Just think about this?! Why should companies like McDonald and Sturbucks use DOGE? After all, the most stable cryptocurrency is Bitcoin. If ever someone chooses cryptocurrency as payment, it will definitely be Bitcoin. There is no doubt! The most stable and the most popular - it is enough.

Doge to be abele to flip btc is not even on the cards for me. Because before btc there are so many other coins like LTC, ETH etc which needs to be overtaken and then can somewhere I could relate to it, though that is also very far off. In terms of fees if that is the issue then LTC, BCH etc holds better chance than doge.

So far it's because of Musk participation that's why Doge gained attentions but likewise it's still

bitcoin that have the dominance and if in case other companies like Starbucks and McDonalds

they have team that will review and research the worth in that case there are many other alternative

coins to also have the potentials.

If McDonald and Sturbucks start accepting dogecoin that doesn't mean all the users will pay now with doge, and the same for bitcoins. The only difference here would be the transaction fees. If we have to pay $10 in fees with bitcoin for a $1 burger then that will not work. But with 1doge as the fee is a viable option.

Even if coca cola start accepting doge it will never take over bitcoin, that is just impossible because a big bump in dogecoin would come with a big bump on bitcoin, that's how markets works.

And this is where people should really be minding off first before making some statements for DOGE to overtake bitcoin on where they should consider
first before making any statements about overtaking or dethroning bitcoin into its place.

Before they would make out some talks then DOGE should first mind on overtaking those top rank altcoins or ahead of it before considering on going to top spot.

Even myself wouldnt really have those kind of thoughts even on my wildest dream because its really an impossible thing to happen.
People are just been dragged off too much with the hype.

we don't know that why they can accept doge as payment, we know that coin doge can't be used as a handle because the price is raised because of people's games. but I agree that if you really want to use it, of course, that has great prospects like bitcoin, but everything will be seen in time.

I don't know but if we talk about big companies like that, of course they should use bitcoin,
because after all we can't hope with token memes like dogecoin,
even i don't think dogecoin will have a bright future like bitcoin
indeed I should agree with you that in order to better ensure security that might be unexpected at any time with coin doge, you should still use bitcoin which can be a very good investment and always increases every time. there is no need to be afraid if there is a correction it will definitely increase again in time.

Doge is just a piece of the sh*t with no use case nor a future. Only Elon Musk creating hype about it to throw his bags on the noobs. Doge has no strong fundamentals instead of manipulations.
It's true that the dogecoin hype is none other than Elon Musk,
but despite all that why did he choose dogecoin does he have a special purpose or is it just thrill seeking,
what is clear is that I don't expect dogecoin, especially since the coin doesn't have strong fundamentals

Because they all have used stupid things in the past? Burgerking in Russia I remember a few years ago tried burgercoin.

Bitcoin is not stable too, and expensive to transact unless they all use Lightning, which is anyway pointless to train staff to use without mistakes unless they trust third party apps.

I love BTC too but would never say it is useful for cheap food payments man.

If Mcdonalds and  Stabucks start to accept Dogecoin and present it throughout all their shops worldwide. Would it flip Bitcoin?
I think yes because after it tons of other merchans will accept doge and it can easily flip bitocin.

Also if you look at the last 7 days Dogecoin is stable on the 0.5.
It became a stable coin. Elon musks says he woks with dev to impove it.
Bitcoin electricity/techonlogy sucks.

I can see Dogecoin the meme coin flips BTC.

not at all. Dogecoin is not anywhere comparitive to btc.  I am just happy that it reached the current price level although I would be happier if I had accumulated more. never really expected it to reach $0.4 if you had asked few months ago.

We cannot call Bitcoin a stable currency  Cheesy, you can say that it is the most trusted when it comes to the cryptocurrency market and most of the coins can be trusted for its intended purposes. If anyone wants to purchase something locally it is better they use fiat currency when you can spend them without any transaction fees, but if i am purchasing anything globally then i might be using Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency available to me at that time.

Dogecoin will flip on its own rather than flipping any other coin in the market  Cheesy.

