They all should be asking for these documents at the time of registering an account and not asking for them to verify their accounts later on after they have finished playing their casino games.

Why is not a law yet if at all? Huh
May be some casinos are there who are asking about document, but i personally never come across such an experience, We just need to fulfill a document in very beginning and after that we never feel the need to sow any documents. I think in physical casino even there we do not need for verification but just need to get an entry pass.
I am living in such area, where gambling is not legal and therefore we do not have such proper and formal casinos who can demand you for your document, because they do not have any legal status but running their casinos illegally, they are also not providing the basic facilities that a legal casino have.

I had played many online gambling games and many gambling sites in all that I don't even submit my documents to withdraw the money from it.In all that they asked to submit my mobile number and the mail id .Other than that I not even submit any of my proof. If they asked such thing, surely that sites will not shine.

You are right. Since we are using cryoto currency as the deposit option you will not find the any documents or KYC sign up or payment. Some sites from US and Chinese required KYC while singing trading and gambling site.

All the sites we are seeing as a legit gambling site signature and thread promo here. We can use it always for secured gambling.

Now in mostly gambling sites where i have played i have no experience of it that they want any personal documents or other personal information. I don't know where you play gambling, but mostly gambling sites are not required documents, that's why i play online bitcoin gambling easily.

Casinos requiring some documents while playing? I think I have not yet experienced this kind of gambling website. I also used to play online casinos but so far all I need is to register on such website and I can already join to play or watch the game.

Agree. I have a feeling that these online casinos are fake and just want people to lose and they will find an excuse not to give your winnings. I'm certain they will not give it even you passed your documents so be careful giving your identity.

I think what they are trying to do now is to act like banks whereby if you have exceeded the maximum amount of withdrawal per day, the account owner will be asked personal information to ensure that you are the account owner. I see nothing wrong here although it is intrusive of our personal accounts. This is the precaution they do to combat thefts that have been going around lately in cryptocurrencies. I just do not know if this will work because if you have stolen someone else's account, you are smart enough to know that someone's code. Hence, you can provide those personal information with ease, enabling you to further withdraw your cryptos.

Not all casino site ask for a document yes but some sites doesnt require you to have any documents when you withdraw or deposit money but once you won a big amount and if you try to withdraw that amount like 10 BTC you won't be able to withdraw that unless you send some information about you. I've seen some threads here before that has the same problem its taking them too long before they get their requested withdrawal even if they already send their information.
Yup your withdraw limit exists means they will ask some personal information to release your withdraw amount. and if they find any suspicious activity in your account they will ask your information apart from that no casino will ask your personal information.

Sorry I knew it was an old Post, I didn't mean to make commercial for a specific casino what I meant to say is  that NO BTC Casino should ask for any KYC. So if you only deposit BTC and only play with BTC they shouldn't ask you anything. If you use other Payment method its another story, got to read that terms and conditions.

I know not much about bitcoin but a lot about casino if anyone has a question.

Also In the previous post I meant to say that I got many sets of KYC, ID/Passport/POA even CC's and Selfies. If anyone is interested can PM me.

The thing is that even sellers on localbitcoin are acting like they are a business in asking you for your id and sending them your personal information such as you name and address just to purchase $100 of crypto, which is just stupid to do.
You might as well hand those over to a reputable exchange and do your buying from them.
Atleast they are insured if they get hacked and your personal i.d including your driver's license and passport are in the wind. Undecided
These guys are not, including the casinos from identity theft.

cryptocurrency based casino doesnt need any documents or personal infos such as phone number , i.d , passport , etc. in order to play on them because using cryptos as a form of payment method is actually meant for privacy or anonimity purposes in order to hide your identity from the public not unless your talking about real world casinos or casinos that have a different payment procesor .

Exactly what I said mate.

Lol. Though i'm not really against that if it's a regular online casino. Same as when you register now at trading exchanges, they ask you for an ID before your account can br validated. Its good for times when you have account issues so the casino support team can make the proper assessments about your concern

If still needed I got some bitcoin casinos without KYC verification.

