You would lose this name in a heart beat if disputed.. WIPO would eat you alive!!

The fact you're trying to sell a domain which is 'blatantly' infringing on Binances rights is laughable - You would 100% not be able to do anything with this domain relating to anything crypto or financial related e.g. You would be sued for 'passing off' if you build a site on this name and put a crypto exchange on it..

You would also be sued if you started pointing this domain to a competitor exchange too; and potentially any monies you generated could be clawed back too (and then some). I suggest to review Binances trademarks.. Four of their Trade Marks alone stop you from doing anything you talk about in your previous posts.

Unless you plan on using this domain in a totally different trademark class to those which Binance currently operate in e.g. clothing etc.. then you don't stand a chance developing this name , fact!!

The fact you have put the words > BINANCE & EXCHANGE together, then advertised this very name on a crypto related website, shouts > BAD FAITH DOMAIN REGISTRATION!!!

Also, the fact you have already said in thread that you have used this domain in crypto related activities has already incriminated you.. This thread is a Binance lawyers dream.

You give domainers a bad name!!

I never said that I used it before or redirected it to any third party exchange !

It was redirecting to another exchange before I purchase it on an auction.

Do you actually understand how much risk you are taking by trying to sell this name? There is massive trademark risk with anything attached to the word Binance. Selling the domain to anyone OTHER than Binance who can easily just ignore you (which they are doing now)  OR sue you, just passes on the risk to another entity. Anyone with an even simple understanding of TM risk will stay well clear of your domain. What you are doing is called cybersquatting and that gives a bad name to actual domain investors, like me, who spend a lot  time and money buying and selling domains.

My advice to you is to research domain value and realize that it actually time and effort to make money. The world isn't full of suckers like you think.

Are you retarded? Read some common TM FAQs

It seems they just don't care about your pathetic try to make some thin air money. Do something hideous with OPs domain and see would't they take it.

lol, is selling it means doing something hideous ?

BINANCE/BINANCE.COM is branded not BI-NANCE EXCHANGE (This is premium), if they were able to get it they will not wait for you to post some links Wink

You need to review the UDRP process in it's entirety.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Domain-Name_Dispute-Resolution_Policy

Additionally:

https://www.trademark247.com/tm-Binance.html

Be very careful with this name. If Binance made you an offer take it because they are being extremely lenient. A stricter compliance/legal team would have already filed a case to have the name transferred. You forwarding the domain to another entity that infringes on anything explicitly listed in the trademarks I've linked is grounds for a successful UDRP complaint. More experienced domainers would not touch this domain whatsoever.

Anyways good luck, I hope you deal with it amicably.

Who said BINANCE means their company ?

It can also mean: BI NANCE.

If they want to acquire on that way, they will lose more than I am asking for it.

They do well to purchase it now because the value of this domain name will increase over time just like their company...

For my part, I already contacted them before putting it on marketplaces and this domain name is not specific to BINANCE.com and have thousen meanings.

And notice that this domain name is registered in the same date they launched their service - many complications from here.

I will give it up for the highest bidder and any reasonable offer coming from them or another buyer.

BTW thanks for this infos.

You could make it BiN ANACE or whatever combination you want... until the moment Binance came out with a registered trademark and just filled a dispute over the domain name.

I always recommend everybody to stay away from 'branded' domain names. It's not safe to do business over them, and it's like throwing away your money.

Please share any recent example if you have where brands are suing similar domains. I am interested in premium domains but do not want to get burnt.

Too much interest on this domain name, still open for sale.

There is many other premium extensions reserved by third party for the same keyword, I suggest you make a search on namecheap as example.

PLEASE THIS THREAD IS FOR SALE,  COMMANT ONLY IF YOU HABE AN OFFER.

Otherwhise tell to binance to fill whatever you like if you think it is that easy, end of story.

We focus on the concurrence (many exchangers will be happy to redirect this domain name to their service), scammers can't afford to buy or spend all that money for it, they prefer to use a .com domain name combined with letters or just a sentence containing BINANCE on it.

This domain have an high value and represent well their brand.

We will sell for the first come bidder with a reasonable offer, otherwhise hodling this domain is just like hodling bitcoin Wink

Any serious exchange won't buy that domain for redirect purposes and that's not even legal in such business to use domain related to your competitor for getting traffic via misclicks and false information.

Imagine NyTimes bought domain washingtonpost.us and used it to redirect people to their website, what do you think is this fair and will it be left like that? It may be a huge attack on nytimes' reputation.
In any way that domain will be used by scammers cause either way redirect is scamming there too. And scammers can afford to buy that domain and even more, remember hashocean and etc, I guess that scammers were gone with million $$ and their website wasn't just bought template from themeforest.

Also there was an accident around exchanges where somehow happened and phishing domain was ranked higher than original domain in google that led to huge account leaks.

This domain name was redirecting to a serious exchange (coinex), and there is billion of domain names hold by a big companies redirecting to their own domain, especially in the crypto space...

A concurrents was an example, there is also traders that will have interest for this domain name by redirecting users to their own referral link... your logic of scamming everything don't take the road... please refer to a pro domainers for more infos about this matter. (So, redirecting the domain name to a sale page is also a scam, or I have better one, the .exchange registrar is a scam since they accept registrations for any word out there.), be logical please.

Notice that binance copyright BINANCE.COM and not all the domain name extensions, and also binance can also be interpreted by another meaning etc.

And to comeback to your reference HASHOCEAN, there no relation in any way with them... scammers took constrol of the official domain name and not another extension, please do not spread false reports atleast on my thread, if you are interested u are welcome but otherwhise there is many other places to spread falses infos.

Anyone, the goal is to sell it for the person who see interest on it, everyone is welcomed to purchase it... except scammers who can't afford to buy it.

Thank you

You should PM CZ owner binance. if you sell it here scammer will buy it to scaming people.

CZ owner might not interest in this domain, otherwise he might grab it early.

They can't grab it early since it was registered in the same date as they launched their service.

We already made a deal with Binance team but they didn't kept their word, so we terminated the conversation with them.
