I think dogecoin isn't enjoying the spotlight like it did when Elon Musk seemed to be its brand ambassador in disguise, which actually saw it grow to over 50 cents... Ever since he stopped shilling it, it seems not to be as bullish as we all expected it....
Btw the meme king might have been dethroned by shiba inu which means less attention and less price movements to see that one dollar target.
The last few shilling attempts that have been made are no longer popular and the crypto community ignores them because they know it is only for the benefit of certain parties to make a profit. The doge price recovery period was very long and the team had to make other efforts to restore prices and convince the community on technical analysis rather than hype.

Now there are very few chances that Dogecoin can reach 1$ this year or early next year. The ATH price 0.74$ was because of overhyped by Elon musk. Now he is no more going to make tweets and people are also now smart they will not follow these types of tweets anymore.
It's the point that people don't trust these types of tweet anymore. Influencer can increase the price of specific coin but it doesn't stay long time. ATH of doge was so overhyped and I think it won't be able to reach $0.5 in this current year.

don't have balls to do an prediction for the price of dogecoin , i underestimated that coin for many years and price of ath was more then i could ever imagine but i am also aware that it's price could also tank down a lot but 1$ , not sure about that, man i mined milion's of them , let's hope not Grin
Been watching its growth since 2017 and I feel there are chances for Doge coin to cross a dollar when bitcoin hits $100k, it might take an year or two but not in 2022. 2021 has been so good for all crypto investors with 2 ATH. So expect a normal flow this year maximum reaching $63k to $70 k this year. And yes so many meme coins have come to the market and have a heavy competition but yes being the mother of meme coins, its will stay strong and cross a dollar when BTC moves up.

this topic is still very popular for discussion. But as we can see, the doge are not even planning to take new price marks now, it's just not their time.most investors are now focused on more serious assets.Doge as was a joke and remained.

I think it is not possible for doge coin in 2022 because it has no big perspective. People don't trust the statement of Elon Musk like what they did before. As a meme coin, it got huge value and may rise again if we see some positive news. But 1$ isn't possible in this current year.

I don't think so.

DOGE and other memecoins with no functionality have taken a beating already in the latter half of 2021 and the first bits of 2022.

I would be very surprised if the $0.1 support holds for DOGE, to tell you the truth. I think that it will be incredibly hard for the community to generate traction when the overall mood in the markets is bearish and people are flocking to safe haven assets like BTC and ETH.

DOGE's rise was only temporary since the coin itself has no intrinsic value. Elon Musk is the reason why Dogecoin went sky-high last year. But people are getting tired already, so we should expect the "meme" coin to go back to its original market price.

I'd say $1 per DOGE is insane, since the coin itself has "hyperinflation" "baked" into the protocol. It would've been different if DOGE had a much more limited supply. But that's not the case these days. I'd focus more on BTC since that's where the money is. Who knows what will be of Dogecoin within a decade from now? Just my thoughts Grin

I think the only way Doge can reach 1usd is for BTC to reach $100k or more, or maybe Doge can get some additional help with Elon Musk, otherwise I think it will continue to behave stable or possibly drop in price even more if the BTC market goes down. The truth is that Doge has had a good growth, since for many years he was considered the King of the Pump and Dump, and many people have earned a lot of money according to it, however after the push of Elos Musk, the attitude changed a lot. perspective that many had about Doge.

BTC to the MOON in 2019
Doge had its run.  Yes the holders think it could get to $1, but everyone and everyone bought doge.  No one is going to put more big money into it.  And with increasing block rewards 10k doge every minute and the market pretty bleak looking...I can see doge falling right back to 40-60 sats by the end of the year.  Easily.  Usd will be determined by bitcoin pricing.
I am also watching the Fed's move on the world economy, and it will certainly have a big impact on the crypto market. Anyway, Doge coin has brought about the silliest trends in the market, and those stuck with it are stubborn. Let time help them understand. I personally don't have a say in the price, but in fact, there will soon be funny stories happening in the market and people will refer to it as a "legend" Smiley
DOGE is a legend as it's the first meme coin to rise this big so far. However, I believe that once a project is brought by hype, it will eventually correct and that's where DOGE is heading. Also, the market seems bearish, so there's a possibility that DOGE will dump to below $ 0.1 and will be having a hard time recovering to its ATH again.

When Dogecoin lounch, Dogecoin was a common cryptocurrency But over the trailing 14-month stretch, Dogecoin has rallied approximately 5,000%. And it was up considerably more when it hit its all-time high of nearly $0.74 per coin in May 2021.

With a veritable mountain of support behind Dogecoin, enthusiasts and holders believe it could hit $1 per token.

In terms of catalysts, there's probably none bigger than having the world's richest person in your corner. Tesla CEO Elon Musk owns only three cryptocurrencies. One of those happens to be Dogecoin. Musk is no stranger to promoting Dogecoin on social media platforms like Twitter, or posting obscure memes implying that Shiba Inu dogs are "going to the moon." what do you think about dogecoin?

no one can predict the market but look at the price history that happened to the doge coin, it can't be predicted whether the support from Elon Musk will still be there. when Elon Musk initially showed his support for Dogecoin, immediately the price exploded up but now the price is really concerned and very far from its ATH, Dogecoin to $1 is still not possible imo.

The doge coin is the best currency. This is the current value of the currency 0.11. It is expected to go into a lot of hype by mid-2022 as it was 0.7 a few days ago. Now it has grown a lot. If it continues to grow in this way, it will definitely reach one dollar by 2022. It is a very popular coin that has spread a lot among everyone. That's why everyone holds so many coins.
I don't know what is the reason for you to say that doge coin is the best altcoin, can you explain?
The price increase in the market that occurred some time ago cannot be used as a basis for us to say that Doge Coin is the best altcoin, because as far as I know Doge Coin only affects the hype that occurs and the popularity by affected of Elon Musk who tweets about Doge, apart from two the factors there doesn't seem to be a stronger factor in pushing the price of doge in the market, and I think if we hope for hype, we certainly have to wait for the hype to repeat again and so far it seems that hype is very difficult to repeat after being replaced by another hype.

You are funny. Doge is a useless altcoin, it cant be the best. It is only popular, and that saves its value from going to the bottom of the ocean. Do not expect a lot of hype in 2022, as the world will cure wounds from war consequences. The fact that the war is going only on Ukraine territory and the world is against Russia, does not mean that everyone will suffer from the growth of expenses. Believe it or not, but dogecoin has already played its role, its days are gone.

To be honest i don't really think that Dogecoin can reach the mark of 1$ yesthis year and probably also not in any year after that. The extreme hype that was caused by the tweets of Elon Musk "only" brought Dogecoin to around 0,70$ and that was during a full bull market. Back then his tweets came totally unexpected, that why they had so much impact on the price of Dogecoin. If he makes another tweet now it has almost no impact anymore because people are used to it. In addition to that those tweets not only pushed Dogecoin but also initiated that whole.

These are just speculations and there is no guarantee that it will go to $1 this year. I can see that there is a very slim chance that it could go as high as that unless there are amazing new use cases and fundamentals of DOGE rather than just being a meme coin.

Those who have hold DOGE back then are lucky to have profited because of Elon Musk and Mark Cuban, but that trend didn't last long.
