Does anyone here still plays in Nitrogen Sports? Did you ever tried depositing in their site?
I don't play there because of so many complaints against them, I just do not want to risk my money by playing there. Although I must admit that I have played there in past and had no such issues but it was a long time before so I think staying away is the better idea now.

I have a balance in there, but they require me to deposit 0.005BTC first before I can withdraw the balance (which I won from their NitroSpread contest promotion).
I would not suggest you to deposit anything there at all, but it's upto you eventually. If they have a minimum withdrawal of 0.01 BTC and you have 0.005 BTC then just bet on some sport and try to win because depositing your own money might mean you end up losing 0.005 instead of withdrawing the original 0.005 BTCyou had there.

It is just my opinion and there are some players who still play there, maybe they are not scamming everyone but some players have been scammed for sure by nitrogensports.

Nitrogen exists for a very long time. They built a reputation during the years. And let's be honest, every bookmaker have issues with their customers. It is just about how you handle and resolve them.
Right, but the problem is that they never handled the problems properly.

Have you found one bookie that doesn't limit winners?
Limiting bet amounts is normal and almost every bookie does it, but winning bets vanished and such cases are not common and normal. There are several feedbacks on their profile which indicates that there are problems beyond limiting bet amounts.

Have a look before you try and play there, I request to everyone: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=88706

One thing I hate reading was that they posted some players' details publicly without permission, I just cannot justify that.

Very weird, I remember those scamming attempt I forget the actual scenario but the same with depositing before you can withdraw thing.

That's very unethical why ask for deposit if the account is under investigation? no sense at all just an attempt to lure the player, what if  you deposited and then they've claim that you are cheating their system?

Another amount that you'll going to chased and it's more annoying.
In OP's case though the investigation is already over and on the screenshot they've already said the conclusion which is to close the account but they're giving second chances. I know it's unusual for casinos to do these but I was also given a second chance and I remember the others that posted a complaint in the main thread also got flagged for multi accounting got released as well.

You're not wrong, there are scam sites that does the same thing where their site would trick you into thinking that you win and they'll require you to deposit before you could withdraw the funds. But like i've said in my other post, most gambling sites does the same if you're a new player(assuming OP is a new player based on the userid) that participated in their promotion for the first time and win you'll be asked for a deposit since that's how most casino promotions work.

This is why I’m not using Nitrogensports anymore because of this unsolved issues and a poor customer service.

Just like the other comments above, you might be dealing with the fake site so be careful or if not, then you have no choice either to deposit or left that reward on your wallet forever.

It seems like they are forcing the winners to deposit such amount, which I also think is normal on some gambling site but .005btc is quiet big, some site are just requiring .001btc or below. Do you mind sharing how much money you’ve won?

They require a minimum deposit for you to be able to withdraw some funds and some gambling site also requires a minimum wager. This is the scenario if you’re dealing with the real Nitrogen sports site.

If you just won money from their competition then better to ask for their consideration or if you won big then .005btc is reasonable to get that reward. But before you deposit, make sure that the site is not a scam site, to avoid losing that money.

I'm still playing at NitrogenSports so I can't believe something like that happened.

The way and how their support is responding isn't the behaviour I see with them for years of using them. Regardless of whatever terms they have in their promotion, I don't think something like depositing a certain amount to withdraw winnings will be requested.

I will follow the story on this thread. Keep us updated OP.

I might've said this before but other gambling sites do the same thing, they'll usually mention parts of their rules but not show the proof of how they found the link between different accounts.

If you used a vpn maybe that could've caused the issue since they also locked mine (this was before they changed the site) but they were kind enough to let me go after I gave an explanation.

They're probably desperate to get new players because you wouldn't be given a second chance if the same scenario happens on other sites.

I might as well accept their offer to unblock my account by depositing (which is tbh beyond ridiculous to think about), but the fact that they took the balance in my account without any explanation is just non-sense.

Talking about VPN, I didn't use any VPN whatsoever, but I opened my account once in a computer shop where a network of PCs are connected to one internet modem (which I think could be the reason why they thought that my account was a duplicate of another account).

