Have you planned about adding monero faucet also? Monero is quite hot in news these days, and i haven't seen faucets distributing monero.

How curl should solve the problem?

nope, I just tried and everything is working fine. Have you tried to clear the browser cache?
i never visited the site before there is no need to clear my cache .. i refreshed peercoin site .. now the timer shows 213minutes cooldown without i ever claimed there ...
maybe if you dont use cloudflare or similar .. you should enable php-curl .. i had this problem too in the beginning and the solution was to install curl
Doge and Peer faucet are live since 6 months, and this is the first time someone reported a possible bug.
How curl should solve the problem?
