is this kind of things is considered shady practice, or is it considered fair in the online gambling world?
To be honest, I've never heard of this, and it's quite surprising because it seems like there are privileges for those who can bring lots of players to a casino, and I doubt that really exists, because one of the review websites that can bring lots of players to one casino actually has problems with the system affiliate that the casino provides, so it seems like it doesn't exist unless there is a special collaboration or you as a person who can bring many players to one of the casinos also have access to the casino manager so that they can help when one of the referrals experiences problems with withdrawals or something else.
If that is true, this can be considered a shady activity but it can also be considered a profitable collaboration because the affiliate will be able to confidently promote the casino because there is a guarantee that players who register via the link will get privileges, which will also provide benefits to the casino because many players will play at the casino.

Many youtubers and friends share their referral codes/affiliate links, saying you will get bonuses, real money, or free spins. but I wonder if casinos give extra help or benefits in some different situations.

For example, when someone wins a big multiplier and multiplies their account by 100x, then some casinos take a long time to process the withdrawal, or they may not even give the money. however, some say that if you sign up using a good affiliate or influencer affiliate code which have huge audience, then you won't face these type issues. also, if you promote the casino using your referral link, they might not hold back your withdrawal because you helped them get new customers.

is this kind of things is considered shady practice, or is it considered fair in the online gambling world?

I think this has nothing to do with casinos promoting via Youtube channels or being endorsed by famous Youtubers to guarantee that they are not a scam. These Youtubers get paid to stream their casino gambling, and share referral codes just for their extra income.

I sometimes watch live streaming of online gambling Youtubers but I never take their games seriously, because they only play with fake money provided by the casino.

I think it should still be based on how popular the influencer is. The more popular it is, the better it is because there is very little chance of cheating.
And usually he will be responsible and help with the problems experienced by his referrals.
You have to be selective in choosing gambling platform affiliates, because if you are only tempted by unreasonable bonuses, sometimes this is a trap.
It is very important to assess the credibility of the influencers they collaborate with.

From what I can understand, using a scam casino the person will be deceived and robbed even if the person has managed to get referrals for the casino, this is because the casino has hundreds of ways to get referrals and when the scam casino already knows that it has many customers and has already gotten a lot of money from customers, so the casino scam soon disappears because they know they can go and create another casino, they continue to be anonymous and rob people. Even those popular review sites also do not get paid at scam casinos, but there are few cases in which this happens. so what has been happening is that many casinos scam at first when they start operating

they keep paying the review sites, they keep paying the owners of YouTube channels, they keep paying the owners of Twitch channels to promote their casino, while the casino is managing to obtain many customers, the owners of the review sites, the owners on social media channels they make money with referrals and when the casino becomes a scam, all people are scammed, even the guys on social media channels, so the scammers keep paying to review sites and with that the scam casino continues to work and having more new customers, unfortunately many people are too lazy to do research on casinos before creating accounts, which is why they are targets of scam casinos

Casinos that offer extra perks and bonuses for new users when they sign up under a referral or affiliate link are actually adding an extra layer of promotion for their products and services because they know that new users would sign up more easily if they see that they are getting something like a bonus or maybe a few free spins. This strategy is a very useful marketing tactic that casino platforms use, maybe not all of them use it but some casinos offer such things.

And talking about casinos that don't allow their customers to withdraw their winnings if the amount is large, I believe that has nothing to do with affiliates or referrers because a legit and reputable casinos wouldn't do that in the first place and if a casino has evil intentions, they wouldn't care doing that even apart from this scenario.

Yes that's right, this is nothing more than a new form of marketing strategy in addition to other larger marketing promotions that casinos usually do, simply put this is like connecting one player with another player by inviting one person whether it's a friend or anyone to register at a certain casino through the affiliation they share and as a benefit, those who invite will get a percentage from the casino in a certain bonus amount that they will get in their gambling account as a gift or bonus for the participation they have done by inviting others to register at one of the casinos they promote, And as you said that the bonuses can be useful to at least do a few rounds to try their luck with a note that does not have to spend personal funds.

