I don't want to pollute the thread, but was this guy flagged as red when he placed the order? It is quite a bad track record he has accrued, lots of scam complaints and if he bought these items with scammed money maybe it should not be released to him.
Yes, he was red when he placed the order. If you can proof that he bought the coins with scammed coins I would consider not shipping the coins to him. Until then he is just another group buy participant.

The package is almost here (currently stuck in customs) so I should be able to start sending out packages this Friday or Monday depending on how badly the customs want to screw me.

Oh, yes. I do apologize for forgetting to post an update here. The package was mailed out yesterday, and Mitchell has all the tracking details. I've also made sure that my doodles -- 10 of them, one for each of you
-- are extra awesome! (Just kidding, I'm a horrible artist. But I honestly am proud of those 10 doodles. Probably some of my best doodling.)Lately, all international packages have been arriving suspiciously early, often within one week. The Netherlands postal system may be different, and the package is a little larger (which means it may be more subject to random customs inspections). But I'd guess it should arrive to Mitchell by 5/23 or so.

The way this was worded made it sound a bit strange. When I first read it it sounded like you where implying that I ask people to pay for potential VAT so that they are more likely to give it to me. 
After reading it a second time I understand that you have something against the donation address itself and I agree with you. It could cause problems and isn't necessary, so I've removed it from the OP and won't include it in future group buys.

I have bought through a Mitchell group buy before,it was well organized and in return for that many people allowed him to keep the remainder - that was all that was implied.
