The answer is none, yes you've heard it right there is no need for the management to take extra money out just to make their site mobile friendly. As a developer myself if we are task to create a web design it should have to be mobile friendly.

I am sure that many people will like to play the gambling games in their phone because yesterday, I meet some people in the coffee cafe. Two of 4 people are playing card game (if I am not mistake, they played a poker game) with their mobile phone.
