Yes i got into vaping for me to stop smoking. But eventually stop vaping and return to smoking. I'm not sure if it's just me but my lungs got weaker after vaping. And also, the juice also contain nicotine.

For me must have long stop smoking because it is very dangerous for me because in cigarette contains cloves can damage our lungs. There's no long term research into vaping and health. I wouldn't unless you using it to stop smoking.
