Well, whatever it is that gives you peace of mind and a good night's sleep. Quit if you must, I must say. The Bitcoin market is not friendly all the time, especially if you are a newbie who's always checking the price every now and then. If Bitcoin's volatility and risk are giving you anxiety and sleepless nights, and you can't take your eyes and attention away from its short-term price movements, then perhaps Bitcoin is simply not for you.

On the other hand, if we speak of the wider crypto market, failure abounds even more. One has to invest with more caution.

What i want to render an advice, see in this situation or anything related to bitcoin is risk, you tried to adventure into bitcoin and it turns negative to you, that doesn't mean that cryptocurrency industry is not meant for you, really if you want to quite because of your observations and challenges you come in contact it's nice, but i would have like you to use your mistake as correction and its a better education and encouragement to yourself to know your loophole.

Seriously I also learn trading in a hard way, when I started trading I don't really have anybody to guild me, I learn most of my trading strategy online, so when I was learning I really wasted money  because am a slow learner whenever am learning from videos, which I got to a level that I was not having any money with me, I was really disappointed and I was depressed, I want to quit trading but I didn't give up, later I discovered that it was the trading pattern that I was using that was why I was losing money then I changed my pattern.

The thing is before dropping an effort on something make sure it's going to worth it, this is just like trying to choose between BTC and altcoins, it's sure that BTC have a better reliable future than altcoins so investing on BTC is less risky than investing on altcoins, don't quit on something worthy your hassle that's it.

It's not bad to quit. There are good things to quit like quit being a quitter. I definitely agree with the "sometimes it is better to quit" that KingsDen stated. It is entirely depend on how you use the word quit. Sometimes it is not good and sometimes it is a good decision. Anyway, there are other people who experience worst than what you have been through. If it is about losing money when you first got into cryptocurrency then think about before you who also got into cryptocurrency and became a victim and lose so much money then consider yourself lucky if you haven't lose huge amount of money. If it is not that much or you are willing to lose it then use it to learn from that experience or mistake if you call it like that.

People today would like to urge more to get learnings and earnings which is a good thing because they are getting more crave with the knowledge and skills always learn from the thing you are doing and don't give up if you think you are still can we have different paths on the way. If you think you can still manage to work on it and can resist the hard times go a head but again not all the time though pushing helps you to grow some times having other way makes your self the better person.

I'm not writing this because I want people to have pity on me or because I want to be merited, I'm saying this because I love to share  my experience  regardless to what people will say or think about it. I really learnt crypto in a very hard way and that makes me so bitter that I decided not to get myself involved in anything that concern crypto or any  investment. One fateful day I was just going through my WhatsApp when somebody sent me a quote saying.... NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OUT IF YOU QUIT. And that gives me hope back, I begin to go deep into crypto to understand the basic concept of crypto  and many more. To cut this short the reason why I'm writing this is to encourage those who have given up on crypto  because of one reason  or the other, you think you have make the worstest mistake to involve into crypto "no you haven't" the worstest mistake you will do is giving up and not learning from your past mistakes because the greatest lesson in life is learning from your own mistakes. therefore never count on your mistakes always count on what you have  learnt and achieved from your mistakes.

WINNER'S NEVER QUIT
QUITTER'S NEVER WIN

The right approach would be to assess and rethink the situation before quitting or proceeding. Sometimes the situation might call for a complete backing of (quitting) and sometimes not, but the main thing is not to make any rash decisions. But quitting is always an option and sometimes even a better option than to continue to bang your head against the wall.

Sometimes it is better to quit

I think the idea of quiters never win and winners never quit has led some persons to early grave. There is no harm in quiting, it is better you quit than trying the wrong way. When you don't know how things work, quit. Quiting does not mean you cannot rejoin, just quit temporarily and acquire some required skills and you can key in again.

He who fights and runs, lives to fight another day and the same is the hero. So, it is good you learn how to do it than doing it wrongly all your life.

