Quiting ones job or source of income because of another source that rises is like cutting down away orange tree because you have  juice.

Why not keep the tree while you enjoy the juice together. Cause definitely the juice will finish but the orange tree will always replenish.

At the end many streams of income is all that matters together.

This topic have already been spoken about before, but it a good thing you bring it back to our notice, i will never advice anyone to quit their jobs for crypto, at least your job should serve as a pole of risk for you. Beside who will say no to multiple sources of income.

Quititng Job is worst mistake one can do. There are bear seasons where your investment may struck for weeks and months, what you do during that season to feed your family? Not everyone is good in day trading, majority of day traders are in loss. To me crypto is best as part time job, keep your job to get constant stream of income while invest in crypto to get additional profit which you can invest somewhere.

There was a point in my life when I seriously thought of quitting my job to go into crypto full time. There was also a time when I lost my job and crypto was all I did full time. Funny isn't it. The thing is, I think it all comes down to the individual, his or her level of experience in trading crypto, personal savings etc. I know some folks who have risked it all and gone into trading crypto full time after they quit their job and luckily enough they made it. In summary just count the cost before making any move.

Quiting job because of crypto currency trading is caused by the lack of understanding about how the market works.

You said newbies should not quite their jobs because of crypto trading but I say they should not start trading until they have much knowledge about trading. Newbies should try crypto trading with demo funds that will make him experienced.

it was my dream.
I deposited my money in any project and at that time I just had a dispensation fund because the company I worked for stopped operating. that's cold money, but still when the project is a scam or the price is too low and falls, it's not effective when used for reserve funds because shitcoin is so volatile and steep.
if trading means for fishing. Spreading benefits and profits, while working remains as a provision when thirst comes. I agree and it is very effective for daily fund backups.
indeed there are some people who may be reckless and only focus on selling tokens/crypto on a P2p basis and make it their main job. I've seen those who focus on social media on research, profit results and the success of funds in choosing projects.
Of course it takes a long time, money that is ready to be sacrificed and thoughts, energy that must be focused.
I realized I'd better learn from many people's experiences and enough backup for a buying and selling plan, saving in the future
cryptocurrencies are the future and the industry is even the financial instrument that many people need and this is the reality that we have the right to choose too

yes. crypto is the future until you experience a bear market. the investors in 2021 are already seeing the cons when they saw the price didn't stop plunging down to $33K. they'd lose more if they got into options.

it's recommended to just take trading as a hobby while you still are learning. even the pro will find it hard to make money when the market swings in every direction every day. while you are trading in spot market, just continue with your day job, it helps covering the loss.  Cheesy

I see a lot of newbies ask whether they should quit their jobs to trade crypto, and my honest advice is you should not try it.

The thing with any investment or business is that, no matter the amount of money you have, it is always good to start small and grow over time (don't test water depth with both feets). Because you are entering a new market and you need time to understand the market. Your job will stand as an insurance for you, in case of any loss. So keep your job, continue investing in crypto and growing your portfolio until the money you make from crypto is more than enough to pay for your lifestyle and also save. Then only can you quit your job.

Categorical statements like the one you make are usually not true. I admit that it is so in most cases, but it is not the same case of someone who because he has obtained good results in trading in a few months, leaves his job to devote himself to them full time with the right money, than someone who has a large estate, positive results for years and does not need to get a very high percentage of return on their funds to live.

Crypto is the biggest risk I've taken so far that did pay me well for all the time wasted, I think the risk is worth it unless your job payout is way better, where I'm from the dollar is a lifesaver honestly so even if my earning per day is 10$ its already a big earn in my country currency.
yeah right. if the salary from daily work exceeds the income from crypto then don't leave the job. but if the work done gives a low salary. there is nothing wrong with choosing to jump into crypto as long as we really understand and master the crypto trade itself. because if you don't know or master krypto itself, it's better to keep your job even though the salary is small.

same as in my country. $10 dollars per day is enough to meet daily needs.
Crypto is risk taking investment and every investment is a risk. It is not good to quit your job for not only crypto but for every job. It is better to get job addition than to leave one job for a other one.
Crypto is a passive income which can give you time to do other jobs, so keep both jobs.
$10 can make small difference in my country but not for someone that has family and relatives that he carter for.
.many people who quit their job because of cryptocurrency don't have understanding about cryptocurrency,  they think trading or investing in quiting can give them all they want,  it is just to risky  to leave a job for crytocurrency,  crytocurrency market are not favourable always, not always profits comes in.

