Seeing how bit starz customer service is not trying to help an unhappy customer and is instead trying to blame everything on the customer, i would stay far far away. Even if the customer is in the fault, you must not leak private data and also try to shame him on a public forum.

If a customer complains about a casino on a public forum this can negatively impact their SERPs, I think the casino has the right to show evidence to prove that the customer is at fault or making a false claim.

Hi, i would like some advice from people with my current issue with bitstarz. While i should add i did get a copy of documents ready to be sent but don't even know if it will help besides the issue iv lost alot of trust in the crypto world holding such doc's as below.
. Now i am only saying this for the obviously new account created here (i have an positive account here created 4+ years ago.) that least for now dont want to include into this bullshit scenario.
Since you have a 4+ years account on this forum, i guess you're already aware about the accusations wrote about the casino in subject and even if you're aware a simple google search is enough to make spot out the current reputation of the casino.
My advise to you is to make a complaint about the casino on askgambler which have resolved issue like this in the past.

To finally end this - after finding first quote i did begin to wonder if a login from a shared browser that did originally have its i think free vpn inbuilt (opera) turned on from whatever countries raised this? ( I got a error at one point upon a level up that this IP address has already claimed free spins ).
Honestly, 98% of all gambling site are against the use of an IP or VPN which was been used to claimed free spin, promo etc to be used again and what they usually did in this situation is frozen the user account and funds.
Try out the site i told and i wish best of luck.

Hi, i would like some advice from people with my current issue with bitstarz. While i should add i did get a copy of documents ready to be sent but don't even know if it will help besides the issue iv lost alot of trust in the crypto world holding such doc's as below.

My situation: Used to use bitcoin at the very start years ago, When i began bitcoin i made the mistake of using my real details for stuff like casino's and mining like i normally did for account not involving bitcoin. A little after i found several accounts of mine including non related bitcoin attempting and some successfully gaining access too. I used a few different passwords and nearly all of which used for bitcoin ended up being the ones accessed and listed under haveibeenpwned password checker. Now i am only saying this for the obviously new account created here (i have an positive account here created 4+ years ago.) that least for now dont want to include into this bullshit scenario.

The issue: I've made 3 small deposits over the time of the account: 0.021452740 ETH, 0.00429106 BTC, 0.113098470 ETH. All the ETH is lost and barely gave me a run.. While betting bitcoin however i had some luck and did get the balance up to i think 3 times of my current balance - i should have made the withdrawal then but couldn't help myself  Cheesy Cheesy.  I canceled one withdraw to leave a little balance on my account and finally made ther final withdraw for 0.015btc (about doubling my original deposits). 3Minutes later asked with a email to verify my identity.. I thought maybe it was an error as back in the day i thought bitstarz was completely anonymous, after a chat which i can include the transscript and looking at what i can find on the help site i discover

Quote
if you are playing with cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoins you will not have to provide documents as a standard. However, we do reserve the right to carry out additional verification if we believe any suspicious or fraudulent behaviour has occurred on your account.
and
Quote
BitStarz agents reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures for any pay-out exceeding the equivalent of 1000 Euro / 3 BTC or cumulative withdrawals exceeding 2300 Euro

After some read ups i found bitstarz having some issue's mostly with people exploiting there bonus's which was one main reason people getting hit up with verification issue's. I should include i didnt take a single bonus except while i was waiting for the withdraw i made decided to play through some level up bonus which i beleive i gained 0.0016btc. I should also add my reason for privacy is not for shitty sign up offers.

To finally end this - after finding first quote i did begin to wonder if a login from a shared browser that did originally have its i think free vpn inbuilt (opera) turned on from whatever countries raised this? ( I got a error at one point upon a level up that this ip address has already claimed free spins ) - This being said ill happily forfeit 0.0016btc made at THE END of my winnings that no way contributed to any of my original winnings. I post on an old thread after my findings of maybe bitstarz isn't as trust-able as it used to be years ago - and feel this is simply a hit because my account is in a positive if i make the withdraw. It's an amount for me that would would mean alot during lock down - i understand its issues with bonus's but i cannot see any reason not using should get a crypto only account hit like this for a tiny withdraw. Ill add too upon account creation iu used my old nickname and partial part of my first name Douglas but already advised that the last name may or may be not a direct match to identity doc's.

