It is just like asking if coke needs advertisement, secondly, there is a say in my dialect that says a good market sells itself and this is where Bitcoin's 15 years of existence has taken it to, and at these current stage of adoption and popularity that Bitcoin have gotten, it no longer needs advertising to continue its existence, not that people won't continue to be Bitcoin advocate, but it will now have little impact to the rate of adoption.

Brother I agree with you, because if you check the market cap you go see say e dey increase day by day, I nor know weda na because of the bull run wey we go soon experience after the halving but on thing dey sure say e dey increase, and no be only old investors dey enter the market this period. The good news dey spread without any  officially known advertisment, my brother wattin don good don good. Na just for us to continue to dey use am dey benefit from am.

E get plenty ways that people find out about Bitcoin, some dey see am online, other people they find out about Bitcoin from their friends, etc, Bitcoin no need advertisement because the coin get better use case and e dey sustainable for the long term, so no need to convince people to buy Bitcoin, once they find out about am, do their own research, na dem go wan buy am.

Bitcoin dey more popular in the developed countries, but even now adoption don dey choke for underdeveloped countries. Nigeria na better example, adoption of Bitcoin for Naija dey grow everyday and na so e be for plenty other African countries, and this is how adoption will continue to grow in different countries and continents.

I think people in rural areas do not need to adopt bitcoin even if they know about it.
Bitcoin knows no boundaries. One thing you should know is that every one in the city is once a village man that left home for the city. So checking the level of illiteracy in Nigeria I think is about %31in 2022 and that is to tell you that majority of Nigeria are liable to know about bitcoin no matter the environment. Provided that there are schools and churches in the village which communicates with English in most activities. somebody who is in the village can know more about bitcoin than you who is in the city, provided that they get the information at the appropriate time and also smart to utilise it. Most people in the village are educated people who graduated In different higher institutions but for the sake of unemployment and hardship of not being able to pay for their bills in the city, made them to be in the villa. so that doesn't mean they are dump. So I think bitcoin need advertisement. It might not necessarily be Radio or television advert, but p2p. meaning telling it to your friends and relatives who are willing to know about it and not to those who will see you as a scammer who is anxious to defraud them.

Though, I have also come to noticed that most people feel that Bitcoin don't need advertisment, but they neglect the fact that adoption won't get to rural areas where illiteracy is common, or is Bitcoin not meant for the uneducated?.
I think people in rural areas do not need to adopt bitcoin even if they know about it. In the rural areas, what they need is access to financial services. They need banks. Banks that are close to them and if they cannot get that banks then banks need mobile money operatives that are representatives of these banks. Plenty people in the rural areas are unbanked. I think that banking the unbanked through a seamless process is the first thing to do and not the adoption of bitcoin. Adoption should be for the people in the urban areas.

Bitcoin doesn't necessary need an adviser or an advertisement, na people just dey willing do am cause maybe they want others to benefit either investing or trading in any way the person wants to learn that's their choice. The issue with the CBN lifting the ban on crypto in Nigeria has made a lot of people asking and want to know what's bitcoin, I'm trying to find the current chart and the population adopting bitcoin currently after CBN lifting the ban and haven't seen such yet, but I strongly believe that the adoption rate will increase not just because of the ban lifting but currently now bitcoin has gained a lot of popularity in Nigeria.

As an adult with a smartphone, you should have come across Bitcoin on the internet or heard someone talk about it. What's left for you is to conduct your research about what Bitcoin entails, without waiting for people to start advertising it.
Just like someone stated that musicians include bitcoin in their song.

Bitcoin has been a leading King in the crytop industry but of course yes,bit still need to be advertise. This trading for you. The moment you feel relented and relaxed because you feels you have arrived and can't be overtaken is the space of time others has to reinforce with assorted means to takeover. The adverts of Bitcoin is indeed indeed to keep staying a wider spread for wider adoptations of the coin Bitcoin. Adverts is technically and usually served a reminder about a products existence that still keeps to its potentials. AltCoins are there behind cooking heartedly to overtake Bitcoin so the period of time Bitcoin feels comfortable could be a comprehension that it may had lost its volume of adoptions.