It is true. and in fact that I saw recently there was even a friend of mine who was determined to quit his job in the real world just to jump into the crypto field. whereas I warned him to reconsider because crypto is not as beautiful as he imagined.
and in the end a few months ago he was a little frustrated with his crypto trading because indeed he had not mastered the market situation so he suffered losses. and finally he decided to work again in the real workplace. and now making crypto a sideline.

so the conclusion I draw from this incident is "the majority of people who choose to enter the crypto world by leaving their old jobs are usually people who do not understand the risks involved in crypto. So they think that making money from crypto is easy."

in fact, I myself have been trading in the crypto market for years and sometimes I still lose. not always profitable.

It makes sense if we quit our main job to get other more commensurate income including trading compared to the results of our main job. I ruled out signature campaigning as a job because it's a side job, but specifically for trading, we can actually make it a better job compared to $50-$100 for your main job monthly salary.

Of course there is a risk that we must bear in the long term but you can still start a new business from the results you get from trading such as opening a new business that you are interested in. But I believe there is always a way to survive the main job in the real world especially since we can trade not 24 hours a day.
I see your point there. People should not be tunnel-visioned on how much they are earning in something that is not going to last in the long-term. Establishing a business is also a risky, but if it takes off, it surely is going to be a rewarding and you might not even need to work more than 3 hours just to generate revenue once your business matures.

Everything in crypto is only temporary, so always keep your stable job because that is already a sure means for you to survive. However, for all newbies who are seeing crypto as a get rich quick scheme, then you are believing in a big lie. Everything in crypto needs effort and hardwork, if you are not prepared for that, then better do not enter in crypto. And another honest advice, you will only grow in crypto if you have another good source of income to rely, not on crypto alone.
The more sources of income, the more protected you will be. You should never quit your job, your main source of income, if you cannot earn an equivalent income from any other business. You don't have to quit your job to try your hand at trading. If you are sure that you are able to earn money by trading, then just take a vacation from work and try to devote a few weeks of this time to active trading. You will see how difficult it is and you will also be able to evaluate how well you are doing it.

I see a lot of newbies ask whether they should quit their jobs to trade crypto, and my honest advice is you should not try it.

It is base on what that is good for you, there are people whom there Jobs are giving a lot of stress.
Too some people they do not have passion for the jobs they do and are into there jobs because they don't  have option at the moment,
 So Question
what if they invest into crypto and make a lot of money to go into another personal business better than their Job? Or
Have a way of making more money in crypto more than their Job?

In order view, putting eggs in one basket isn't good because depending one source of income is very risky,
Therefore in case you loose one you can hold onto the other one, so if someone is not making much out of crypto,
you should do your job and at the same time trade crypto depending on your time with your job.

So keep your job, continue investing in crypto and growing your portfolio until the money you make from crypto is more than enough to pay for your lifestyle and also save. Then only can you quit your job.

This is actually the best advice to be given to anyone going into cryptocurrencies, be it either trading or investing. Never you quit your job because you dont know if that new atmosphere you are trying to embark on will be conducive or not, and moreover, it is only a foul that taste the depth of a river with both legs, which is the same thing as quitting your job within the few months of starting a crypto trading when you haven't made enough money to carter for both your needs and that of your love ones, because there is always room for plan B, and your job serves as the plan B, incase the unforeseen circumstance happens, because nobody knows tomorrow. Trading is a risk, which you may win or loss at times depending on your level of experience. So if you have a friend, brothe,r or sister who just start crypto trading and wants to quit his job not to.

A lot of people have asked about this before, it quite okay that you brought this to our notice again even though there are much similar treads about this topic. I wouldn't really advice anyone to quit their jobs for crypto besides who will say No to multiple sources of income.

I don't know why, but to me, I've never seen investing in cryptocurrency as something that requires all your attention to the extent that you will have to quit your Job for it. And this is one of the advantage of investing into cryptocurrency: you mind your business (Job) while you dedicate some of your time for cryptocurrency. I know people who are into cryptocurrency and they have their Job still, and this people are doing well in cryptocurrency. Quitting your job for cryptocurrency is like applying for a new job and then going ahead to submit your resignation letter in your present job when you are yet to be employed for the new Job you applied for, judge for yourself, is there wisdom in this?

Quitting for crypto exist especially when you founf career here and you earn a lot of money compare to your odd job, but you need to take smart decision for this because if you see what you do on crypto is sustainable already and you need more time to find more opportunities to gain more then why not right? But if yoh just rely on trading only well theirs no logic there because you will just regret why you quit especially when you are in your bad day on trading.