All deposits have been made through my card ending with 7041, and I don't know if my IP has been used by some third-party for shady activity which I have no idea what you are talking about, this is a public forum which I'd like to keep my information private.

Right, so here are the facts.

You have 3 accounts that follow the same pattern of email (and both other accounts are linked via browser activity and IP). You know your own email address,
and the email comes with a number at the end. Use your email and then go 101 instead of 100 at the end and there you have it. Try to google that. That's your third account if you weren't aware.

Let's break it down for simplicity:

Account 1 (Created March 10th): Multiple card transactions with the card ending in 7041
Account 2 (Created March 3rd): 3 failed attempts with the card ending in 7041 as well as third party foreign card ending in 8592
Account 3 (Created March 4th): Successful Trustly deposit

Given that these accounts are created so closely together, they're all in your name, they have been used in your browser, share the same IP, it's
quite clear to me that you are the owner of all the accounts, which breaches the most fundamental rule of any online casino, which states you can't
have multiple accounts.

I asked support to close both of those accounts with no reply from your support, and the second account had no successful deposits, I contacted your support on March 6th before creating a brand new account, I deny trying to use any card ending in 8592.

As stated in your ToS:
If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access. Which i did on March 6th before creating a new account.

So NOW suddenly you agree that you have 3 accounts? You're digging a hole here man, but happy you confessed. And you deny using a card ending in 8592?
Well here it is, on your account, with your other card on display as well. https://ibb.co/muexnn

We're gonna rest our case here.

So after winning big amounts on Bitstarz and sending in all required documents they asked for they later decides to close my account because they claim I have multiple accounts on there site, one week earlier I asked for closure of my previous account because I input name wrong in my account and I am familliar with terms in casinos, butwith no response from there support, after winning big amount they decide to close my account for no reason. DONT DEPOSIT ON BITSTARZ!!
But was there really a case of multiple account from your end? If yes then I think you are fault for trying to outsmart the system and at the end you were stuck in the web. You cant completely call them scam when you didnt play by the rules.

Its really important to follow those rules of the sites, you can't say that sites is scam if you don't follow there rules its not their fault.
Right! No one would ever block or hold your funds if you did just follow up the rules and not violating any of it.Multi-accounting is a very common violation on any casino/gambling sites.OP told them 1 week earlier as being stated if it does then its better to show up some proofs that he had informed them on such situation before that big winning happen. Its a thing to be considered for sure.

Total waste of time scam this site is. I signed up because they give you 20 free spins. I roll my 20 free spins into $2k and now they refuse to pay.

My account showed that I was able to withdrawal all my winnings so I opened a withdrawal request. 0.23157BTC

After all, I had won 40x my initial bonus which was the terms to withdraw your winnings.

Imagine my surprise when I went to check on my withdrawal and my account had been closed. (Why?) So I contact support and am told that I need to make a deposit to withdraw (weird) so I agree to do that and they reactivate my account, well and I’m glad I didn’t get to do it before asking more questions. Because then they had FRAUDULENTLY ALTERED MY BALANCE BACK DOWN TO 5 mBTC (something like 0.0005BTC) and then told me that’s the maximum they allow you to withdrawal from a promo balance... which is rather odd that you’d have to win 40x to withdrawal 1/40 of what they give you.

Don’t offer free play if you’re not willing to pay the winnings.

Since my balance said AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAW ... which it never did until I did the 40x I had already told my wife I had won the money... because I did, the owners just got mad that I did and refused to pay because I don’t have a gambling problem and wasn’t willing to gamble it all back.

While the conversations from @bitstars.net were fairly civil, sans the near-privacy exposé in their screenshot, the responsible thing to do in this situation would have been to allow the user to withdraw their winnings, and then close their account. That is unless, of course, fraud or cheating was committed, which hasn't been proven by the operator of the casino.

As per the BitStarz Terms & Conditions, it states:

Quote
3.1.2
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the Manager at [email protected]. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.

The user here obviously had multiple accounts, but if they, in fact, did reach out to you via your support, then they obviously did read this term and attempted to do things the proper way.

I don't know who's to blame here, but as an outsider looking in, I will say that the behavior not to pay this user (and subsequently banning their account), unless the user gamed or cheated the system, is a bit more "shady" than the user violating T's & C's in creating more than one account. Yes, it's against your terms. But now that this issue has been made public, you could have gained more credibility and clout from having allowed the withdrawal and then closing the user's account.

That's just my 2 cents.

