Addiction is a big hindrance for happiness in gambling, you lose small amount like $1 but the longer you do it, it will change your mind as you might feel it is boring to stay with small amount of bets. The moment you are infected by what you feel, you will be aggressive and you do not know anymore whether you are doing a safe bet or not until you find our you are already losing a big amount of money.

i do not think that one can decide by himself that either he addicted to gambling or not in fact the gambler himself cannot feel the real situation, i think the outsider can decide it very good that either a person is addicted or not, because the gambler himself will never ready to accept the fact that he is addicted to gambling. to me i will like to say that i am addicted to gambling because i cannot stop gambling in any case.

Lol, being addicted is not good. Everything should be taken in moderation. Being addited to sports betting is no difference than being addicted in Casino. The person is still labeled as gambling addict since sportsbetting is a gambling game. And it will greatly affect his life.

No addiction is good for you, I have seen people addicted to doing exercise and it is not pretty, they get injuries and instead of taking rest they keep pushing their body thinking things like, no pain no gain and some have damaged their bodies beyond repair just like any drug.

Most of the people prefer to gamble for fun and I don't think there is anything wrong in it as gambling is an form of entertainment and if you are gambling with an small amount that doesn't make you addicted to gambling so if you know your limits then everything will be fine with you.

I came up already from this addiction and it did really gave me a very worst experience, I used to debate with my friends and family depending my addiction.

But in the end, I realized that it is a very wrong attitude and it's my mistake.

Well if you're going to think about it, it no other person's mistaje but yours. Being addicted to something means that you're failing to have the proper self control over your emotions. I don't think it's impossible to have control over what you're thinking or doing but that's just me. As per experience, i know how gambling can be so time and money consuming but in the end we have to realize that there are far more important things than gambling. That way, with that realization, i can easily control myself if i'd have enough already

Yes that is like me way back then but right now I've changed and I know what to do, so I know if when I'm going to become addicted.

And that's why realization is a very important factor but you can't do it in the first place.

Once you understand that you are doing it wrong, you will realize in the end that you shouldn't do it seriously.

If I was a person that was addicted to gambling then I wouldn't really try to post on this forum implying that I was. I am not addicted to gambling though, thankfully I have the opportunity to stop gambling when we I have personal things going on in my life. I try not to let gambling distract me if I have something important that I have to do because if gambling gets up to a point like that then that would be a legit gambling addiction.

It is nice to have a full control to your self that you don't go to any gambling site or physical website around you being addicted will no help to our self it is just making or once you already make profit you always saved them for items this is amazing like what I used too in my profit.

There will be no problem for us if we are not addicted with gambling, but once in our life we will face that challenge when we lose our temper and use our emotion in gambling. Hence, it is very important to keep under control every time you gamble, you do not see what is coming and when you are enjoying to much, you might get carried away by your emotion, the "losing streak" thing is the evil, usually it will temp us to gamble more.