Makes sense, I also think that way and it's true that withdrawal problems have absolutely nothing to do with affiliates or promotional referrals that are there, because obviously anyway people who try to take advantage of affiliates to bring others in don't help the casino in terms of promotion? obviously, and for gamblers who experience withdrawal problems I think only those who make mistakes in their gambling activities, it could be that they do something suspicious so that the casino limits and makes it difficult to withdraw or even freezes their account. On the other hand in terms of affiliation there is absolutely no coercion from the casino to the gamblers, if there was a coercion to share then obviously all gamblers would not be comfortable engaging in this type of online gambling while on the other hand now most gamblers prefer this type of online gambling and that means affiliation really has nothing to do with the problem of the casino making it difficult to withdraw, this is something else.

Modern casino affiliate programmes are exciting. All about relationships, right? If someone joins after I invite them, I get a thank you bonus. Its like a digital gambling community where every invite shows trust and fraternity.

Theres more to it. My gambling experience has taught me to approach these bonuses with eagerness and care. They're great, but they shouldnt drive gambling. Gambling is about risk, strategy, and suspense. Extra bonuses are the cherry on top.

You're right about withdrawal. Individual errors or contract violations are typically to blame. Casinos are companies and must protect themselves. We must know and follow the rules as participants. It's about balancing game excitement with conscious choices. Finally, responsible gambling is the key to great online gaming.

The problem that explained by @OP is he don't want to get scammed. Most of the time the casino doesn't offer something suspicious or too good to be true, but the influencer make a noise if the casino will give many benefits if they sign up using his referral link.

So the blame should be put on the influencer instead of the casino.
Yes, I understand it. Therefore, we should not only rely on influencers or review sites that we find there. As long as we don't know the casino is status, we don't need to try to register at the casino. And before we know more about the casino, we should hold back even if the influencer says that the casino is very good and will provide lots of prizes or other interesting promotions. We must take responsibility for finding the casino and not just leave it to the influencer. We also don't know the influencer's reputation, so caution is needed in this matter.

Any casino that has the intention of scamming its customers won't even mind, even if you are being referred by their biggest influencer, whose link is what you follow to join the casino. Casinos that don't want to pay will always impose a fine to void and sophisticate your money.

Unless a casino has a good name to protect, they will be mindful of the kind of risk they will involve themselves in, and beside that, not all of these big influencers will be ready to speed up for their followers and submit their report to the casino concerning their delayed withdrawal, as most of them care most about what they gain from the casino for promoting them and not the issue the users will face afterwards.
It is really just that truly a shit thing when you do see some influencers that streaming out some shit sites or platforms on which as long they do get paid and they are really that given money
then they would really be just simply doing their job. It would really be out of their work scope on acting to be a support whenever a certain gambler would really be experiencing some issues.
If you dont like to experience those headaches then it would be better that you should really be avoiding these influencers to be followed on. You cant really make yourself that benefited on whatever
things that they are sharing on. Speaking about benefits of affiliate links? It would really be just that good for those influencers itself.

I have not heard of any of the scenarios you are describing. If a casino is holding your withdrawal for a long time it is usually for a good reason. If they did it just to scam you it would hurt their reputation and cost them future profit. Signing up through an influencer's affiliate link should make no difference in how you are treated. Maybe if you have direct communication with that influencer they can use their connections to get your issue looked at and solved faster. There have been cases with campaign managers in this forum who have gotten people's problems resolved quickly by getting in contact with the casino who hired them.

It is common for casinos to hire influencers to promote their casino sites in order to attract more users to join. Maybe they make an agreement that each member they bring will get a different bonus from other members. Most promotional events like this are limited or may be subject to rules. especially for new users

Do you have actual evidence that casinos are holding back withdrawals on accounts that won large amounts of money?

The reputable casinos have fast withdrawals, no matter how much you have won...  it's just these smaller "shady" casinos with a small Bankroll that will stall withdrawals.

It is obvious that affiliate members will get prefferencial treatment, so this is not irregular in the industry. (Any company will give their VIPs better service)
A legit casino can stall withdrawals too if they think the player is shady enough or if they think the win is made in a shady way. And I think there are also reputable casinos who are up until now does manual withdrawals and the processing time for larger amounts can take longer because they may need more money or do some things.