I never had a issue on Bitstarz. "Mike" was always helpful with me, and never had more than 1 account. Never had to wait over a few hours on even the free play winnings withdrawls, and I made some I call big wins. Upwards of $3-$500. To some that may not be big, but it was to me. But anyways, I've won several (over 3) times on free spins and withdrew came no issue. Maybe its a casino thats going downhill. No idea. Will be watching in the future for sure.

BitStarz may not be completely dishonest but that doesn't mean someone should play there. The need for verifications, doubt whether you will get withdrawals because of a simple mistake etc. aren't something that belong to crypto gambling.

I'm very biased but I don't think it's completely unjustified to suggest BitDice to people. We might not have all the fancy bonuses BitStarz does but what bonuses we have come without gimmicks.

This entire conversation could have been done in personal messages, while the player is in clear violation I don't understand the rules. They don't want you to have more than one account and won't pay if you win in another account but they very nicely allow the deposits to take place in multiple accounts. I feel if not the winning amount then his deposit should be returned along with interest. I'm not the best person to say this, but considering so many red on their profile it's kind of risky to play isn't it? I agree with Boxxob here, there're so many casinos out here, and each time you open their thread someone complaining but at bitdice I rarely seen complaints but make a decision for yourself.

Shady casino always do this , they do allows you to play as long as they think it's cost nothing but profit for them even though you did broke their terms. But once you win big they'll try everything to prevent you have the money that actually you've won there. I'd say it's only miracle could help you out to get the fair result , to get a win win solution , bitstarz aren't a good place to put your money in to play , some of my colleague did feel scammed with them several years ago due this terms game. Let it go provabvyfair0 , they would do nothing but ignore you.
I have seen this casino do this to many other players who go to their casino in the past.
They claim they have multiple logins and accuse them of cheating them from bonuses given to those account or accounts in question.

Hi there,

So, it's not just one account you have extra, but at least two accounts extra, and we can link multiple other accounts to your account. It's hard sometimes
for a casino to put all the fraudulent details out there of an account, because we still have to protect the identity of the player. However, here are some
details which we can share without putting your identity in jeopardy.

We have 3 accounts in your name. Emails follow the same pattern and on the account, it's your name. These 3 accounts has been opened in less
than 10 days, so it's not the case of you forgetting you had an account with us and got a new one. You have deposits on one of the other accounts
which was created 8 days ago.

Further details here also include you trying to deposit using a foreign card in another persons name on your account, which also breaches another
term in the casino, and that one of your email addresses is related to another fraud thread here on Bitcointalk. With the consent of the OP, I'd be happy
to share a link to that thread.

I understand that there's a bit of skepticism from a lot of people in the forum, because there's been quite a few scam accusations against us. With that
being said. Pick any online casino out there and google the name followed by the word scam, and you'll see it's not just us. There's just two conclusions to be drawn here, either we're all a bunch of scammers, or not everything that is written online is true. I don't claim to be right every time, as we have indeed
corrected ourselves when we've messed up in the past, and I think if you have messed up, you should make it right.

I think there are two sides to every story here, and if we all are objective and coming with rational arguments both ways here, we can have a productive discussion.

Olle, BitStarz

You are a Bitcoin Gambling Site, your argument on proving that he is using multiple accounts and also linking his card seems to be not right. Yes it is money but your are a Bitcoin gambling site players who are betting in your site wants to remain anonymous and they don't want to be process like any normal gambling site. Closing his account now which he have won big seems to be not right as you are not letting him have the money he won.  You must know that he has the right to his money and having multiple accounts does not prove that he have cheated on winning big on one of them.
Been reading up and this is really a shady act which a certain casino do make alibis or creating problems which the main issue here is on his big winnings. If a player do lose up the casino have no complaints on it and no such actions been made but if someone do able to make some big wins then they do start to make issues which isnt really right at all. Having multiple accounts doesnt really make sense at all as long he did able to win legally with those accounts theres no right to hold on.

Not what loyalty to the players, problems with the conclusions.
20 euros can not return to the card, all some problems.
did the tests of the casino, we recommend that you spend time reading the rules, and then register and make a deposit.

There are a lot of negative reviews. I myself convinced myself that something is wrong, We have many computers, one PI people come to register and play, I tried, I won with the bonus of 100 euros. Since they have stolen from 1 ip 1 account, the winnings were canceled. But before that they asked us to verify the card, by crediting 20 euros, why is it necessary? If the winnings are canceled, the account

How much did you win?

