Bitcoins bring more benefits to people, more and more bitcoin users, governments and banks are concern about bitcoin but no bank accepts bitcoin because bitcoin affects the interests of the bank. , bitcoin reduces the rate of service users of the bank.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
Why you need to deposit your money at the bank we have our own crypto wallet that no body manipulate oi money, not totally embrace because bitcoin has volatility unstable price in the market. But some banks recognized bitcoin as a payment, like here our country Philippine central bank was recognized bitcoin as a payment in virtual currency on august 21 at this year.

Bank of America and chase have helped me with several overseas transactions. I feel that it all depends on regional guidance, being that in California you can go about business with bit more then a neighboring state like Oregon. It all depends. I'd look into your local banks, many here are trending out with bit.

I think only few digital banks do (neteller, skrill,..). No ordinary banks accept it as i know.

There does not seem to be any bank accepting bitcoin, at least I do not know about it, bitcoin is an emerging thing after all, and banks do not allow customers to frequently roll out and switch to bitcoin every day. . .
As we realize that bitcoins was presented in year 2009 so it's no excessively old that is the reason banks are not tolerating bitcoins but rather don't be stressed in light of the fact that soon they will change their strategies yet it will require some investment and after that the banks will likewise acknowledge bitcoins and will begins saving money with bitcoins and will acquire more cash in bitcoins.
Yes currently they are not accepting bitcoin because of their government policies, but in future specially when their government will turn bitcoin as legal currency then we can expect that banks will also start accepting bitcoin, because they can also get good profit from bitcoin in form of transaction fee.

If you talk about the usual banks like those who have physical agencies in several places, I don't I do not know any -at least not in my country-. However, I have read that other countries already have this option for example USA or Philippines.
But I think it would great that all banks began to recognize Bitcoin and give it more importance. So people would have more security when investing

Actually there is but just here in our country luckily we have it because we do not need to trade our bitcoinsor to sell it because automatically in our wallet we have an application that will let you withdraw your bitcoins in an atm machine even without atm card and I am very thankful for that partnership because even though we do not have a lot of stores that accept bitcoins at least we can easily cash out our bitcoins so we can buy whatever thing we wanted that we can afford that is why I save up all of my bitcoins because we can easily cash out with the help of that bank.

why you did this question? For sure no, its the enemy of bitcoin. The centralized banks will never accept the scheme of bitcoin altough they will create their own crypto.

Citibank wanted to develop their own digital coin, I don't know if it will be tradable for BTC. I heard Barklays was also thinking in a possible integration. Other than that Banks accept BTC indirectly...
Some banks are also interested in creating their own blockchain ,but there is no point in it cause bitcoin is here to eliminate them and free the people from the unnecessary control's over transactions and uses.
however, all the services that the banks could offer people are already available in bitcoin world today and with much ease.

Edit : Coinbase and bitcoincryptobank.com could be the closest.(never used them though.)

Yes, there are some banks that wanted to have their own coin, but it is still questionable if it can be traded to other coins, well here in our country, I don't have any idea if the banks here are planning to have their own coins

I do not think there will be any bank / financial institution that will accept bitcoin. because bitcoin is very unstable and opposite to the bank. So it's hard to make it real. And also bitcoin has not been legal in many countries.

There are many banks in the EU accept BItcoin. If you live in Europe, I can say that you are living in the paradise of bitcoin and the cryptocurrency. More than banks, there are many stores and places where you can use bitcoin to buy things and goods. In the US, you can even buy cars with bitcoin. IN Dubai, retailers accept bitcoin as a payment method for apartment

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.

in our country philippines they dont accept bitcoin badly. maybe they dont know yet bitcoin maybe in the future they will make an institution for ebracing the bitcoin.

It's not that the banks don't know anything about bitcoin. All the banks here in Philippines were not accepting bitcoin, simply because it is not being legalized in our country and it might be used in illegal activities. Although the Central Bank of the Philippines release a statement regarding the rules of bitcoin exchanges. See here: https://www.coindesk.com/philippines-just-released-new-rules-bitcoin-exchanges/

There are banks that accept bitcoin
In my opinion, bitcoin is not cash, not a money transaction but a virtual currency for it. It is not accepted by banks or bitcoin in banks.
Bitcoin is a virtual currency that can be exchanged for cash in banks and then deposited in a bank Cool Cool

It is really obvious that bitcoin is not a cash. And as far as I know, you can't exchange your bitcoin into cash nor deposit it in a bank. Maybe you want to read some article about bitcoin here: https://www.coindesk.com/information/what-is-bitcoin/ since your a newbie in this forum. Just give it a try, it may help you to be more knowledgeable about bitcoin.

They are going to provide banking on blockchain.