Arent those kind of methods which most scam sites do ask out? Asking out for some funds for them to release of funds. Is this how Nitro come to far or into this extent?

Whenever the site accuses us when commiting some violations that is against their terms then you wont really be having any option but to accept it but if you do know the truth
that you havent done anything wrong then its just right for you to fight on your right, because this is where our money at stake.

We cant just let them sip it out or simply having that selective scamming out users.

Its even less likely to happen because you said it as shop, if not big one then its almost near to zero chances that someone used the same PC to create an account on Nitrogen.Anyway you are allowed to create a scam accusation against them since they are not revealing any information about multi-accounting but just simply saying that you committed it. So go to scam accusation section and post all these screenshots and wait for the nitrogen sports representative to take care of this case.

So this is the kind of customer support service Nitrogen Sports has? What a joke.

NOTE: They also took 0.011BTC in my account and told me that they will block my account for no valid explanation whatsoever.
They even ask me to deposit in exchange of unblocking my account which is kind of funny and scammy.

THIS IS THE LEGIT NITROGEN SPORTS SITE. Look how bad they are.

Can you provide the link of the "Nitrogen Sports" that you are playing in OP? You might be playing in a scam website and they are really good clones of the website if you don't know their real website name. It is a pretty strange for a website to ask for some sort of deposit before you even want to gamble, shouldn't there be some bonuses for new players? I wouldn't risk giving what they are asking OP, that is a lot of money.
User already posted the link and its the legit website and also the contest is legit where they clearly mentioned that new users who never deposited earlier will be asked to deposit some amount before proceeding the withdrawal of the rewards means its only good for the old players.

do you have access to the promotional tweet ? take a screenshot and upload it together with your complain to make it stronger but how much is the money that you won from the contest .

if its less than the deposit amount why would you bother waste time but if its higher than the deposit amount , it can be a trap .
verify things first before proceeding

They even have this 'double prize to active players' which is kind of disappointing because what's the sense of doubling the prize of winning participants if they are requiring ALL participants to have at least 0.005BTC deposit in the first place.
thats thier rules and it was only an extra if you want to double your winning prize but if your not happy with the rules you can continue with the main requirement of the game . maintaining a 0.005btc balance is easy if you can afford it

It is strange to ask members to deposit some money, although that is their first time to deposit, allowing them to withdraw their winning from the contest. But if I were you, I will let go and not try to back to that site because a deposit of 0.025 btc today is too expensive because that will be worth $1,200. I will not do that, even for just 0.003 btc. Besides that, you win that money from the contest, so you do not lose any money unless you use your money to join in that contest and win the contest.

I totally agree with you. I've been thinking about that same thing, too, and I realize that it's not just worth the gamble to deposit such huge amount of BTC (considering its value right now). I might as well just try to convince them to consider another 0.005BTC worth of rollover using the current balance that I have there (which I doubt they'll agree).

A lot of negative reviews has been posted up against them so I would avoid to play there since in the first place we have so many options available around and I think the other big sportsbook has more good reputation among them so to avoid any problem unto them better get off. I know they are old but its sad they didn't manage to give a good service to the users here that's why many gamblers are avoiding them now.

I'm not interested in playing on Nitrogen Sports, because I found quite a lot of negative reviews on their platform. Nitrogen Sports has a very
bad reputation for me, I don't recommend playing there, let alone making a deposit of some money. Moreover, Nitrogen Sports asks to deposit
0.005 BTC to be able to make withdrawals from the prizes won by users in the contest they are holding. Usually this is a deceptive method that
many scammers do, in my opinion, for opening post never to make a deposit on Nitrogen Sports. If you make a deposit I'm pretty sure you'll be
scammed, my advice is choose platforms that really have a good reputation for play gambling.

I will also avoid this platform because there is not good recent feedback about them. Also this is annoying that first you give them free money but for withdraw you want them to deposit first. There is no logic or reason behind it, other than to scam people and not return their deposits.

I am not sure about the authenticity of the nitrogen sports site because i have not played and deposit there recently. However, there are some sites which require you to deposit certain amount first because you withdraw the money which you won from a promotion. This could also be a trap to collect money from people and do not let them withdraw. Its better to see the feedback of other users who deposit there, before taking any action on this.

