No, but i have some experience about it and it's much safer than cigarette because you use juice and that will be burnt with cotton and it will taste but of course it's a bit bad for your health so still avoid it.

I know someone who was vaping and it blew up in his face and caught his house on fire. I think that you should find something else. I do art or writing that usually help. Walking also helps to clear the mind.