I'm getting tired of people constantly comparing DOGE and BTC. I think this comparison is an insult to BTC. BTC has always been the engine of the crypto market. and it will stay that way.
How do you know it will stay that way as you say? More and more people become aware of Dogecoin while not knowing BTC, at the end it could flip Bitcoin. Because nobody is currently embodying BTC while DOGE is embodied by the shiba inu meme and by Elon Musk.

After elon was supporting doge and he was insulting bitcoin through his FUD to the bitcoin and that makes lots of doge supporters were also insulting bitcoin like this one. they started to lose their mind caused by they wanna see their coins to get another bullish trend again. Some doge coin supporters were also creating non sense comparison with the bitcoin.
After the bearish trend happened and they were not insulting bitcoin again.
Dogecoin users are letting the support coming from Musk to get to their heads, dogecoin is a PoW coin as well and the only reason they do not have the power consumption and the competition we have in the bitcoin network is simply because the coin is many times smaller than bitcoin, if it ever reached the same size it will have the same issues, but that is never going to happen because the lack of scarcity and trust that people have on that coin.

If Mcdonalds and  Stabucks start to accept Dogecoin and present it throughout all their shops worldwide. Would it flip Bitcoin?
It doesn't matter, look at Ethereum. In past month, Ethereum is being used widely in every other products as their payment method. Yes, Ethereum is definitely becoming really strong but it will never take over Bitcoin. Same with every other altcoins that is starting to rise this year.

I think yes because after it tons of other merchans will accept doge and it can easily flip bitocin.
Like I stated above, in past few years people thought that Ethereum would take over Bitcoin, but it didn't.

I can see Dogecoin the meme coin flips BTC.
You are coping really hard right now.

You are in a bad dream you should slap your face so you can wake up, Dogecoin pump is not because it's worth it, it's because a guy throws his influence on DogeCoin and he succeeded, that's all there is nothing more, all these years Doge is nowhere to be found in the top 10 if Musk stop the support Doge will fall.

That would be highly impossible. BTC is still the almighty one and no one, not even Dogecoin, could defeat BTC in market capitalization. Without BTC, there would be no DOGE.

You might be lucky if you’ve bought and HODL some DOGE years ago and now enjoying the profits (I could have made half million in PHP if i dind’t sell my 36K DOGE back then lol). In my opinion, nope! Dogecoin will never flip the almighty Bitcoin!

And everything still stops at the word 'IF' and those who are sane enough will know what is real. I don't think many people are still believing in doge coin in the near future, the only thing that maintains people's faith in doge coin right now is Elon Smiley , laughter for those who still believe in doge coin.
Left with me i don't think that doge coin will be more influential compare to BTC, people have been capitalizing on Elon musk, saying that Elon is the reason while doge is getting accelerated after the depreciates in values of cryptocurrency, myself I don't understand such scenario, because from my concept i don't really understand  the doge coin but i believe that it's like any other coins, using Bitcoin as illustration far back 2010 no one believes that Bitcoin will be more influential and people were busy castigating it but later run it be came popular, so similar thing can happen to anyother coin.
If you talk about the story of the past, I do not completely agree with your point of view. Yes, the development of bitcoin to this day can be considered as one of the special cases for the economy, but look what it has done, we cannot say its success has made it to this day here to have faith with things like doge coin. But that doesn't mean I won't keep doge coin for the future, even if I don't like it, I will hold it at the appropriate times.

Hey guys don't be surprised by Doge's 40% increase, in this particular case he has his very good explanation and all thanks to the greatest godfather Elon Musk, which, he did a tweet that guaranteed the coin to make such a bullish move. :

Quote
On Tuesday, the coin’s price jumped from $0.3137 up to $0.4398 in the hours following the Coinbase announcement, resulting in 40% growth overnight.

Coinbase is now accepting inbound deposits in anticipation of Dogecoin trading starting in earnest on Thursday, assuming enough liquidity is present. Trading will commence across five trading pairs: DOGE/USD, DOGE/BTC, DOGE/EUR, DOGE/GBP and DOGE/USDT.

In this case the effort of the bulls has been well helped thanks to this tweet, boy does Elon Musk still move emotions for the community and people in general for Doge.
