Wearing deodorant daily is something that has been dong ever since I was a child.  Something to spray on I dont like it touching my body when applying it.

Your skin is an incredible organ evolved to keep out toxins that your digestive system must remain vulnerable to if it is to continue doing its job.  I believe this is why smell has evolved to be such a good/necessary indicator of what is acceptable for the digestive system.  However, evolution takes time so I understand your concerns.

How do you feel about sunscreen?

Personally I only use deodorant and not antiperspirant.  I use SpeedStick or sometimes just spray the pits with cologne.

If you are a teenager, maybe you can use baby oil for a baby because that will have a neutral composition and safety for all people, even for an adult.

Interesting.
Do you think the baby oil is safe for even adult not to talk of babies?  Can you eat bread or cook with the baby oil?
Remember:
In my opinion, if it's not safe for consumption/eating don't rub it on your skin.
That ^ is my opinion though

. There are many accepted dangers in our everyday lives that kill humans slowly enough to not warrant concern from regulators. The paper that retail receipts are printed on is another toxic chemical danger to humans, but those in power believe our lifespan isn’t long enough to be drastically effected by these daily hazards. So spend that money on lathering yourself in toxins, don’t ask why.

Ofcourse.
I'm not really concerned about living Long on Earth, what bothers me is how i feel inside whenever I'm exposed to harmful substancs and dangerous artificial things. It feels different and better when you totally depend on natural things.  Unfortunately, you could get harrassed, ridiculed, called primitive for trying to depend on nature. The Good is called bad/illegal while the bad is called good/legal in an upside down World

On my teenage days, I use it but it made my underarm dark and that made me too shy to wear sleeveless shirts.

I also use this organic powder.

I use deodorant before but now, I do not use it because I think I am not going out too often and while this pandemic, I am in my home.

Some skin can get irritated using deodorant, perfume, or even powder.

I know a few people who swear deodorant is evil and the cause for the rise in breast cancer among both men and women. Personally, I try to be conscious of it as a possibility. If I’m going to be swimming for example, I wouldn’t bother putting on deodorant and when I do wear it, I try not to be crazy about it’s application. Yes, I do. The deodorant I use is a heavy duty antiperspirant.
Lately, I've been putting on Dove antiperspirant. I think it might be less harsh on the skin than the other antiperspirants. So far, so good!

I regularly use deodorant because my body is quite sweaty...

I've been using the deodorant I've been using for decades and so far it hasn't irritated my skin. For those who have skin problems, I heard that some can't use deodorant because allergies and irritation can occur.

If yes, how safe is the deodorant? I realized sometimes ago that what we rub on our skin/body eventually get absorbed into the body, and I decided to be careful with the kind of things I rub on my body.   In my opinion, if it's not safe for consumption/eating don't rub it on your skin.
I think it would be better to use the natural alternatives, but where can we get those from? Do you know of any that's very effective and safe?
No I'm not instead i am using " Potassium Alum " and this is what I'm using since teenager time.

I use this as powder or sometimes diluted in water and rubbing to my underarms .

But i believe that there is same thread here way back about asking if people are using deodorant .

Very interesting.
I had that as Natural option too, but I'm not really sure about it's safety.
Is that safe for human consumption? Better still ,can you eat it moderately without any bad side effect? If you can, then i guess it's safe to rub on the body.
