More hold and patience is really the best way at the present time when things have gone too deep compared to what we might think, and with these options, our loss will be able to recover, although this may be quite long or even impossible but at least, the loss we can receive in the future will not be as big as it is now. patience is the most important thing and is needed here especially when the market conditions are not stable. yes, even though it's not fun and boring, but by being patient one day the benefits will come to us. I am sure that your patience will be paid later, so just wait.

I agree with you about we should be more patient person and we make long term investment but I want to add something there, we should not forget these long-term coins and we should not love them. We should choose the target and If coins hit the target, we should sell these coins, dont think about anymore for these coins.
