If we compare dogecoin and matic, then I can name only one advantage dogecoin has - Elon Musk. He is the only one who can influence on the price. Lets just admit it, no one really creates hype around dogecoin anymore nowadays except him. The only factor that can influence on dogecoin price is Elon Musk tweets. But behind Matic we have a much stronger and developing product. Any technical update, release, partnership, acceptance will only positively impact on the price.
matic is a good coin and obviously the project when compared to doge coin matic is far superior because in my opinion doge is only a coin with a strong community without a clear project,
so it's better to hold matic.
True, judging from any side I will still choose Matic. When compared to Dogecoin, I think it's not quite right, because Dogecoin is a Memecoin. That's my opinion if I was forced to choose one of the two.so it's better to hold matic.

Is Ethereum 2.0 really working now? if not, it's better not to discuss it because gas on Ethereum will always be expensive which is caused by the already very high value of Ethereum, so why talk about Ethereum 2.0 if it can't be run. 
Matic is a very strong project and it has a great potential I suppose. NFTs are moving to Polygon blockchain - everybody understands that the fees here is much more user-friendly if we compare them with Ethereum ones.

It's worth to invest if you fully understand the worth of the project,
Just the same with what you are saying, it's a good alternative to the chain is good and usable but you don't need to pay
more in each transaction.
To developers who are looking for best alternative, Matic would be one of those fit option to develop a project.

Matic (polygon) is better than Doge coin, base on the current performance of the polygon network and bridge network as build Blockchain technology has make it stated clear that it can be comparable with doge coin, good to invest more on Matic.

Doge has a large community because doge is an old coin although meme coin. when doge hype it never hurts to participate in enjoying a little profit at that time. And Matic I see his performance is good so far, even Matic is resistant to the bear market, and the price not down more when bearish market. Matic promises.
There's no such thing about resistance to bear market because there are no exemptions when it comes to this one.Although it could really withstand such bear market or conditiondepending on the demand of the said project.
There are lots of hidden gems if you do ask me but pointing or identifying it out wouldnt really be simple until it do make out some significant pumps
and not the hype ones but rather basing with real recognition then this is when we do consider or do take action.
