I came across on YouTube where a gambling casino social influencer was streaming about a casinos platform.
He literally brought out his phone and was illustrating to the audiences that it is just few steps to take the winning on your games which is making choice of your predictions, choose amount to bet and also indicate his hashtag referral code and click on confirm.
Immediately you get credited directly to your account that just you won.
I just smiled but I want to ask, how many of you guys develops interests on a particular casino platform due to the influence of the casinos streamers?
I don't allow streamers and their advertisements to affect my gambling life. Most of the time, when I come across those people advertising and showing how they make big wins from gambling, I also try my best to avoid such videos and scroll to the next one in order to not get attracted to the game.
So I have never been affected by watching online streamers because most of the time I don't believe what they show on their screen, as their video is to make money and nothing more than that. Some casinos pay them to advertise for them, and some are earning from referrals, so they can do anything just for them to earn more money and add to their pocket, which is why I don't allow myself to fall victim to their trap.
The streamers are making multiple streams of income through gambling; affiliate, sponsorship deals, ads, etc. Hence, it's not just about whether we are moved by their video but the money they make using the streaming platforms. Casinos work with them and may manipulate results on their behalf to please the viewer to try out the casino. I read that casinos also fund the streamer's bankroll to make videos while gambling. The streamer doesn't gamble with his money. He'll have enough confidence to wager any amount of money. If it gets positive his results would be high and great, attracting the naive gamblers, looking to turn millionaires through gambling. Your decisions are great because, watching the streaming pages, can be tempting in making a viewer lose his control. Scrolling away from the pages would be the nicest move. Especially for newbies who don't understand why the streamers are winning too many times.
Since they're investing lots of effort and time to do a good job for the casinos that hire them, people will fall for their tricks and gamble prematurely. Members under this thread have made lots of responses that they can't be moved by such a video, and I expected to see more of these answers because gamblers here are mostly pros and newbies and are being enlightened on the risk of gambling with lots of money. Not all the viewers on the streamer's page have the prilviledge to understand what's happening behind the scene. Some would view and try immediately. With the trend of people complaining about the streamers, I think the rate of addicted gamblers who joined gambling due to streamers just increased. And to get things straight, they don't stop watching these streamers after joining the casino, they still participate to find out the strategy of the casino streamer. Later they end up accusing the streamer of causing their problem gambling.