And I also got KYC verification documents without casino.

Whatever you wish.

Dennis - LHP

No need to bump 1 year old thread and not all casinos do need documentations of a certain gambler. You might be asked if you do something wrong or do have big winnings. Depending into their policies but most of casinos now wont really require you something just a simple sign up and youre good to go.If at first if they do require such documentations then its your choice to pass or proceed.
It has changed over the course of the year and I do think it is due to the price in bitcoin rising to almost double of what it was worth back then. When most if not all of them didn't care if you withdrew 50btc all at once from a casino. Such as one poster pointed out someone did from fortune jack last year in March.
But now I think they will ask you if it is beyond a certain limit.
I have ran into two casinos so far that have asked me to verify the account in which I won something, even a small amount like 50mbtc, to be able to withdraw it from the site with sending in documents.
It is absurd really since they do not ask you to do this during the registration process and only if you win something and want to withdraw it from their site.
Bitcoin should still be anonymous to use and it should be up to the player if they wish to remain that way while they are using it. Embarrassed

You could share it here! Nitrogen, casino in my signature doesn't ask fo documents. Its anonymous bitcoin casino. You can play just with username, or you can gamble even without that, they will give you username.
Fast deposits and withdraws, all what you need is bitcoin address.
Here on forum people should be open more one to other and share knowledge about certain questions. You could share your knowledge about site's that don't ask for some documents. But you are brand new and maybe you don't even know what am I talking about. Kyc is popular in fiat based casinos, they need to have it if they wish to operate legally in some country.

I have never seen any casino ask for documents or I'll never give any kind of documents why would I even do that. I think you just landed on some wierd casino, click on my banner and you'll land up at the best casino ever. Plus we just got treasure chest back, this shall make it worthwhile for you to enjoy.

The reason they ask for documents at all would be to do with anti laundering laws.   Its one thing to run a betting shop and another to be host to dirty money and the tail end of a criminal empire, you can end up doing twenty years for taking part is such things.   They have to have some caution and common sense to avoid suspect movements in accounts is my guess.
Yeah, many people don’t know the fact that the bitcoin is being used too much on the black market and the only way that they can hide their trail is by putting their money in online casinos so they cannot be traced, and they asking for documents means that you have putted a lot of money that is suspicious.

You can gamble at fortunejack, they won't ask you for any id. may i ask you which site(s) asked you id for withdrawal? my guess is the sites that accepts usd deposits/cc.
If i am not wrong , there's a lucky player at fortunejack who won over 50 bitcoin.
They successfully withdraw the whole winning amount without asking for any documents.
There's required security checking only on fortunejack which uploading your id not included.

Legal online casino will ask you for documents to verify your identity, it's must to do task from their side. To my mind bitcoin casino's aren't requesting from you to upload your documents because bitcoin is related to anonymity, so they are for that to keep your information anonym. Also despite the fact that legal big casinos require documents, in terms of rule they have to keep your information safe and avoid any third-party.

It depends on your geographical location as well, in the advanced countries there isn't much demand on proof of documentation as with a player from a third world country.

Bazinga!

most of the bitcoin gambling sites don't ask for documents , but in most of their TOS they say that they have the right to do so if they needed but as I said most of the time they don't ask for that
in my experience only powerbet ask for unnecessary documents , and the fiat sites that accept bitcoin

people say all kinds of things in their TOS but it doesn't mean they are doing it. it is there for legal reasons and if you look closer it say they don't want it now but they may ask for it in the future in case authorities asked them to forcefuly take it from their users, and their users can just stop playing there if they do. and that is why they never will ask for any documents! (it's all about keeping the customers happy!)

