I absolutely agree that people shouldn't sell their coins, especialy if that way they will only generate more loss.
But on the other hand everyone has a free will and can do whatever wants. There is no guarantee that Bitcoin price will rise soon and no one can't exactly tell in what period this will happen. There are many possibilities including further dump or status quo. That is why everyone has to be aware how much risk can take, how much time can hold investment and what is the final goal to be achieved.

If we keep holding there is no way bitcoin will keep falling.
Easier said than done for most people. As long as the price goes up or remains relatively stable people have tons of confidence, but as soon as the price starts dropping they snap. It means they are gambling, have invested more money than they should have invested, or they invested with borrowed money. These are flyby "investors" who don't contribute to anything, let them exit.

The big buyers and bank wish we should keep selling so their can control the market.  I think we should not feed the whales but nature bitcoin until it grows to the level we wish it should be.
You'll likely feed the whales anyway, whether you're losing or making money, so there isn't much difference here. Let's be honest, most people are here to make profit and to sell at some point. You even pointed it out yourself by stating that it's better to hold out till the price reaches a level you're happy selling at. Whales are everywhere, you can't avoid them. Smiley

Of course, don't sell. Espesially if you bought it with $19000-$6000. Just be patient and wait for growth.

Selling when the market is low is not at all rationale decision unless someone requires money immediately which is different case. Else crypto currency is such that the longer you hold more money you can make it provided you are holding best coins only and not the worthless which will have no value in long term.

If we actually did not want to contribute to the loses then we should stop selling.  Whenever you sold your bitcoin below the purchase price you are making loses including contributing to the falling.  I so much believe in the future of bitcoin and others cryptocurrencies especially those one that has makes great impact in the past.

I fully agree with that statement, because I believe that after the storm there is  a new day to build a new future and dreams, just hold your bitcoin until the price back and earn more by just simple way of holding your bitcoin in your wallet.
They are just chilling out so holders will stay firm while big whales are playing, its really hard to see that you are losing your money with assets that you bought when the bull are running and now that it is the time for bear you have to be emotionless in order not to sell out into panic and losses your money.

Guess how many so called "experts" also said that $5000 was the bottom?
Guess how many so called "experts" said that we would have $50,000 at the end of the year?

I'm not saying that you should sell your bitcoin, but "expert" predictions doesn't mean crap. No one knows with 100% certainty where the prices will go. Also, the article seems to be very inaccurate in the first place. Title says "Don’t sell your Bitcoins, experts warn", whereas the tweet of Phillip Nunn shown in the article isn't even related to price.
Not all articles can be a guide for us, because there are many articles or news that ultimately only information that is not on target, even predictions can not be our guide, because eventually it will become disappointed if it is not on target.
Yes you are right, I also think that most "experts" are only guessing now, but not 100% correct.
I think it depends on our own thinking, if we feel it is true, then according to their own research. and if it's wrong, there's no need to continue.

Anyone who is even selling right now when they should be buying really want to be on the wrong side of the market when eventually we get to see an uptrend which I believe is looming. Sure, the market could fall lower, and I really will not doubt that, but at the same time, I believe even with that, there is a great opportunity in the market right now to be buying lower, and if much more lower comes, then buy more. You should not be bearish when the market is gradually approaching the bottom, this is a time to start going bullish.

It would be wise to sell your coins if you got in really early and want to capitalize your earnings. If you bought bitcoin at anything under 1 thousand dollars it wouldn't be silly to sell right now because that is a lot of profit that you can use. However if you purchased bitcoin over $4k, you can still wait for it to go higher up and make you profits.

It is a bit about what you think the price will do, a bit about how much money you need right now (some people have emergency money needs, I once sold all my coins to pay for a surgery and I do not regret that at all) and a bit about when you get into bitcoin (at what price). Hence, if you really want to sell and you think it would be a wise decision at this point of your life nobody should stop you from doing it.

Crypto experts are also human that will commit mistakes or errors, I will not decide base on what they said and predicted because I will be responsible on my decisions. I believe that crypto is too volatile to make a prediction and if those predictions are true then most of us are now millionaires.

