Whatever you call that, I think you are still pertaining to investment, if you are thinking of bitcoin as currency, you should have use it and not investing your money to it so that you could earn..Either you mine, gamble or whatever you do as long as you are using it to earn, it is an investment...

Yes that is the problem.I too want to use bitcoin everywhere but hardly find people accepting bitcoin.Last time I bought two domains from someone and asked him if he accepts bitcoin. Luckily for me he was also interested in bitcoin and I paid him with btc.
But it is an rare example so I also keep my coins for future as an investment

Actually, there are already many online shops that accept bitcoin, so we can use bitcoin as currency too, but in real life, it's hard to find a shop that accept bitcoin.

I'm trying to invest my bitcoins currently, as for now you can't use it as a currency since its not global and not accepted everywhere, so in my opinion it would be better to invest it. I think the price fluctuation is what is preventing bitcoin from becoming a legit currency, if it stabilized everyone will use it as currency for sure.

I first started off merely using bitcoin as an interesting investment and the ease of use. As well as wanting to explore better career ventures. Now that I know and trust the power of the blockchain and bitcoin and its ease of use i use it almost everyday. Soon I will be using a debt card so I will no longer need flat as often with low fees. I only use local bitcoin when I need cash on hand as some places prefer it.

It’s true that Bitcoin it’s not like any other currency but major adoption is in fact the goal and while online transactions grow every year, at least some effort should be directed to make bitcoin a viable payment option on brick and mortar business.

Yup not many stores accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment so majority of users are keeping it safe for the future and it has become investment for most of the users.

For me i keep spending my bitcoin because i do not have any investment to wait an return and most of the time i need some extra money to support my monthy expenses like paying my bills and loading my cellphone to keep in touch in bitcoin.

The store are still few but this year we seen already that they are increasing and i think more store will come to accept bitcoin as payment.. the adoption of bitcoin is fast so i think we will be the same as brazil that accept bitcoins locally.