If that proves to be true you see, then I hope that you do gambling elsewhere. Because I see that the actual document does not deserve to be disseminated to the public, is not a reasonable thing to know. because you also know that gambling has many places that are dangerous and it could create documents that once you give misused and finally you can get problems because they blame the confidential document

Bitcoin casinos doesn`t ask for documents, this is the case with euro/dollar casinos. There is casinos that started to accept bitcoins, and they ask for id`s, or other documents. If you wish to gamble freely and without any identification gamble at bitcoin casinos, for example betcoin.ag where I play poker you can register easily and without id verification, fortune jack, nitrogen and many others are good casinos, depends what you like and which games you like you can play choose casino that suit your needs.
It does not help you much if a publicly proven scam do not ask for documents, while they themselves are hiding as well:

Betcoin.ag scam!

Betsoft scam gaming software

►►BETCOIN.AG- [Uncensored] Ƀitcoin Poker, Sports, Casino & Affiliate Community◄◄

What's wrong with Betcoin.ag? Here's a list.

It also doesn't help to suggest to the OP to consider proven scams sites like you did or even promote proven cheating/scam casinos on your website:

Here is a list with some anonymous Crypto gambling sites with cost free consumer protection service

You play fully anonym at Crypto Games, DirectBet or NitrogenSports, but they have no live dealer software.

As you look for live dealers, BetOnline might be your choice. They reserve the right to ask for documents, but they are based in Panama and will not report you. Smiley

BetOnline proven cheaters/scammers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1EiWvN11nU#t=02m
LOL, one dealer took one time the following card! Where are the 1000 other videos showing that live dealers take following cards?

If they do this habitually, there must be 1000s of videos, right?

Despite of this, the video does not prove that this dealer know the following cards and therefore it is no scam. A breach of the rule, but no scam.

In addition, the mistake of a third party employee (or even cheat) is not the fault of the foreign client. Would betcoin.ag be a scam if one of their signature campaign promoters would cheat? For sure not...

Massive price drop coming...
Just remember seeing a thread like this yesterday. Not all sites ask for an ID document but a lot of them do. If you want to verify then you should look into the terms and conditions if they require a KYC policy. You can opt not playing on those.
Having a KYC is actually necessary too since any casino that is being operated in a legal manner would always require these documents.

I am not against providing documents because if you even play in biggest gambling sites like william hill and pinnacle sports then they also ask for proofs, so why can't the transparent bitcoins gambling sites ?
For me if you are gamble for online it is not good to share with us the docs or personal information because anytime soon they can use it for crime or any frauds.. i am afraid of those site are actually asking for those docs.
People are always looking for easy way and no need any docs. like here in bitcoin we are all anonymous and we don't know each other. .

Try this gambling sites OP, they are legit and they are not asking stuffs like this.

I am feeling that the OP is getting this identity approval problem only in fiat currency casino sites but what you gave details about the sites are bitcoin casino sites which dont need any documents and just open account and deposit and play and when you win just withdraw it. only on high withdrawal they take some time to check manually about the account details and then send the withdraw

You should avoid using any casinos asking for personal information and screenshots of your ID/passport use a bitcoin casino instead.
If bitcoin casinos asked you for identification after you won bitcoin and tried to withdrawal then try to take out in small amounts if they are denying you and limiting the withdrawal amount.
And of course when you go to a land casino if you're under aged you can not enter and gamble, if a casino is regulated by law then you should check their regulators to see if they are conducting under a specific country's laws or not and see if you can be prosecuted in your jurisdiction or not.

Would you mind telling us what specific bitcoin casino is that?

For a legit casinos that is a registered company, it's a must that they will required their players to have a KYC which is under the terms of they will not disclosed it to the public and must be used only if ever the gambler is suspiciously involved in a game fraud or something like that.

Not every Casino website asks the person to show documents before making a Withdrawal. The Casino websites that accept Bitcoin is usually for only anonymous users or something very close to it and the people who want to make money usually get their Bitcoin Withdrawal within a few minutes after requesting it.

I did experience that also on a certain casino and I did comply with their rules and requirement just to withdraw my funds there and it went smoothly. If those casino's are requiring you to do so then you don't have choice for it, just follow it to get your funds but not all the casino's are requiring this to do so.

What's wrong with Betcoin.ag? Here's a list.

