The point is that when you try to recoup your losses, you actually stop following your system. The system implies certain conditions for entering and exiting the game. It's like trading: you must have a trading setup for trading. If there is no trading setup, you should not play. The game must have two conditions: you must have a match forecast that seems correct to you and you must have a match forecast from the bookmaker that seems wrong to you. Or you might have a prediction from another player that seems wrong to you. After all, there are games in which you play not against a casino or bookmaker, but against other players.

It is best you gamble when necessary not because you want to chase your loss and win back you money, many are victim of this circumstances and for me is a bad practice and this might make you not to employe your gambling skills and roles because you inhast in your decision making. What is your opinion on this?

Now i really understands what it really means to gamble for fun. I no longer take this stuff too seriously amd you find out you'd get more wins when you have lesser games staked with a high staking power, you'd be amazed by the consistency and wins you'd get.

Why chase my Fauckin losses? Just like a snake gets done with his old skin, it's same way I get done with my past and loses, they don't define me. In between failures and losses are one of the best ways to learn life long and best experiences.

And one more thing is never to let your failures stop you from making further advances. Laid down a new plan and strike, this time around, you'd find your strike in the jackpot. Gambling is also a bad habit lately and has recked lots of folks if you eventually fail to set standards.

No body as a rational human being is ever happy losing. However some persons take it too personal in especially things that they should not just like in the case of gambling. Of course many a time people classify gambling as a fun activity however if you take it too seriously or personal you discover that  you end up doing things the wrong way and making mistakes like angrily trying to retake all you lost while you placed gambling stakes that didn't come out a win. In the process of trying to gain forcefully all you have lost a lot of persons end up losing even more than they have lost initially.

The better your gambling habits the lesser you lose trying to over gain. As a gambler always try to make sure you are not gambling based on emotional drive if not you will definitely end up making constant mistakes.

The thrill of winning and losing drives you, and your emotions run wild. You lose control when riding waves. The trouble is the game has you. The key is control, which is harder than it seems. Trying to win? It traps. Satisfaction never comes. That hamster wheel awaits you regardless of your outcome. The real win is playing on your terms, not the other way around

The true battleground is self-control and awareness. Understand your emotions and use them as a tool instead of letting them control you. What about gambling for fun? That's key. Enjoy, but maintain control. Maintain your composure, set sensible stakes, and never gamble to chase losses or earn a big payout. If it happens, you're losing. The crazy part is when you're having fun? You ironically make better choices and things work out better
Indeed, the key is self-control, because with good self-control everything will be fine, including the gambling you do. If gambling is done with good self-control then there will be no emotions that will destroy the gambling being done, because if gambling is done with emotions then what will happen is chaos with rash actions. There have been many bad incidents with gambling done because of overflowing emotions. In my opinion, it's not just gambling, it's the same with other things, if we do it when we're emotional then what's likely to happen is chaos.
It's true that we have to be able to maintain self-control, but I believe controlling emotions is difficult, especially when the results of the gambling are not good, and if the gambler cannot accept that then emotions will control everything. then losses and other bad impacts can no longer be avoided. So it is important to control yourself and control your emotions properly when gambling.
Your points are good, but the part you mentioned that controlling emotion is difficult is the part I do not so much agree with. What you admit is difficult is what will be difficult for you, and what you agree is easy is what will be easy for you. Even if it is not easy, your dedicated effort can still prevail to your advantage. The reason why I emphasized on that is that the problem most gamblers are facing in this regard is due to their unwilling nature to fight as they ought to, they relax too much and give up so quickly, but these are not helpful to gamblers. The more we entertain our weakness, the more it bites and becomes an issue for us. The weakness of most gamblers is emotional and not the lack of luck or skills to gamble, and even if they planned best, emotion will still strike. This emotion of a thing is psychological and has to be handled psychologically and with strong determination and not the handling of levity.

This is possibly going to work if the gambler has a strong Will and Mind to fight and put things in the right state in their minds and also make sure that their plans are worked out as they should, which entails the control of our minds. Who says we can't control it? Once we are disciplined and determined at the said time, before we know it, we will see it done easily as if it was our daily doing that demands not much stress or effort on our part. But the moment we see it as difficult, the more it becomes difficult which is what most gamblers are suffering from. It depends on what you feed the mind.

Chasing losses is one of the most easiest way to loss all your funds, even become addicted and irresponsible with your gambling. When you begin to chase your loss, you'll start making decision that are not from your right sense of reasoning. You can even gamble until all your money has been exhausted just because you want the old loss back. If you gamble and experience any loss just take it as part of the experience because at first you are advise to gamble with what you can afford to loss with affecting any of your other financial activities.

