As currency when I use it for payments and an investment when I hold or trade for profits.
I always used my bitcoin as currency by exchanging it into fiat and if there is a thing that i can buy in terms of bitcoin specially in online shops and if i have available bitcoin in my wallet, i do not have any investment because i do not have money to invest and i only like to earn in signature campaign it is pretty good income for me as my other source of income.
It's just not worth buying stuff with Bitcoin unless you get some sort of incentive like the special offers in purse.io, otherwise I will not waste my Bitcoins into stupid stuff like videogames, even tho sometimes i have given up the tentative and bought some games in steam.
Lol because today who accept bitcoin are goods which are not in need in everyday life like video games right ? I certainly do not want to always buy video games in my life. so now I just use bitcoin as an investment and profit maker for me

It is both a very good currency and also a very good investment.
We just need more patience to make things happen like having more online shops and merchants that accepts bitcoins as payment that would be available internationally, and locally of course so the shipment will not take too long and the shipping fee is lesser. So we have a choose to spend btc to the items we wanted.
Yes at a moment shipping costs are too high so its not affordable for majority of us to buy things online using bitcoin and there no physical shops too, so basically it has become an investment for us.
if there is no physical shop where you life, then see it as an opportunity to not only help bitcoin but also to open up such a shop and earn your money with it. double your profits so to speak.
Its surely an investment for me, I am a long term holder so whatever I earn or buy I save it for future as I am pretty sure that price will be above our expectations in future.

demand creates supply but also supply can create demand. and with bitcoin there is a demand, people just do not know it jet. besides you can also sell stuff for fiat in your shop.
would you rather open a coffeehouse now , when there is a starbucks around every corner or would you prefer to do it 100 years ago and be the first to do it in your town.
if you are not talented in running a business then you would probably ruin even a starbucks, but if you have some skills then you will manage to create some demand for you supply.
it is not that hard in those days and even with bitcoin i think it is possible.
I agree, that in every kind of business there is always a pioneer. This reminds me a story of two representative of a slipper company where both are assigned to scout a rural area for possible outlet. So this two representative were sent out in different part of that area, Representative 1 reported that people are not used to wearing slipper in that area and discourage the company on putting it up there because he thinks that it will be just in vain. While Representative 2 were so excited reporting that he found a gold like opportunity in that same area because they will be the first one to teach those people to wear slipper which in return will give them millions of sales.
See the point there, anyway if you have the budget, and no one in your area know about bitcoin, why not introduce it and teach it to your possible client. Beinng pioneer is hard but it will always be well rewarded if you are successful.
I am using it as an both but my primary concern is to use it as an currency but the fact is I am not able to find many places where I can use it as an currency.

Untill now I've used them as currency cuz I didn't needed them much, but now I got things to do and doing everything to profit, even investing

I use bitcoin for both. I trade every day to embroider various needs and also I invest with bitcoin, especially trading. I started using bitcoin from now because I believe in the future will be widely used bitcoin.
Me too I'm using bitcoin as investment too and I'm treating holding of bitcoin as an investment too. And I'm not just into holding, I'm also into trading that is why I'm treating bitcoin and using it as an investment. But I'm also using it as a currency, because I'm using it for paying my utility monthly payments and other services that can be paid with bitcoin.
Yeah I think you are from the Philippines, I had time to check from your local thread hehe. I also have heard that coin.ph providing that service, I hope there are companies from my country that makes services like coin.ph because it will be easier for us if can pay utility bills using bitcoin.
I'm using it as a currency, just as before and ever more frequently now. I dont have trust in the other business to invest my bitcoins into or keep my btc at them, like this it's I earn sone btc and spend it almost right away and im happy :p
I use bitcoin as a currency but it will work as a very profitable investment. But as the theft of the 120k bitcoin proved it is not 100% reliable (as most investments). But for a younger or poorer audience bitcoin is a great reliable investment.
I use Bitcoin as a currency so I can invest. I don't use Bitcoin as an investment alone, I will trade bitcoins and profit from a price rise as well as any profit made from trading. Although this method is risky I think it is better than simply holding Bitcoin.
yes i am also using bitcoin bitcoin just like other people who are using bitcoin for investment only, the reason is that we have not facilities in our local area to use bitcoin for shopping or for any other purposes, therefore i am using bitcoin for investment only, but i am still hopeful that a time will come when we will be able to use bitcoin for buying every thing using bitcoin, Yes majority of users are using it as an investment as there are no shops available where we can spend our coins so till that day comes we need to treat it as an investment.
A good advice indeed. I would rather buy more than exchange it to fiat for now. I know all the losses could be gotten back by buying more and getting rhe profit out of that.
