if we are see the history of bitcoin, from beginning until now, people become interested with bitcoin and they are trying to join with bitcoin industry by buying and selling or just to hold bitcoin. and if every bad news in many sites release, people still believe in bitcoin although they are panic when they see the price is down but they still buying and selling in the market. at least this giving us a proof that bitcoin have a future because people still want to involve in crypto currency world. and no matter what will happen with the market, they continue to use crypto currency because they know that crypto currency can help them to make better life in their future.

I just read on Btcjam blog that they are closing down: https://blog.btcjam.com/2017/05/25/btcjam-is-closing/, now I am just wondering if big players in thebitcoin industry are closing down, is there any future for bitcoin really.

I came to know about bitcoin through btcjam when i was introduced there to borrow. Eve in this forum, looks most signature campaigns might close down because of the ever rising price of bitcoin. Most of them have reduced their payout amounts for posting by more than 50%. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for the bitcoin development?

Of course it does have a future, and not just future instead they are yhe future of the currencies. Look at yheir value almost surpass the 4000$ each. But knowing that all the cryptocurrency including bitcoins are banned in china the bitcoins value drops and until now the price is still down. That is why a lot of people are doubting that maybe bitcoins will end in this year. But for me bitcoins can overcome this challenge because we all know that chinese will always find a way to access bitcoins even if it is illegal.

I think it is quitely good because today just because of the popularity of bitcoin, many scammers/spammers appeared. So by reducing the payments I think it is a big help to reduce that kind of scammers/spammers. And also to maintain/ sustain the quality of bitcoin players on this industry.. And I believe bitcoin will never ever die. No one can say when bitcoin dis appeared it is unpredictable. Thats why I still believing in the future in bitcoin industry it is big chance to be a millionaire just believe and learn to wait and control your emotions.
Of the course. The scamming and spamming act will occur and this remind me the invest I did last year which later disappear just ike that. I'm sure no one is ignorant now and we bitcoiners need to stand firm against those who want to poison the future of bitcoin.

bitcoin is very good in the future, the advantage of bitcoin is bitcoin can not be held or in control by anyone, if you discuss bitjam is another story.
I really agree with you that bitcoin have a great fuuture but the part of bitcoin not been held is disadvantage not advantage to bitcoin also bitcoin is control by people which is why the price is down now.
yes i also think that bitcoin has a very bright future, because bitcoin is becoming popular from time to time and more people are investing assets in bitcoin which also making bitcoin more stronger so we can expect that bitcoin will have a very bright future.
yes bitcoin has a good future becaue still peole are too much intersted in bitcoin. they are even in such panic like condition they are still too much confident about investment in bitcoin and therefore they are investing a good amont of assets there and not letting the price to comes down any more. i am sure that very soon bitcoin price will start increasing again.

Of course, Bitcoin has a future, Bitcoin's latest technology makes many people interested in joining Bitcoin.
increasing prices and many requests I think Bitcoin has a good future.

Blockchain technology is giving companies a lot of interest and together with it bitcoin does. The future of bitcoin is very clear, there are some people that are putting their money and support to bitcoin. And there are some big famous people that are destroying bitcoins reputation because they know that they can take the advantage for giving fear people about bitcoin. It's like a  civil war and bitcoin does really have a bright future.

so you never use bitcoin before. bitcoin have value when people need it to transfer arround the world to get stuff. Do you known money history?

Yeah, I have used bitcoin. I get the concept, and it is useful. The problem starts if governments start banning it from being used as a payment method. For the currency to have any value money must be stored in it, and that means that people can't just cash out all they have. If they can't use it when they want, why should they store it in bitcoin? Also there's alternatives like PayPal, which also can transfer to anywhere easily. By storing their servers places that has very loose financial jurisdiction you can store your money there, and transfer them anywhere you'd like without any goverment knowing. Services like PayPal does however not offer decentralization, as they control all the transfers. So I'm really wondering how much you think the possibility of legislations like this will affect the future of bitcoin? For me it's a big uncertainty. I'm still positive to bitcoin and the technology behind, I'm just not sure it will be allowed.

How much do you guys think government regulations will affect the value of Bitcoin (and other digital currencies)?

As I see it the future success of bitcoin will depend on whether or not it is allowed as a general payment method. If it isn't easily transferred into goods it will never actually be able to compete with todays banking system. I can't see why a government would allow a transition away from the normal banking system, as that would mean giving up a lot of power. A way of hindering this transition is to simply ban it as a payment method.

If such a ban is in place then bitcoin would simply be an investment tool, or a way to keep money out of banks. If it is reduced to an investment it seems to me a bit like a ponzi scheme. There is no real value any more, and the only way to make money is by someone else thinking it might go even higher, and buying it from you. This goes on and on, and then it doesn't. I see the argument that the finite amount of coins makes it a sorta safe way to store capital, like the way gold is used. However, scarcity does not equal value, and in my mind the volatility of bitcoin makes it unfit for this in the short to long run. This leads me to think that most of the money in bitcoin comes from speculators, which is a bad sign for any asset. All this being said, I am positive towards bitcoin. It has the possibility to if not revolutionize finance at least evolve it.

So yeah, these are just my thoughts at the moment. I'm kinda new to the digital currency scene, so please correct me on anything I might have misunderstood.

If a BTC lending site is closing down and you question BTC's future, that would be the same as questioning the value of gold if a pawn shop closes. The correlation is not there. There was a lot of witch hunting in the past and still BTC strived, survived and is stronger than ever.

A wise man would say its a good sign of development from bitcoin's point of view, and some people will surely state that the payout have been decreased so the development is not good enough. Yea,those are the people whose minds are only filled with greed for money. Bitcoin will have a very bright future and it might go to some extent where no one has ever thought of. But you have to wait a few more years too see that happen. Until then, enjoy your life.