It also doesn't help to suggest to the OP to consider proven scams sites like you did or even promote proven cheating/scam casinos on your website:

Here is a list with some anonymous Bitcoin gambling sites

You play fully anonym at Crypto Games, DirectBet or NitrogenSports, but they have no live dealer software.

I've been trying to play on a casino for the past few days but every casino I found requires documents when I try to withdraw.

Is literally every casino like that or are there any legit ones that actually payout and respect the anonymity of bitcoin?

Can someone link me to one please?

I want one that has some live dealers software

Thanks.

Not a single experience of a casino asking for document just to prove that I am the one who registered on that casino with the username xx whenever I witdhraw my BTC.  Though I read some instances whenever some people break rules.  And for some security reason.  But it would be weird when you are not breaking any rules and yet they asked of your documents whenever you withdraw.

I think they are getting a little strict now when it comes to age. Right?
There have been under age that have been playing online casinos now because they think they can get away from it or they wont be tracked.
But if the documents they are looking for you are different this casino sure is not good.
You can still protect your privacy by looking for other casinos.
I cant recommend you one though.

Guys a decent warning to all of you : Any crypto gambling site that asks for proofs should be reported and deserves getting banned because if we were to give them the proofs and all then what's the means of crypto ?
I mean we could then easily gamble at bet36 also.

not every casinos and probably only the particular casinos had these rule and actually one of the main reasons why people more likely to choose bitcoin online casinos rather than the other else because they want still anonymous during their gambling activities but probably for your problem this is for avoid cheating players or this is mandatory policy that's why adding personal document is require

The OP is asking for sites with live dealer casino games so most of the offers of advice given aren't what the OP is looking for.
Why exactly are you looking for a site with live dealer?
Any studio specific ones in particular you are looking for?
There are tons sprouting up from every where left and right.
I know a personally that has live dealers and the games are live in front of us and there is a TV behind them to verify that the video they are showing is being LIVE indeed and the site is : bitcasino.io but guys the site may scam anytime.

If you plan to play there please make sure you won't take the bonus because they ask like 1 billion times wager before cashout and hence also strucking your deposit too.

As far as I know casinos wont asked anything about giving out your documents or identity to them and just like others said they would only require if you do commit some violations or abuse on the site.
We do all know on regular online casinos that do accept bitcoin mostly of them doesn't require anything which is different on those traditional casinos that do need cards  to play.

Most casinos don't need you to submit document if you bet using bitcoin. Casinos only need you to verify your identify if you bet using fiat because of government law. I would advice you to stay away from casinos which need these document if you are betting with bitcoin. There is no reason why some casinos do that when there is no need for such requirement.

Not all casinos but they will require you documents if you are suspected, by anyway that was just their excuses because if you fail to submit your documents you will not be able to get your funds. Bitcoin casinos are suppose to maintain their clients anonymity but I don't know why they are doing it. My experience when I did really submit my document was when I won the bonus in a certain casino after hitting their required rollover, they need
my personal information to verify and fortunately I was able to withdraw my bonus.

Listen.

If a casino is asking for documents for a Fiat deposit it's to avoid troubles caused by stolen cards and such.

If you steal cards and are bitching about them foiling your plan then go fuck yourself.

If you're complaining because you don't want to leave a papertrail behind, why are you depositing with a card? There's a paper trail involved with every card.

The only anonymous way to deposit into a casino would be with BTC from an unlinked account.

Common sense...is it really all that uncommon?

AFAIK, only users who are suspected of cheating the system will be asked for their documents. While for users who gamble in the normal ways, they are not prompted to do so. Idk for sure if other sites apply different policies!

Just remember seeing a thread like this yesterday. Not all sites ask for an ID document but a lot of them do. If you want to verify then you should look into the terms and conditions if they require a KYC policy. You can opt not playing on those.
Few casino sites ask for the submission of documents to get payout. Lots of casino website there are anonymous usage without KYC. Few days back an anonymous player won more than 250 btc in an casino who has been settled with the respective I'd number for the bet. So continued search can get you the right website for gambling.