Also there is nothing like a free lunch.
"experts" shout what they want to happen for them to make a profit.
If an expert has a lot of followers then you get a "self fulfilling proficy". He shouts it will go up, people buy and the price goes up because people are buying.

Anyway make up your own mind and don't follow "experts" like sheep.

The price of Bitcoin will definitely reach to that value but we need patience. We have to wait for a few more months to see the price of Bitcoin to that value. In the coming months there are a number of development coming to Bitcoin which will make the price higher as with this many institutions will come to invest in Bitcoin.

If you know cryptocurrencies then definitely it means you understand how things happen. There's no such thing called an expert because crypto depends on supply and demand. From a simple understanding, definitely you shouldn't sell it when the value is pretty low. Unless, there's a circumstances that there's an emergency and you badly needed the funds.

hi guys today I see this news which some expert says that hold your btc and don't sell.
Here is link check it--- https://cryptonewsreview.com/dont-sell-your-bitcoins-experts-warn/

these experts are a danger to the crypto world, they have an exaggerated optimism that comes to be annoying:

Phillip Nunn is the CEO of Wealth Chain Group and The Blackmore Group, and he’s a crypto investor who very much takes the long term view of things. And he’s insistent that 2019 promises better times for the cryptocurrency space.

On his Twitter feed, he urged his followers that “2019 is going to be amazing and exciting for #Blockchain and #Cryptocurrency”. He argues that people need to look beyond the simple prices, and focus on market fundamentals. Furthermore, that his own belief in cryptocurrency hasn’t wavered at all over the past few months.

we will arrive at the end of 2019 and we will not see anything he is saying, remembering that last year the experts said that this was the year of cryptos and because of this I bought when the price was $ 17000 in December last year, I thought which this year would see $ 40,000 per bitcoin, but I learned the lesson when prices began to fall

Why would you buy in Dec 2017 just because people were saying that was the year of cryptos (when it was in fact a huge year for crypto)? I mean plenty of people did buy then, my parents and uncle bought in December. But just saying, you can't blame you buying at the top on someone saying it was a big year for crypto especially when it was a big year for crypto. The faster something goes up the more people buy in until the tipping point, you got caught up in the mania, don't blame it on some random person you heard talking about crypto.

An "expert" talking about crypto is just a guy with an opinion who happens to be in the financial industry. His opinion is no better than your opinion or my opinion, and very possibly worse. Would you take your bitcoin investment advice from some random guy on the street who gave you his opinion? No? Then you shouldn't take advice of any so called "expert" when it comes to crypto. Do your own research.

That said, of course you should never sell your Bitcoin at the bottom of the market, that is literally the worst move you can make. Success in that move requires being lucky to buy in even lower if it drops again. Luck should never be your investment strategy.

It doesn't really matter to people what someone thinks about what they should do with their bitcoins or not. Bitcoin is not something that can be predicted beforehand and it can move any way it pleases. In the last 12 months if you check the prices bitcoin has gone from 3-4 thousand dollars to $20k in just 2 months, than dropped from $20k to $6k-$7k in just 6 months and stayed in those prices stagnant for another 6-7 months and right now it has gone from $6k-$7k range to $4k in 15 days.

It means bitcoin can go up, go down, stay same for long periods of time and react very quickly if needed be. Hence, people should do whatever they want, if they want to sell they should, if they think it will go down they should sell and they might be right, they might be wrong as well but it is up to them to decide, noone has future seeing machine yet.

The current market is unexpectedly dump in again so panic sellers are increasing in the market. But we should trying to concentrate in future growth because we have still chance to buy more Bitcoin in this bearish market. Majority of the investors are still holding the funds so future journey is secured.

When did we start taking advice from experts anyway? I take all my advice from Senor McAfee. He says $1million Bitcoin, I say sell me all you got.

Meanwhile, day traders been flipping Bitcoin for 10-15% profits almost 4 times these two weeks, so I guess experts don't know what they're doing. All this is just opportunity, so everything is easier if you know what you're doing. If you don't, well, the experts don't either.