Resisting the force of gambling addiction can be quit difficult, not only to resist the impulse for several days but months and years. And all this addiction is caused simply because of chasing after lost according to the thread. Anyone who is an agresive gambler end up chasing after loses which is not suppose to be so. For such addiction to be controled is by setting a quit time. Whenever your loses has started becoming frequent it has to stop otherwise it becomes hard for you to reduce the resistance of addition.
We come harder than before because we can not afford to missed out on the winnings in the system, just keep making attempts. Stop whatever activities that would lead one out, just keep the ball rolling and in pursuit for brilliant scores. Our involvement in gambling doesn't pose any threat, what actually do is our incompetent actions of not winning. In every activity anticipated, ensure not to persuade your loss because it will never help, rather its just mere advantage to grabbed and stick to winning as the ultimate targets.

I couldn't agree with you more that overcoming gambling addiction demands a great deal of effort and self-control. The desires and cravings can be intense and persistent, making it difficult for people to stick to their choice to stop gambling. As you stated, some people may struggle to resist the impulse for several days after tackling to quit. This is because addiction alters the brain's reward system, causing a strong desire to repeat the addictive behaviour despite the negative effects.

True, it needs a lot of willpower and self-control to be able to stand on what you have decided to do, especially when it's about gambling because the urge won't let you live with peace and it will keep tickling until you finally decide to break the barriers and go against your decision to gamble again after a short while. Some people wouldn't even be able to control the urge for a couple of days even after deciding they wouldn't gamble anymore.

The urge of a gambler gets stronger when you manage to win some money in between their gambling sessions, regardless of the fact that they have lost more than they have won, they decide to keep gambling because they see potential winnings in the future which almost every gambler sees but can't achieve.

Yes, in addition to effort and self-control overcoming gambling addiction also requires patience and endurance of strong discipline because of course this process will run long enough (although it depends on the person), but in some cases it is true that the length of the process of overcoming gambling addiction is also one of the reasons why diseases like this are difficult to overcome. And also because changing habits is an action that does require significant sacrifices where you have to really try to get out of the habits you like.

But in my opinion gambling addiction can be difficult and can also be easy to overcome, and it depends on the person, or the point is that if for example they really have a strong determination and are determined to stop gambling based on awareness and rational consideration then I think getting out of the addiction zone will not be too difficult if basically your interest has decreased. Which is what I am experiencing now, I admit that previously I could be said to be a fairly addicted gambler where I never missed a day not gambling but in the end I was in the phase of "losing interest" in gambling because I was bored enough and I already knew the various scenarios that would happen when I gambled which usually more often led me to defeat such as failure in terms of cashing out due to difficulty holding greed in mind until finally now it all seems to flow by itself where I lose interest in gambling even though for example I am in a situation where some of my friends are gambling next to me, and now I really feel a real sense of calmness within myself after I managed to quit gambling.

Quitting is very easy in everything we do but the possibility of you to stand on the decision and choice count mostly there is some people who will say they wanna quit but can't stand on their decision because they are being controlled by their gambling mentality.

Addiction is possible if you don't walk on your attitude of gambling especially when hit a huge sum of money within yourself you would think that luck is always there therefore trying regularly is what you wanna do in order to increase your winnings.

Its never been simple and it would never be on which if this thing would really be just that easy then it would really be something that you would really be able to easily get rid of it and
in overall on which gambling business wouldnt really be that profitable just like as of this moment on where this industry does really have that huge revenue due to those gambling addicts.
If this one is really that something that they could really be able to quit up so easily on the time that they have lost tons then just been said this industry wont be profitable.
What makes them profitable is into those people who had been able to keep on playing despite of busting up themselves and continue until they would really be messing up their entire life with.

The issue of chasing loses is sometime that comes due to emotions especially when you might have lost money on several occasions.
Chasing of loses usually leads to incurring more losses, Though on a normal case everyone would want to recover a lost game and it really not an easy stuff to just let go because we are talking about money here, it's natural that no one would want to let their money just go, this is where discipline and self control comes into play in gambling.
Right, Emotion kill a man slowly, It's work like slow poison. Emotions are very bad things. when people become emotional they lose control over themselves and then they don't know the difference between right and wrong. they keep gambling as their main objective and think that there is nothing better in their life than gambling. so emotions have to be kept under control first and if emotions are under control everything else can be controlled

Gamblers always tag some disputes towards emotional behavior, that's great, most people undergo a lack of self-control, while gambling. And multiple factors influence this behavior, it's not just if the person has chased lots of losses. The life situation of the gambler can lead him to emotional troubles or stress. Then when he gets to gambling, he wouldn't have any left to manage his games. The whole vibe gets bad, and players will have to regret their actions. It's only that gamblers blame gambling as the primary cause of their emotional dispute. Yet, tracing it down, you'd realize the player has been facing a real challenge that restricts his happiness. Closely observing the attitudes of therapists, they tend to know the upbringing of such a gambler. It then helps them hold a meaningful conversation with the gambler. Neglecting the right cause of the emotional problems delays the healing process of the gambler. Thereby making him feel that nobody can help him heal. Most often it's not the gambler's fault. However, it's important to figure out the cause of our problems. Such a practice is better than just circulating those who blame gambling alone.

