Scam airdrops are scattered not only in the forum but also outside. You don't have to send any amount of bitcoin or eth just for you to be able to be qualified for their airdrop.
if they are requiring it, you should stopped asking them to be eligible for their airdrop and just move on of not getting their free token. It's like you bought their token with a price by sending them an amount or worst some are real scammers of asking your private keys, avoid them at any cost!

Here is an article I found to be useful when it comes to airdrops; http://airdrop-review.com/how-to-avoid-airdrop-scams/

I know when I first started joining airdrops I have no idea what I was doing and this guide covers a some good tips.