I bet no one is giving away free money everything is there for their own benefits.

If OP just created an account recently then it's reasonable for them to have a deposit requirement as other casinos i've tried also have the same rules when it comes to contests and promotions.

Several months ago I manage to win one of their twitter promotions during the nfl season and they even doubled my prize but I couldn't withdraw my prize since I got too greedy with the bets i've made. Even though they received tons of bad feedback recently a lot of gamblers still play there as they used to be one of the go to sportsbook but not anymore now that their competitors caught up (i've probably said this is another thread but hopefully it clears your doubt so you could claim your winnings).

Yah right and also we do have the will on which bookmaker would suit out our needs and we are freely to chose it up.Nitro was once the most famous bookmaker

back into those past years where everybody is almost been talking or suggesting this place until issues do pileup and lots of complaints which one of the reason on why
they are slapping into the ground into their reputation.

On the question if there are still players then its yes, there are still who do make use of this one.

However, I find it really weird that they will require you to deposit first? And I'm not aware that they launched a sister company.

One? There are several who don't limit winners. Check this link out.

Among them, I have used Pinnacle, Bookmaker and Betonline successfully for a long period where I earned decent profits overall without ever getting limited in any market so far. Exchanges are a great alternate option too.

Existing from a long time doesn't necessarily mean that the site will always stay legit no matter what. Several popular sites ran away with customer funds though they were legit for a long period. Check out the below link.

This is just one example. Nitrogen Sports seem to be getting worse over time. Also, they limit winners very quickly based on my research.

I was still playing there but recently they launched a sister site called NITROBETTING

I tried it out. Deposited 0.025 BTC in total. What a disaster that place is.

I made a post about it the other day.  Check it out.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bizarre-activity-at-nitrobettingeu-changing-min-bet-to-1btc-5323277

There's no way I would deposit 0.025 BTC in a betting site with a bad reputation.

As you can see, if you followed a link to the thread, he wanted to play slots, not to bet on sports! It's really a bizarre situation with their support, and I would just delete them from my mind and browsing history! It's what I did with several casinos, because of their support I will never visit those casinos! I wonder where they find support and do they check them before they give them a job!
Well, lesson learned! There's nothing else to say about this! Move to the next casino that will have more respect for you and your money!

Hello. Thank you for all your suggestions and advices.

Regarding the site I'm referring to: Yes, it's the legit Nitrogen Sports website (https://nitrogensports.eu)

Talking about the T&C, they never mentioned it during the contest on their official Twitter. They even have this 'double prize to active players' which is kind of disappointing because what's the sense of doubling the prize of winning participants if they are requiring ALL participants to have at least 0.005BTC deposit in the first place.

Another thing, 0.005BTC is such a huge amount of money right now, that is why I'm somewhat hesitant to do it.

Their customer support representatives are also a bit confusing because different customwr service representatives say different thing to me.
Don't forget the reason why they conduct many promotional contest like this is to encourage players to deposit more and bet more then only they will make money. Its not a charity its a business dude so they are allowing people to take double the amount if they are more active.

Most likely or in most cases on where you do won something on a site like getting it on a freeroll or any promotion and you havent make any deposits then you would really be likely ending up
on this situation where you do need to deposit up first before you can entirely withdraw all of the amounts deposits+wins on that account and if it does ask out for some wager then it should really
be clarified or check out on site terms. Are you sure you are dealing with legit nitrogensports website?

Asking to deposit some money before withdrawing the winnings is a very typical scam strategy, but Nitrogensports, while somewhat problematic (as the trust summary shows), are not outright scammers. That being said, I wouldn't risk depositing money there to get the winnings out. Especially such a significant amount of money ($280 currently)! Moreover, what semobo quoted from the Terms probably suggests that you have to play with the money you deposit before you can withdraw it, which will basically result in your money getting stuck on the website. Make sure you know the conditions of the promo as well as general terms of usage. I think it would be best to clarify the points you're unsure about in their thread before making a deposit.

so they mandate users to deposit first before they could withdraw?

a bit weird that we didn't see these rules and none so far that we see complaints to other sports betting sites. if the amount you have right now in the Nitro is worth more than the fee you'd be spending then go deposit. if not then just continue betting it until you can win big there. do they also require you to set up the 2fa?

