Just keep it cool man don't stress yourself that much everything will be alright and it will going to back into normal after this bear market is done. Most of us are just like you suffering from the loss because we keep looking our portfolio and it keeps on going down as the previous that we think won't change at all but here we are didn't expect that it will going to happen.

I'm sure eth will recover. we have seen the evidence, many altcoins yesterday were also falling but slowly they were able to recover. so there's no need to worry because ethereum will never die.

the statement of the founder of ethereum vitalik buterin that the cryptocurrencies will never reach a 1000% gain again truly hit ethereum bigtime and fall to 200$ each much lower than last years price. we can never tell if it is the end unless we are there. there is a posibility for altcoins especially ethereum to go up again.
Every coin is going through some dark periods but I am sure ethereum and many other coins will have an increasing very soon.
You are right, as the entire market is struggling to show it's best till date. Continuous price fluctuations has been a disaster, hopefully there will be a change as the last quarter is in progress.