There is no need to worry about it though because we will surely get our payments once it's done. Affiliate members must be different from the VIP's. It was the VIP's are the ones who get preferential treatment because achieving this kind of status is not easy. And its name says it all (VIP or very important person).

I have never seen a casino that offers something like that to users who have the largest list of affiliates, usually some casinos offer bonuses and some free spins on certain bets, but not casinos that offer instant withdrawals for priority members already have a large list. affiliates, all Users get the same benefits for withdrawals regardless of the status of other members, however the casino may issue special rules regarding affiliates to provide ease of withdrawals for top 10 rankings in the user base with multiple affiliates.

This isn't true, any casino that cares about its reputation will not be involved in such shady practice, and if there is an actual warning triggered by the security system the bets or withdrawals will be put on hold until further verification irrespective of the individual. Referrals is more benefit for the one who share the code with you because they will get some fraction of your lost bet to that casino forever.

Casinos capitalize on affiliate marketing for driving streams of traffic to their website. Then maximize profits in the process, by sharing the earnings according to the agreement between the platform and the affiliate marketer. Rarely have I seen a situation where a brand didn't meet up with their side of the deal. However, in every niche we have the low ballers, who wants to take advantage of the efforts of the affiliate marketer and rip them with no payment. Hence, it's also the duty of the affiliate marketer to research about the casino before accepting to work as an affiliate. They're some reputable casino that pay their marketers, a few searches could do, but we need to discuss with other affiliate that promotes the casino, to understand better the ways of the casino before participating in the affiliate program. Since it requires a whooping amount of money to promote a brand on the internet of today. Working aimlessly for a brand that wouldn't pay as promising, is annoying and need to be raised as a dispute on the casino.

Nope, the only benefits you may get is only the one offered by the one who asked you to get registered under their referral link.
Some streamers may offer you something like free balance on sign up and or other regular bonus if you are actively playing.
When it comes to general services by the casino such as deposit/withdrawal, support, etc, you will be treated the same as others.
Dont hope to much when you are registering an account under other's referral link, at the end all players are the same no matter where they registered.

It definitely depends on the type of place you are registering but mostly these are the things that people have benefits in terms of registering through an affiliate link
  • Special offers/Welcome bonuses
  • Exclusive events
  • Referral points

The last part is probably for the one with the affiliate who would benefit but for other stuff I think the invitee is the beneficiary.

I would never go and deposit at a casino only on the basis that it is offering good affiliate commission and i can spread my affiliate link to my family and friends so i get commission. This should not be the criteria of choosing a gambling casino. First thing for me in choosing and playing at a casino is that it should be trusted one and offers the games which i intend to play. If it offers good affiliate commission, it will be bonus for me.
That is a good move on your part, especially if we don't know the casino well. There may be many casinos that offer attractive and good affiliate commissions. But we need to check the casino to find its reputation so we don't choose the wrong one. Finding out the truth that the casino is trusted must be done so that we don't make a mistake in choosing a casino for gambling, and we can also use the affiliate link to share with friends via social media.

So make sure that you can choose a trusted casino and always check the casino status on this forum before you register. This is to avoid unnecessary problems.
If the casino is bad one and i just created the account to gain affiliate commission then i may get some commission if i spread my link but i won't be feeling good as i am spreading a scam casino or a bad casino only to gain few bucks for my personal benefit. I think we should first care about other rather than thinking only about our affiliate commissions.
If it's a bad casino, we won't be able to collect affiliate commissions because the casino won't want to pay us to help them spread their affiliate links to many sites. The casino will only cheat its members, including members who share their affiliate links, to get their affiliate commission. We have to be careful with that and not be tempted by big affiliate commissions.

First time I am hearing about such a situation. To me it doesn't really seem realistic that the casino would treat their customer differently, depend on where they signed up from. Big influencers might be able to negotiate special promotions with the casino for their referrals, but in general these promotions are not linked to a referral campaign. You could just go on the website of the casino and sign up without a referral link and still get the promotions for new customers. Which is why I am really careful with which referral link I choose when signing up at a new casino. There are many people online that are just spamming referral links without providing any entertainment or benefit to the community. But that customer support would treat me different if I don't use the referral link seem a bit much. I think the only people getting preferable treatment is whales and regulars that have been using the casino for a long time.
