If the fall is about 10% in a short time i think it must need a reason because there must be a massive sudden movement from the people who holds a lot of bitcoins.
Price swing around 2-3% a day is normal but the crash recently there must be something behind the drop.
So i think it's not just a normal correction but there is an event behind yesterday's crash.

Bitcoin fell sharply today, and then the media issued a number of bad news. Although it is not known whether it is directly related to the decline, the market sentiment is not good.

When falling, people like to pay attention to negative news and when rising, pay attention to good news to find a reason for rising.

I think this is the habit of novices and short-term investors.

that is sometimes bitcoin news is made and framing by the media as if there is bad news. but maybe we should understand what the real decline was for.
this is actually news that traps beginners, here we can try to be smart in analyzing the decline in BTC so as not to get caught in a losing position. As an investor or trader, you must be good at understanding this so that this decline does not further add to bad conditions

Yesterday I myself was looking for reasons why bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies began to fall sharply in price. So, in the morning yesterday, the price of bitcoin was more than $ 52,700, but by the evening, and this morning, it is at the level of $ 46,500. A fall of over $ 6,000 and that's decent. Many cryptocurrencies fell in price by 20 percent or more yesterday.
It is unlikely that the reason indicated here is an interview with the official representative of the President of Russia, Peskov, that while Bitcoin cannot be recognized as a means of payment in this country, it could have such an impact on this market yesterday. In Russia, a law has been adopted that prohibits the use of cryptocurrency in Russia as a means of payment, and there are even rumors that it may also introduce criminal liability for its use. What else to expect from the authoritarian rule of the Putin regime?
Therefore, Peskov's interview does not change anything and is not a surprise. I think that the reason for yesterday's price drop in the cryptocurrency market is still there, and it is not related to Russia.

Bitcoin moves on its chart. I believe that traders decide the market. We need knowledge and a little touch with the market to judge. It's all probability and speculation, so don't try to explain how the market moves in absolutes. Change your mind constantly.

Was this topic made to click for on the site?

Anyway, in the short-term, yes, but not in the long-term one. It's always better to look at the bigger picture, especially if you believe in the part where you can conquer negativity and remain. Imagine those people stuck here because they believe in the project and the years that have passed; it bared fruit.

If the noobs plan to remain, they will learn for sure.

Really? It rose ~6k$ in 8 days and a 2k$ correction is "bad news" and "sentiment not good"?
Zoom out, look at a chart showing the last 2 years and think again. It really helps when in doubt.