You can report your case using Report Issue.

You can read in the comment section here Curacao licensing scam operators how Marg lost 250000 AUD within a few months, even though her account was already closed for excessive gambling.

This person is a scammer and those hyperlinks are deceptively leading to his own site, not anywhere on this forum.
Where exactly did I claim these are links to this forum?

Have you already opened a scam accusation on this forum? If not, why not?

Did he somehow gain an unfair edge?  If not, just pay him.  If so, explain.
No they won't pay him because apparently he violated one of their terms which are a subject to the judicial system they're associated with ! Don't you think we have came too far off the usual drama casino's do when it comes to paying someone their own money ? The fact is,all the rules and regulations apply only for the money that is being sent from the casino and not deposited.

I mean it's possible that the guy somehow cheated to get his account in the positive or deposited with stolen cc or something?...but obviously if he never requested a cashout bitstarz would not have any problem processing as many deposits as possible.

Exactly my point my friend, as long as you deposit and lose the casino has no problem with you.

I wonder if this conversation could have happened on a more personal chat ? It is totally not okay for a casino to leak the private data of a client on a public forum.Whatever may be the case, isn't it termination of a consumer's private policies when an authorised service  chooses to conduct a data breach without their consent ?

I don't know about the other dude but if it was me,I'd take invasion of my private policies quite seriously.

I agreed having 2 accounts which I've USED for deposit, this third account was never used for deposit and i never played in your casino with it, this doesn't change the fact that I have contacted you on March 6th regarding the closure of these accounts.

I can see the photo, that I deposit 18:45 PM with my card, then there is timelapse to 20:28 and 22:31 which I deny being on my account at this period of time, keep making up excuses not to pay me.

So first of all, I've only made 2 accounts on your website, second I'd never use somebody's card, you have many scam reports and bad reputation, I made a ticket March 6th regarding closure of my previous account on a TICKET, NONE of your supporters listen to me.

Hi there,

If you're willing to allow us to share your email address publicly, I'd be happy to share a full detailed report in regards to your email being suspected for fraud in this very forum, and show you the way it has been used at BitStarz.

Kind Regards
What does my email have to do with this forum? And how come when I talked to your support they said I was allowed to use my current bitstarz account? Let me withdraw my earnings and I will consider my thread solved, I made REALLY bad decision in choosing Bitstarz, Once I sended you all documents you needed and patiently waiting for my funds you decide to do this but when someone deposits and lose it's all good for you and your casino.

So, by showing your email publicly, I can present that there's a third account that follows your email pattern, which is also an email that has been reported as being used for fraud in a thread here on Bitcointalk. Once more, you using multiple accounts which you have deposited on, and having a third account with transactions attempted with a third party credit card in someone else's name, I'm afraid doesn't look very good, and all of these actions breach multiple terms in the casino I'm afraid.

This is about bitstarz and not how my email has been used in Bitcoin forum or other sites

Once more, you using multiple accounts which you have deposited on, yes correct, i used ONE account for deposit and not multiple accounts, and I contacted support asking them if they could close this account because I made a spelling error in my name which don't match my national ID.

Sure, but fact still remains that you have 3 accounts at BitStarz, not 2 (even though two are against the rules), and hence that's why I'd like to show that publicly to argue the case that you indeed have some shady activity on your accounts. It's word again word here, but with your permission, I'd like to display what's going on.

All deposits have been made through my card ending with 7041, and I don't know if my IP has been used by some third-party for shady activity which I have no idea what you are talking about, this is a public forum which I'd like to keep my information private.

which was created 8 days ago.

Hi there,

So, it's not just one account you have extra, but at least two accounts extra, and we can link multiple other accounts to your account. It's hard sometimes

Edit: Furthermore, on the account that you deny exists, with the attempted deposit of a third party card. There's a failed attempt with the card that you managed to deposit with on the other accounts.

IF not i will contact my bank regarding all my deposits made to your website to get my refund + you would confiscate all my winnings of course, as long as your casino stays in profit you don't see any issues here

Too many negative topics about this online casino. Its either something is really wrong or someone wants to bring them down, but if owner cant answer the accusation or provide proper resolution, its already an indication that its a site that we need to stay away from. I wouldn't even go near this site to begin with.

You can report your case using Report Issue.
