I used a different wallet address but that still matches the TRON network from another exchange and my winnings was deposited in my account less than 30 minutes. I still didn't know why this happened.

May we know what was the exchange for the address on your first attempt? or at the very least, could you tell us if it was a lesser known exchange? I was thinking, perhaps, the gambling platform has some friction with some exchanges or exchange addresses hence why it failed? Just my theory as I can't tell for sure lol. 😅

Maybe about time to start withdrawing to your personal non-custodial address first as there's less likely to be some friction.

Like Charles-Tim said, try using the address in your next withdrawal to see if it will work and if it doesn't maybe you can ask customer support to explain to you why that is happening.

It should be the casino network problem and not the wallet address if it was from Tron network, you would not have been able to withdraw after 30 minutes with a different Tron address.

I read it the first time you made it in that other thread and the only thing I could think of was; did he really input the correct address? Or is it possible for a casino to blacklist a wallet address and if Yes what could have been the cause? Or maybe it was a network or technical issue with the casino…

Just to be sure - the address that didn’t work, have you ever used it before for any withdrawal or deposit?

You can try to use the address next time that you want to withdraw and see if the problem persists but I do not think it would. What that caused it would be from the casino and not the address as long as the address is valid.

Or is Tron having different address format?

Even if you were able to withdraw, I'd contact support and report what happened, so that the same thing doesn't happen to you again or to other customers.
To contact the customer support is not necessary. He used another address and it was successful.

The casino responsible for your funds must have experienced some temporary problem, you just changed the address that belonged to the same network/token, right?

Even if you were able to withdraw, I'd contact support and report what happened, so that the same thing doesn't happen to you again or to other customers.

Does anyone here know why this happened?

I posted this issue I encountered during withdrawal process in one of the casinos. Permit me to copy and paste .

Here's the recent issue I had regarding withdrawing my winnings. I entered the withdrawal address for that matches the TRON network. After showing withdrawal processing, the transaction will fail and the funds will be returned to my account. I tried it twice. On the third trial before I decided I was going to reach out to support, I used a different wallet address but that still matches the TRON network from another exchange and my winnings was deposited in my account less than 30 minutes. I still didn't know why this happened.