But do you think that it would be safe for us to give our documents from them? I know 250btc is super huge win but what if this site will turn to mess and our identity will be stole? Where pretty going to messy situation that can turn up to be disastrous to us if that matter happens, so for me i think giving my Info's is a big No since we don't know truly on who are we dealing up here.

Only if you are trying to deposit fiat you'll need to provide ID and it should happen before actually depositing, if any casino lets you to deposit fiat with ease and then after trying to withdraw bitcoin they blocking you and then asking you for ID better to avoid at any cost.
If a casino doesn't let people to withdraw bitcoin no matter how big the amount is and asks for ID you should avoid.

Always read their TOS and other policies before even first deposit.

They request ID to prevent any money laundering attempts, so good luck doing that and good luck successfully laundering your money, you might end up losing all your funds instead use a reliable and trusted service such as bitmixer to do that with a fee without risking everything.

You are right those selections are okay and i do agree with that.Casinos would asked for documents seems not really a nice thing specially for those people who really needs anonymity. The thing that i know is that casinos do asked document when it was still on fiat/local money  deposits and withdrawals.

In that case the best thing is to ask right upfront on the ANN thread of that website if they would ask for it in the future. I can imagine sites trying to dodge withdrawal requests just by bringing it up during the withdrawal(which is actually what a lot of sites do). There is no way around such a situation, but it does shame the site if they said no they won't ask for it in the first place.

I don't think so every casino do that. If you choose to register and play on bitcoin online casino, I think all that shit documents will not require. Play with anonymous payment like cryptocurrencies doesn't ever ask you to send copies of your documents. Just deposite, play, and withdraw to your wallet address. For the sites, you can google it, or you can find lot of bitcoin casino doing promotion here in this forum.

I guess no. In my experience never a casino ask any documents.
I remember a old betting site (after some months turn to a scam) that ask just a signed message.
Normally I bet on Direct bet casino casino.directbet.eu and never they ask any doc / KYC.
Anyway they have the right to ask a documents (as stated in the most of TOS).

Directbet's casino doesn't even have live dealers if you check every single game that they offer.

most of the bitcoin gambling sites don't ask for documents , but in most of their TOS they say that they have the right to do so if they needed but as I said most of the time they don't ask for that
in my experience only powerbet ask for unnecessary documents , and the fiat sites that accept bitcoin

Bitcoin101: they are NOT anonymous. They're the exact opposite. Literally every transaction you make is public. Now that we have that cleared, why exactly do you need anonymous gambling? Doing some money laundering?Wink that'll be the first place the feds look.

If i had money, big money i wouldn't launder them through casinos Smiley There are better ways and less risky.
I don't feel like giving my ID to ANY website online, that's why i use bitcoins, to stay anonymous.

If you consider also betting with bitcoins,
BETOPEN.CO respects anonymity and doesn't require any ID verification for betting/withdrawals etc.

In last few months we have very limited choice for Bitcoin casinos because most of them close and some have very big scam accusations right now Directbet and Betcasino doing good with niterogen they have some good customers and trust

They shouldn't be asking you for any documents. If they do start, after the fact that you actually win at their casino, then leave them right now. Notify everybody and anyone about what they have done so they all know about this casino as a scam operation who is working on the deception of fleecing their players if they actually end up winning a bet once placed. Because these casinos rely on your losing or else why wouldn't they be asking you to provide your documents of identification at the very beginning of the account registration process?
That is what is required when you want to buy a vehicle so why not when alot of money in such transactions are involved? Huh!? Roll Eyes

there are many casino that doesnt require documents it is just when you breach their Terms they will ask you,

I recently started betting with BTC.

tried nitrogeonsports and a bitsport.bet.

going to try out directbet.

This is done for security purposes. In the case of winnings you will only be able to receive them if you present your identification document.
They ask for documents mate

I've never had to prove who i was in BTC gambling land. Its a bit strange tbh im not totally against it since where im from in UK gambling is tax free, i just would rather be anon cause its easier.

Could you recommend me some sites please?
