Analysis only during sportsbetting. If you were to make bets on normal gambling with analysis, that would obviously not help. But with sportsbetting, you can make a very much informed decision if your bet could possibly be +ev.
Just want know how much the gamblers who use analysis when play gambling and what kinds of gambling game? And do you think it is needed or not making analysis on gambling game or it is depend on lucky. Thanks for share your opinions and experience.
According to me Gambling Doesn't Depends upon your knowledge and experience and there is no need to do analysis to do gambling and also your winnings always depends upon your luck.So I Suggest you don't waste your time in gambling activities and do some other business.
When I used to gamble (mostly dice) I made quite a few calculations and made many strategies to reduce the chance of losing, if you consider that analysis then yes I used in when I gambled (now I don't gamble)
in my opinion calculations and particular strategy won't working for dice game because the primary thing to do dice game is luck even some people has been says that winning from dice is depend from how much luck you have during playing this game so basically analysis and strategy for dice game isn't working well 
I make sport's betting bets after doing some analysis but not the very deep one. And I combine it with my feeling before make a decision. So, analysis to support my feeling hence if my feeling doesnt meet with the result of my own analysis then I will ignore the game. And at other types of games like dice, I prefer to use my feeling only.
I just realize this day while playing certain social gambling sites, I am trying to analyze the flow of the game then i suddenly came with an idea that the higher the amount was bet by that certain number the lesser the chance it would be chosen. So i decided to bet on the lesser bet numbers and wtf i was right (not for all cases but usually). So my conclusion was analyzing the certain game, flow or etc is really good but not needed tho.
In gambling luck will always and I mean always be needed but analyzing an event before betting on it will increase your chances of win. The analysis can only be done for a game in which skill have about 35-75% part in it. For example in sport betting I think is 50% skill and 50% luck most of the time. In texas holdem is about 85% skill and only 15% luck.

but yeah in dice what you do is what i also do, by doing calculations in an excel spreadsheet changing things to visualize how i can cut some corners and increase the chance of winning.

Many time, we don't need analysis especially in some gambling games, like slot and dice, and so many other games, because they are totally depend on luck.
But on the other hand, many games of gambling need analysis like sports betting. Because in sports if we want to do bet than definitely, we should analysis and then do bet, I never and ever doing bet without analysis in sports.