In general, they are not asking such kind of deposit but you need to take a look at this
Nitro Squares Terms and Conditions

The Nitro Squares contests, both the Free Entry and Betslip Buy-in Entry contests, are open to all players of Nitrogen Sports.
New, active and inactive players from the sportsbook, poker and casino are allowed to join the contests.
Players are required to log-in to their nitrogensports.eu account before they can join the contest/s and make selection/s.
Players can enter the Nitrogen Squares contests for Free or via Betslip Buy-ins.This will be explicitly stated in each contest.
This promo is only available to good standing players of Nitrogen Sports; previously banned players are ineligible to win any prizes in this promo.
Players found to be multi-accounting or involved in any other fraudulent act for the purpose of circumventing the rules in this promo and other promos will be flagged and banned from this promo and other promos.
All users are required to make a first-time deposit and provide significant action before being able to withdraw any winnings from Nitrogen Sports poker freerolls, contests, and free bets including these Nitro Squares contests.

So I think this is okay as long as they are paying the rewards to the winners to eliminate the abusers of contests.

I have a balance in there, but they require me to deposit 0.005BTC first before I can withdraw the balance (which I won from their NitroSpread contest promotion).

https://blog.nitrogensports.eu/squares/rules/

You can read the terms of their contest in that link but it seems they are asking to deposit for the first time depositors so if you already having balance means you are not a new one then why the hell they are asking to deposit?

Exactly, that's my point. I don't know why they are requiring me to deposit 0.005BTC first. The balance in my account is my prize from their Free promotion contest from the last Super Bowl which is called NitroThread.
Ohhh? So you never made any deposit into that account by yourself or not?

It seems like they are actually asking about what they mentioned in their terms of contest, which is like newly created accounts maybe asked to deposit significant amount before proceeding the withdrawal. So I am clear now that you are on the actual aite and they are following their terms and its now your choice whether you want to take the reward by risking the amount they are asking or simply skip it.

Does anyone here still plays in Nitrogen Sports? Did you ever tried depositing in their site?

I have a balance in there, but they require me to deposit 0.005BTC first before I can withdraw the balance (which I won from their NitroSpread contest promotion).

We have an official representative of Nitrogensports in bitcointalk,

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/nitrogensports-88706

This account is active so I would suggest you to directly get in touch with this account if you are facing any issues with them. If not resolved, do let us know and open up a thread in "scam acquisition".

As boyptc correctly pointed out, I see their minimum withdrawal amount is 0.0001 btc. So it's better to speak to their representative first.

I am not taking anyone's side but do you have any screenshot of your claim? asking for a deposit in order to withdraw seems like a very suspicious thing to do and things like this could ruin a reputation that's why I am asking for a screenshot(or evidence which should be put every time there is an issue that needs to be addressed and is being posted in the forum) for the legitimacy of the claim.

I'm not sure if you are referring to the legit Nitrogen sports site  because this does not their requirement , Kindly share here the Site you are talking so we can check if its the right one.

But i am sure the site you entered are Hack site , or scammers because there is no requirement in regards to depositing first before withdrawal in Nitrogen if you have existing funds inside their site.

Scam sites usually do that. You could be on the wrong site.
But there are already accusations to the sportbetting site, normal users will avoid betting sites that have accusation. There must have users who move away from them because of the accusation. The ones that have no accusation or probably resolved will usually win in long run like the Sportsbet.io or stakes.com because they are more reliable to users.

There are a number of negative reviews & comments about Nitrogen over the years. I would use www.sportsbet.io if I was you. They have a really good reputation here. They have an on forum dedicated thread here -

Is that a legit website of nitrogen? based on their FAQ #6 --> https://nitrogensports.eu/n/faq

0.001BTC is the minimum amount for withdrawal.

And with that condition that you have mentioned about deposit, I've known that style as a scam.

They have a thread for which you can verify that condition.
