Not in this year or the next. Doge is a good coin that was created because of a meme. The only reason that Doge has a very low price is that there are a lot of Dogecoins circulating out there. This is the reason that the price keeps pushing down.

This is an old coin but has a very big supply so cannot rise too much. Traders
dump fast into any big price rise so it does not last. If it ever gets to $1 in a few years,
then bitcoin probably will be in millions and it may be the peak of cryptos.

LDOGE is down to 2 satoshi now, it generally gets pumped when DOGE gets pumped - I hold a couple of million for such an event - happens every now and then and good profit when it does - pure speculation however

I hope a few thousand of these. And they're worth pittance! But like someone above eluded to...there are loads of shitty coins out there and when mainstream hype grabs a hold of crypto in general, even shit coins will pump! The fact that doge actually has some uses and genuine real world uses at that will see it rise, regardless of whether the devs are there or not.
I'd say buy a few thousand and hold for the mainstream pump. It'll take a couple of years but it'll be worth it.
People who will buy into crypto will feel safer with a coin that has history and has been around for years.

But to qualify.....$1 by Dec? No chance

Dogecoin is one of the oldest coins and, what makes it really different from all other ones, it is among very few coins which are really used by people, not simply kept for a good chance to sell them. Doge is rather stable and safe, I believe it is the one with chances to become massively adopted, the one to buy food with and all that kind of stuff. It is a good announcement if dogecoin value will increase at one USD in December. At-least the value of this coin is increasing and hoping that soon the value of dogecoin will rise up again. I have a dogecoin and it good to hear that the value of this coin have a chance to increase.
