The price of ripple (XRP) at very low levels. Many expert traders publish bullish graphs for XRP. It is far far away from its all time high. With the discussions of Libra many people start to tell XRP will die. But when we check the activities of Libra, we will see that the price of XRP increasing constantly. Also there is a very popular aim for XRP = 1 USD.
I am not sure if XRP will hit to 1 USD, but we can guess that current price level of XRP is reasonable for investment.

First of all I do not say anything about India and I am not "salty" as you described because this is what we are and we were seeing. Let's talk about the fact now, did you remember what did they do a year ago? they donated $4 million of XRP to Ellen DeGeneres if that is not manipulation then what it is?
and another thing they did yesterday, they made a partnership with Binance to create XRP-BF2 and allowed Binance to mint 10 millions of token.

from all over the world, therefore the possibility of XRP pump is very high. Because centralized coins like XRP are not affected by
the market, because they are different from decentralized coins that are not can be controlled. So from that it is possible pump for XRP

none of the things you listed here matter even a little bit for a centralized garbage coin like XRP. the only thing that matters (and have ever mattered historically speaking) is when the foundation decides they want to spend money pumping this shitcoin. and when the do, they don't need any reasons backing their pump up. they just pump it. this has always been the case with XRP and so far we have not seen any major attempts coming from them, possibly because they are too satisfied with the profit they got from the newbies during the last pump 2 years ago.

XRP is weird in that there is often good news that should reflect in the coin price, but doesn't. Some of this is no doubt due to the dumping of extra tokens into circulation by Ripple. This is a contentious issue. However the XRP price does look too low at present relative to BTC and ETH. In the short-term I would not be surprised to see it rise anywhere up to about 75% of ETH market cap. Longer-term anything is possible, but the outlook I think is good for XRP to remain top 3 in cap.

On XRP, My prediction is it will reach 4k sats next month since the price is continuously moving upward for over 3 month now so when you graph
the price movement, You will see how bearish it is same also on ETH condition. So sit back and grab a tea while waiting for more price action.

5. Brad garlinghouse CEO of Ripple goes wild in social media
6. Hodor becomes XRP developer

Based on this news and HUGE adoption of Ripple in many banks in the world maybe it's time XRP price start to spike up.

How much it will go HIGH?

This is the tricky question.

Some says the pattern is almost identical with previous years trend.
So the possiblity of price upper chart also should be almost same.