Yup, it's dominates the brain and even how hard you try the lust and desire will continue to push you to please the needs, it's more on asking for a help coming from people who can understand your situation, if the level of addiction is really high there's a need of professionals aside from your love ones who cares about your situation, professionals understand the inbalances inside the brain and in order to reset everything, there's diets and treatements which sometimes includes additional vitamins to support your brain in competing with the damages cause by gambling inside you,

even the main factor is your self-will there are supporting help that can force this kind of toxic inside the brain to be removed and bring the balance back to he original setup.

What you say is very true, particularly when it comes to this type of thing, because as a player you always remember the things you have won, that is something that is very common, and that is the only reason that drives you to continue winning, because as players, what always moves us is that detail when we win, these are things that can happen to encourage you to play, I don't see it as bad, the only thing I recommend before playing is that the person allocates their money to play and that it is limited money, which if it runs out, then you don't have to deposit more, a lot of discipline is included in this, if there is no discipline you can't follow those simple rules.

Each person has their own style of playing, some say they like to control their emotions, but I find that difficult, at least for me it is difficult, but I will always respect each person's playing style, in fact sometimes those people teach a lot with your experience.

Someone who can control themselves well will be able to suppress their emotions which can arise at any time, and that is actually what gamblers need so that they are always in a state of high awareness so they can control themselves very well.
Many people end up losing more because they can't control the emotions that arise when playing, because the urge to continue playing will always be there if emotions get the best of us. When we lose we will try to recover the defeat we feel, when we win they will never be satisfied with their victory and they will continue playing because they want an even bigger win. And that is actually a problem, because the winnings you get will turn into losses whose nominal value will even be greater. When it's like that, all that's left is regret for having missed out on victory.

It's always a bad idea to chase loses because that is the most likely hold that will end you in more loses, this worst point this action of chasing your loses can land you is in addictions since you will be put under an undue conditions to chase that directions, gambling should be based on the fun and not anticipated winning of any kind that will put you under any pressure to deliver a specific result that makes you satisfied like recovering your previous loses or being put in a recovery position.

Sometimes it better not to gamble at all even if you are at lost it better to have a break in between instead of gambling because you want to recover or even chasing to much winning.

I agree with you, indeed thoughts and actions like that will only drain our finances. because with gambling, which will most likely only result in defeat, it means we will only waste what we have if we gamble continuously. It is true that this action leads gamblers to become addicted because even though the gambling they do ends in defeat, they still gamble again because they want to recover their losses or chase their winnings. Many gamblers do this, including me, who once did this crazy thing, but luck is on my side when I bet. Using my last money, with this incident I can learn a lesson not to chase winnings and not to gamble excessively.

If the gambling you do ends up losing, it's better to stop, but this is only done by people who have good self-control and a good perception of gambling, because if the thoughts and perceptions of gambling at the start are wrong, then this could be a possibility. happen.

Gambling losers have a common thought that they want to recover their lost money. I have asked some addicted gamblers why you gamble after repeated losses and the answer is the same that they lost and try to recover from gambling. But gambling shouldn't have been like that. If it is considered only in financial aspect then the word entertainment will be removed. One of the reasons gamblers lose today is because they continue to gamble to recover money they lost in gambling. Due to loss, they also lose their general knowledge. Gamblers must accept their losses if they wish to gamble. One must be careful not to get addicted to the purpose of recovering losses.

If a gambler conducts gambling in intervals, he will definitely be able to make better decisions about his bets which relatively will increase the winning statistics of the bets.

This will be successful if the person receiving the advice is able to carry out the advice well. Unfortunately, many gamblers have bigger egos than receiving good advice to apply. Even though the people around him have warned him not to chase losses, when he loses again, he will start to continue playing with the same method even though he has to lose more money. Gamblers who are addicted and cannot think by continuing to chase losses will only be able to control themselves when they are in a bad condition.

It is true that what you said will work if applied consistently when gambling, but only a small percentage of gamblers are actually able to do this. And in reality, there are many gamblers who find it very difficult to give advice even if it comes from their own family, because if all that is on the gambler's mind is playing and playing then it is very difficult to accept that this will only be in vain. time and there may also be misunderstandings. between their own families.

If indeed they are addicted to gambling, in my opinion it means that they cannot control themselves until they become addicted like that. and by becoming addicted it also means that their thinking has been greatly influenced by gambling, they will only think about gambling, it is unlikely that they will think about the losses or the risks. and those who only think about winning are wrong because that way what will happen is big losses such as gambling continuously without thinking about the negative impacts.
When they experience a loss, many of them take action to gamble again at the same time, because they may be annoyed with gambling that does not result in a win, so they take actions that they should not, such as chasing losses. As time goes on like this, what will happen is that you will lose more money, even though in gambling there is a chance to win, but we shouldn't have high hopes for gambling. that's not the right thing to do.

Agree with you, it is true that the addictive factor of a gambler is caused by a lack of self-control and since the first time he entered the world of gambling he had the wrong perception about gambling, namely only seeing the profits when he wins but not seeing the bad side when he often loses.
Maybe what you say is true, friend, when gamblers often experience defeat when playing, they will be psychologically disturbed so that their emotions are unstable and then they will become more aggressive in playing again and again.
