move for the government to it's people's safety against fraud. Tokens and coins in the market are bubbling because there are a lot of those existed day by day with just a promising team but turns out to be a scam in just a couple of days, weeks or even months. Projects are abandoned with the peoples investments left behind and then devs run away. All our time and money are wasted from investing into these ICO's so it is a must to regulate them right away. do we want that?

I think that it would be good if all ICOs would be regulated. In the process of the initial release of coins, it would be of greater order for such campaigns to be successful and the coins created during their execution would be useful to people. Now this process is too anarchic and many campaigns are not brought to the end for various reasons. This situation is necessary

yeah
it seem good for me because from ICO bitcoin regulates, and those who have pretty much amount of bitcoin have chance to earn lot more then they think. like in the world of real currency there are many opportunities to invest them and make good money,

According to my understanding, ICOs are generally raised as a fundraiser for some project or companies, as the project or company are a financial institution under the jurisdiction of some countries, they should be regulated at least to make the investment of investors a bit secure.
look right now participating in ICO's is not allowed in israel and USA, but there are still many projects from israel and USA that raise funds :/

generally speaking i think it would be a good idea for world wide regulation,
It would certainly weed out the scam and potentially useless ICO's.