Sincerely speaking those beneficiaries of this electric power supply would be curious to know more about this Bitcoin mining and it's network, and before you'll know it more persons would want to adopt Bitcoin. That is why is why giveaways and promo are one of the best strategy of advertising. The miner might not be advertising Bitcoin, but his deed has already done the advertisement unknown to him.

You should also know that those in the rural areas will not want to go deeply into bitcoin because of their lack of access to the internet, while some a more not educated to be able to use the internet which is required to know about if you want to delve into bitcoin. To search for the knowledge of bitcoin might not benefit them at all, but the selfless service that the miner is given to them will be appreciated and bitcoin will be recognized to be the sole aim of the service. Humanity should always come first and this is what the miners are doing for the village in which they are having their mining operations on.

Indeed we know that Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, meaning it is not controlled by a central authority. However, no one is being paid to advertise Bitcoin to increase its adoption, but the good news from the coin and the testimonies it's holders have is enough for other to trace and want to know about it. And often times the people who fight or give false info about the coin are indirectly advertising it to the public. Take for instance the media, it was after they placed a ban on crypto in Nigeria, that was when I became curious to know what it entails but I never got the chance to complete my research until I met this forum.

Advertising about bitcoin now is not something that any bitcoin enthusiasts is bothered about. Bitcoin has already passed that stage on it needing to be advertised for the public to know about. It has achieved the penetration that is required to be well known all over the world. So, both good and bad news about bitcoin will just be base on individual opinions on how they feel about bitcoin and not a general opinion. Those that have embraced it will not be discouraged no matter how many times a bad news is published about it and those that don’t like it will always leverage on such news as their weapon to why they won’t embrace it. Bitcoin has passed the test and so it doesn’t need any advertisement to continue thriving.

I think people in rural area are listening to music. If they do, there are many musicians that are mentioning bitcoin in their music now. I think the youths in rural area can know about bitcoin in rural areas. But we should know that the main adoption would be in urban area where people are more literate and more exposed. For people that can not be able to know about the technical part of bitcoin, they do not need to buy what they do not know about for them not to be scammed. They should learn. If they can not learn about it, they should not invest.

Well, there might not be a direct approach of Bitcoin advertisment, but we often come across the indirect advertisement occasionally. When I say indirect, it's a form of advertisment that isn't focused or channel to a single person. it's probably an advertisement that raise the curiosity of passerby to know what the BTC logo represents. It might be online or in our physical surroundings. Though, I have also come to noticed that most people feel that Bitcoin don't need advertisment, but they neglect the fact that adoption won't get to rural areas where illiteracy is common, or is Bitcoin not meant for the uneducated?.

Those people don lavida be that oo. But the news to tell us if na actually free Dem dey give out their electricity so like this I no too dey sure of wattin to talk concerning that part. Truly Bitcoin come with many opportunities, dem create as digital currency but now e don turn to asset wey dey worthy of investment. The kind of returns e dey give for long term holding na blast. As if that one no reach, now for the country some person don dey use p2p trading take dey chop small small money. Since I come across Bitcoin apart from the news wey we dey hear some kind of hype and market price. I never see any person wey actually say e just dey do advertisment for Bitcoin, because no be every country naim like Bitcoin so, in fact majority of the government officials see Bitcoin as threat since dem no fit controll am. Op just as you talk, majority of the advertisement na testimonies from Bitcoin holders naim other take dey get the info.

Greetings Bitcoin enthusiasts

While scrolling passed some Bitcoin related news, I came across a generous act practiced by a miner or miners, who gave over 1600 person free electricity from their generating power grid. And this is happening live at Malawi.
Source: https://blockbuild.africa/hydroelectricity-malawis-mining-homes-grid/

Sincerely speaking those beneficiaries of this electric power supply would be curious to know more about this Bitcoin mining and it's network, and before you'll know it more persons would want to adopt Bitcoin. All I'm trying to say is, the market cap of Bitcoin has been increasing by there are no advertising team out there who are being paid for advertising Bitcoin to the public.
