no guys, it's the same as I think. many new users in the bitcoin world have no more understanding of crypto currency, especially bitcoin. they only follow euphoria when bitcoin prices are high. and hoping to make a fortune. but it turns out they got disappointed. because the bitcoin is back at the starting price. who is wrong.? not bitcoin, but those who do not learn about bitcoin. to get stuck.

Maybe I'm wrong but I have the feeling that with Bitcoin price growth we have got a lot of new users who are not honesty and passionate interested in Bitcoin but only in fast, instant profit and if they don't get it they got disappointed and give up. Some of them don't even bother to get some basic knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. That is also the reason why we see so much panic selling when the price dumps. Is that only my feeling or do you think that also?
I feel the same way but, I think is not that we don't have quality users any more. Just that most users of nowadays are just here for quick money, they are just too impatient and as a result they feel careless about the future of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies at large which leads to poor price and is seriously affecting the crypto world. My question is what's the way forward to get bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general balanced and encouraging? So we can attract better investors because the news about cryptocurrency nowadays scares novice even we members here.
mostly people are engaging in bitcoins nowadays care only about the profit they don't care about the importance of bitcoin in our current generation. And yes we need quality users.

I also kinda feel the same way with you. But what can we do about it? I think its good that we are having a more populated society here but I think that it will be better if the people that are here is those who's really interested in bitcoin.
Well for me it's a fact. That's a big reason as well why this makerket is in this situation right now. People coming in with dollar signs in their eyes greedily putting money in for quick profit and then panic selling when things don't go well for them. Newbie habits basically.
not every single user is bound to become a bitcoin guru and I don't think that generalisation is appropraite here

to become an experienced specialist in something,one has to spend time and effort studying
but many people are not willing to learn and are in for the profit only,which is a ok as well
I guess when the total base of users is growing,there will be less users that you could call "quality" ,speaking in your terms
but this is only normal,just proves the laws of probablility distribution

Whenever a community gets bigger its quality is certainly going to go down with it. Earlier only the die hard fans and enthusiasts of Bitcoin were involved, but now the community has gotten diluted with people who are here for getting rich quick. This sort of behavior is experienced everywhere and not just the case with Bitcoin markets.
the reality that bitcoin encounters is that the number of adopters is mostly not as bitcoin users but bitcoin investors who only expect big profits by keeping them in the long run. Anyone who says they aren't keeping Bitcoin for the profit isn't telling themselves the truth.

All people are wanting to have profit even just a little income from bitcoin of course they will interested because of more potential to earn from it. but like what they suddenly give up if they don't get a target profit they want. that's normal that the reality no person can pursuit to one thing if nothing return.

i think the days of quality crypto users are gone and that applies to Bitcoin as well. today's generation, investors and users are just ridding on the fame and success of Bitcoin, Taking every opportunity to make profits out of it its strictly and totally business today as no one is interested in finding out more about the coin as long as it makes them money The entrepreneurial spirit has gotten so much into the current generation, a number of people taking risks that they don't understand well which most of the times leads to losses
I think BTC does not have QC for its users. Anyone can be a HOLDER if they want to. They do not need to be active in research and / or trade to be considered qualified BTC users.
an old colleague asked me about bitcoin. I share some of my basic knowledge that I think he should know. I also gave him some links to where he should start reading to learn more about cryptocurrency. But he did not have enough time, He just bought some mBTC and said he would observe the price. What do you expect from people who post threads about "The price has fallen, is this the end of bitcoin?" And when you check the price, it only dropped by $100. These people are fake. All they care about is making profits while forgetting the main reason as to why bitcoin was created for. But you know, we cannot do anything but try to correct them hoping that they learn something useful. But I doubt they will.
Yeah, I agree. That's part of their strategy to gain big profits, but its not good, since other people rely on what information they get from this forum. Thus, it may destroy the credibility of bitcoin.
Now let's not generalize things here. Yes a lot of new bitcoin users are only here for the money and profit but some are still here because they are interested with bitcoin and the technology itself. Most of the people who are drawn to cryptocurrency has different goal so there is no point on hating others who have different points of view.
In my opinion, the users who bought BTC during the hype are those who just heard from their friends or mainstream media about BTC and do not really understand the purpose and technology behind it.Thats hell lot of money to put into stakes at least fro the new comers. So in general people are trusting the bitcoin but they are making investment in small chunks and thus the bitcoin is growing slowly and slowly all the time.

That's just what I am thinking, Yes many bitcoin users are interested in bitcoin but lack of knowledge about it or maybe the only thing they know is joining in campaigns and if did not paid by the project manager they are disspointed and quit or maybe stop for a while. All of us has a difference technique on how we earn bitcoin and how we to improve his income. Well, I think we get a quality bitcoin user but because of many negative effect of bitcoin usage they are affected. Many bitcoin users has a potential in this industry and I am hoping they further expand their knowledge about bitcoin.
People have diffrent personality and knowledge and passion for certain things, some join in the campaign just because they were just motivated or get interested because of promise profit, some do not care for any technical issue about bitcoin they just want to follow certain rules and want to make a profit.
Yes I agree with you, but some of the users of this crypto currency has their own agenda and techniques on how they will earn some money here inside the forum, I think they just here to speculate or steal money from people, with the increase of users, the forum become the home of newbies who are saying that bitcoin will end without any knowledge about it, In my part Im still studying about bitcoin and crypto currency itself.
