If the basis of wasting life in the Internet is through social media accounts, then yes. Almost every body knows that. It can not be easily stopped because most people nowadays are too attached, forgetting to live outside of those screens and web sites. Yes, internet do have its advantages. It does let us connect, but think again. Does it? Or are we forgetting now how to socialize?
as to me is 50/50 sometimes i waste to much my time to play game but sometime i surf the internet for learning purpose.

I dont really waste my life because I make money using the internet so it's mandatory. Not a waste of life
I have spent almost my time in the internet but for me it is not a waste. As long as you enjoy what you are doing, that is not wasting of time.
I also spend a lot of time with the internet but sometimes I feel bored until I finally decided to take a few days off.
best is staying in real world.. tbh.. but me is 40% internet 60% reality

Depending on someone utilizing the internet, it could be wasting your time, but also many people generate income from the internet. Every technological advancement does have a positive and negative effect on people, including the internet technology also has positive and negative effects.

Nowadays I'm most on the internet. i am trying to use it less but its not possible.
Waste time but not all time
Before, that's kinda what i am doing. But not now anymore since i found a better reason to stay on the internet and not wasting it 24/7. I am really glad i have bumped into this forum which eventually changed my life.

I'm 50/50. Sometimes I don't use social media or internet except email and google maps maybe, like, for weeks but then some months I just sit on my ass on the internet.

I used internet most of the time whenever Im bored and have some hang time. Social media strikes me a lot. It eats my whole day and waste my essential time.
Yeah, I've been spending too much time on the computer. It's not good because it's not because I want to, but more so of a habit that I can't stop.
