Yobit's customer service is almost nonexistence and even when they do reply to you a long time afterwards, the funny thing is they request for tips in bitcoins which is a joke.  You shouldn't ask for a tip for issues due to your own platform.  That's like someone stealing your dog and when they return it to you, they want a reward.  lol

Yobit really sucks I had worst experience with it in the past when I was new to trading world but when I came to know about Polo without thinking twice I moved all my funds to it and now all my trades are going smoothly without any issue.

I have sent 135.55971163 CANN to Yobit on 09/10/2017.
There is no balance in my yobit account. I have sent a few email about it. But no reply.

Dont use Yobit.They dont have support. They dont add the coins. And I see most of wallets are under maintainance or not sync.

If you want to save your money, dont sent it to yobit.


This is why that exchange do really sucks because they don really make any announcement if a certain wallet have been repaired or not into a particular coin which would really lead into problems when someone tries to make a deposit and Yobit is famous for its support which do really sucks big time.No response regarding on the ticket you do send,if theres one then its a miracle. This is why i do left that site and jump into other exchanges.

they are not good exchange nay more they replay after a month or never reply ..recent case happen they stop there arc coin wallet and no one can take the coin to any exchange .and they also not reply ..and finally after a month they reply and open up the wallet .. no not recommended

I think you should move this to Scam accusation.
I have been reading and looks like after scams are public they take care.
Just make a google search about  ' YoBit scam ' you will find a lot of accusations made by customers.