Do you actually meant it when you said "Worstest"? Grin
Quit is quit, taking things slow and using another strategy is always welcome but this isn't quitting it's just like taking a break, when you hear people say don't quit it means learning from your mistakes and adjusting yourself.

Quiting is only for people who's afraid to face the harsh reality in life, mostly they will not became successful because they always tend to miss the opportunity what is given to them. I know its hard for someone to trust what's new to them but if they take a risk and adopt the changes and can able to handle whatever happens on the decision they made for sure success will follow later for this kind of people.

I agree with this that sometimes we need to quit to learn and start a new one. If you start your journey but you already knew that, that is the wrong way.
Sometimes people decides to quit but not means that they are loser or giving up easily but they will quit cause they will learn that the road they walked for a long /short time is not suitable for their goals.

Sometimes it is better to quit
This. Coming from my experience when I tried to do day trading back then, it didn't work for me in the first time but somehow worked "a little bit" in my second one but I was not satisfied with my results from that hardwork. It turned out that day trading isn't really meant for me due to schedule conflicts so I quit that trading strategy and just went on for long-term holding.
It was a better adjustment for me and my mental health starting from that. Sometimes things just don't work out in our way and that's really okay.

There are different approaches of quitting so we first of all need to have clarifications on that part because sticking to something that will not give any returns then it's better to leave it.There are always difference of opinion and in my sense here are some of the different ways in which we can quit and we don't need to:

TRADING

Suppose you are into short term trading or long term trading then you also need to think according to the market reactions and sentiment because holding your position is necessary. So if you are getting continuous loss then should be stick to it always in hope of getting profits later on? Even if you get some profits then what if you have lost enough that would not compensate it? So it's better to leave it and be out for some time. There are two things in this also which i would like to add :

Shitcoins ---- Must Quit

Bitcoin --- Don't Quit

Learning and focusing

So if you are learning about something and want to enhance your knowledge then never quit because we need to have strong mentality in that case. With time you will gain knowledge, experience and skills with lot of practice of that work but if you have decided to quit then you will never be able to achieve that thing so what's the fun of half knowledge? So it's always advisable in this case that at one point you will succeed so increase your learning abilities and results will be with you.

Gambling

If you are playing for entertainment and fun purposes then it's fine but if you are getting too addictive then let it go and we need to Quit because it has lot of worse consequences so we should not involved any further. There are lot of stop gambling addiction program in which people tells and request to leave it.

So you see there are different meanings of quitting and don't quit which we first need to understand and that will help us in long run..

I agreed. Sometime if the situation not favors us we quit and justify it by letting go. Its also the same when we relate it on trading. There are times we need to quit hoping and just let it go since we cant predict the outcome in our favor. Its just to say that cutting loss isnt losing our pride just because we lose. Better to come back when everything you dont know is already filled and win back big time.

Yes, winners never stop halfway before they achieve what they want but remember that winners also need a short break to calm down, especially if they have a loss. It was necessary to learn what they had done so that they could do even better than before if they came back.

We all made mistakes before, but we also need to learn from those mistakes not to happen again. To understand this, you need to stop for a moment, pondering what went wrong what needs to be corrected so that it doesn't happen again. That can make you wiser in dealing with every situation and condition in the market to adapt well.

Nothing is Impossible.

I am sure many of us here have gone through those situation. We need to first understand what we are dealing with as most of us here are just to make money. Everyone here has learned crypto the hard way as there is no one to teach you. I had been following many website and influencers in the past and I know they have always promoted something which makes them money. This is why I joined this forum and have been learning a lot here. Keep learning and you will be able to reap profits in the future.

Honestly speaking it's not easy to stand on your feet once you failed too many times, I have a weak mind but the only thing that makes me get this far is because I have no other way, crypto is the only better option that can keep me alive, my country situation sucks and I have no choice but to rely on money making online crypto is a better option to that, thanks for the advice.
