Possibly he is having 100 more accounts on bounties so he was in a hurry to complete his minimum quota to get stakes/coins. Cheesy
Who knows how many he has. But he has at least 2 connected to the Ethereum address that YOSHIE posted above.

The second account is Hellkas.
That one has also been tagged for promoting Ponzi schemes and buying merits.

Thanks to all for your opinion, it will definitely help.
I see nothing happens with this account.
So I just report one of his posts as useless spam with a warning to pay attention to his post history. I'm waiting to see the reaction of how the moderators will react to that.

17 posts in one day within the interval of 3-5 minutes, this is outrageous and needs to be reported to moderator. I know his has just written that to complete payment quota but a good manager will rather decline these posts and tag it burst posting. This behavior is bad.

There, I don't have a simple answer Smiley.
A distinction must be made between simple mods and Global Mods.
Simple mods can delete messages/topics.
Global mods can also ban other members.
If a shitposter comes to the section I moderate, I can delete those posts. If he really insists, I can make a request to ban him. My request can be accepted... or not.

But the big difference between the work of a simple mod and a GM is the number of reports. If I have 50 reports in a month, it's a big month for me Smiley. GM must have thousands of reports to handle (and there is only a small percentage of unhandled reports). It must be hard to remember or take time to find out if this member deserves a ban or not.
But in any case, temporary bans are given, see here, but I don't have the stats Smiley.
Fair enough, it would be cool to see the percentage of people who get banned due to spam posts in contrasts to other stuff like plagiarism/breaking severe rules.

That said, I think there should be couple more GMs for btt, there is only so much Mprep, Hilarious and Mr.big can do. Or bringing in new general mods at the very least. We speak about this time and time again,  but something needs to be done.

I find your lack of faith in Bitcoin disturbing.
Question, do mods give out temp bans to sig spammers, or do they just delete the posts??

Cause as per this, sig spammers do get banned for a week as their first offense. Its been a while since I saw someone get banned for sig spamming or maybe I just didn't notice. Would like to know your thoughts on this.

Question for moderators. does it make sense to report posts like this?

To answer you simply : yes, you can report him, regardless of the rank.
But it may not be necessary to waste your time and report all the posts of this shitposter, but give as many details as possible in your report. The more visibility he gets, the faster the GM will look into his case.
"Funny", his signature campaign requires 15 posts a week, he did them in 53 minutes (48 minutes the week before). And 22 seconds later, he posted his bounty report for the week.  A pure sig spammer .

When you see such kind posts, its better to reports more of his posts to get them deleted and also can bring the particular user's posting behaviour to the campaign manager personally or publicly.

Many of my unhandled reports are of this type but are written by higher (than Newbie) ranked member. So, two-line useless spam text written by a full member, whether they will be removed?
I had too. But it doesn't bother me when I reported high ranked and got a unhandled or bad report. Maybe it is. But sometime there are cases post reported also didn't got noticed by mods or marked as bad but clearly it was also considered spam.

Well mods have different say on kind of posts that's to be sure. I've say this cause it happened on this situation. where a post wasn't deleted and the reporter got a marked bad.

Good thing I'm not concern about my report accuracy. I've just reporting even though I have few bads.

I just checked the project development section and I see that user nykka rape all topics from there. Burts posting, every few minutes with useless posts. It's pure spam.
Yes, it's worth reporting.

He has a bad history on this forum.

Don't bother looking at rank when it comes to reporting. If the post hit's your threshold for shitposting or whatever just report it. Further to that, there is nothing wrong with having reports marked bad, consider that guidance in whether the mods agree or if you should continue reporting those posts.

I agree with The Not Moderator above... report it, and in the report comments ask the mods to look at user's post history and explain why you think the post is low value - post bursting, spam megathreads, meaningless word salad, etc. It doesn't matter what the rank is, shitpost is a shitpost.

I'm not a moderator, but I'd recommend reporting his garbage posts (I can only view two of them, and this one is pure fluff, obviously written just to satisfy a character requirement for the BetFury campaign).

I don't know if you're concerned about your report accuracy or what, but it can't hurt to report shitposts when you see them--either the mods act on them or they don't, and at least you've done something to help clean up the forum.  For a while I thought the forum had rid itself of members like this nykka person (at least for the most part), but it is precisely members like him that need to have their bloated, nonconstructive posts deleted as fast as they can.

I leave them neutral tag, just for some future campaign managers and maybe he'll wake up because spamming makes it harder for him to enter new campaigns.

Many of my unhandled reports are of this type but are written by higher (than Newbie) ranked member. So, two-line useless spam text written by a full member, whether they will be removed? I guess moderators don't have much time to check each report in detail, so maybe we better not clutter them with posts that are on the verge of being deleted.
